I hit a deer recently with my Silverado and called around for a place that could get an estimate the quickest. I had heard great things about Hallman s so they were the second place I called. They got me in and had an estimate the same week. It didn t even take them two weeks to fix my truck which had $11k worth of damage. Not only that, you wouldn t have known I ever hit a deer. Great job, friendly and willing service. They also told me if there was any issue to call them and they d make it right. I highly recommend Hallman Champion Collision!

The salesman listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to steer me away. He was able to find a great used truck at a great no haggle price. The entire process was very low pressure and enjoyable. I would definitely buy from here again.

Purchased 2024 trail boss from Brandon Zapolski. First time to Hallman. Poor experience with a different local dealer. Hallman staff very professional and polite. Brandon helped the whole time, working with Pat. Great guys, would highly recommend! Don t fool yourself - if you are looking for a new Chevy in NW PA, Hallman is the place to go.

We visited Erie for the solar eclipse and encountered an issue with my diesel truck while towing our camper. The team at Dave Hallman got me in immediately for an evaluation and offered solutions. My thanks to Kevin and the team for helping me to get home safe where I can now follow up with final repairs when I am not stranded out of town.

The commercial truck dept took time to solve my problems. They went above and beyond on Thanksgiving week to help me get out of Erie PA and home to Texas. I happily and heartily return to anyone in need of service. If I lived close by, they would be my home dealership.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Hallman Cheverolet. The sales rep Rodger Meyer was very helpful! He helped me through the whole process and made things easy. My wife and father in law have both both cars there and recommended me to go there. I'm glad I did! The service department is great too! Very helpful!

Went to look at some vehicles and walked in and a car sales man looked happy to help my dad and I. He went to grab his list and said he didn t have any vehicles in our price range. I explained that if it was more then our price range that we can go higher, he showed us one jeep. Asked to see some more vechiles, he told us nothing was in our price range. Told him if it was more expensive that it would be fine. He still told us he had nothing to show us. We were interested in the jeep and he was supposed to call us Thursday and go over what the mechanics found. Never received a call.

When I dropped my vehicle off there was nothing wrong with it. When I picked it up my dash says service parking sensor. They did not work on that part of the truck so I m not sure if it was just coincidence or what. As of now I will still send people there and take my vehicle there. They were nice and do good work. Never had a problem before.

I purchased a certified used Chevrolet Silverado late last year. When I got the truck my salesman handed me a card to place on my keys for two free oil changes. I thought it was pretty cool but didn t give it any thought until I went to use it. Things running through my head was is free really free, it s going to take all day in there, and they are going to treat me like I m getting a free service. Well I was wrong. I got there and it was my first time being in that service center. I was first impressed with the pull in. As I exited the truck and explained my free service I was met with big smiles from both people working the desk. As I sat in the chairs right next to the desk the woman said no we have a waiting area for you over here and when the show room opens your more than welcome to go in there and look around. I was so impressed with the seating and the television I was anticipating waiting for some time so I got comfortable. But before I could even finish my coffee I was done. Wow that was quick. And it was also really free. Not sure all my experiences will be like this but for a first impression I am eager for another.

Dave Hallman Chevrolet gave me Great Service! I had purchased a Brand New 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS from a dealer out of town ( only because Hallman did not have any on their lot to show or sell me ) Well my Turning signals Stopped working! I could not understand that with it being Brand New!!! Talking About Someone Being UPSET was me!! I could not take it back to Ohio due to it being the Easter holiday weekend. So Hallman's took my car in, gave me a Loaner Car until they found out what the problem was with mine. Thank God it was only a switch that was not plugged in all the way! I was starting to Regret buying the vehicle since it was Redesigned. But I Love my car!! Cars are Very Expensive right now so is Everything else Since COVID!! But this SUV is Priced Right for people on a Budget! It looks Sporty & it is my favorite Color ( BLACK ) metallic. It is Very Good on Gas since it is only a 3 cylinder but it has some power!! I hope it does good in the snow with it only being a front wheel drive! But if I have any more issues with it, Please believe me when I tell you, I will be Returning it to Lou Wollam Chevrolet in Cortland, Ohio. I Did Not Purchase A BRAND NEW CHEVY to have problems because I could have a bought a USED vehicle!! BUT the Used Vehicles Cost the Same as what I Paid for new! So if you are in the market for a new vehicle I suggest going on down to Dave Hallman Chevrolet & tell them Lisa sent you!! Check out the 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS's

Collision department was disrespectful. Waiting for the third attempt to apply the bottom of my bumper because they run out of time. Brought my 2021 Ford Explorer in for an inspection. Dropped it off at 7:30am. Had some routine maintenance work done. They moved it to the collision dept.for the bottom of my bumper application. I called them at 4pm. Was told they couldn t get it done and pick it up tomorrow. I told them to put the old bumper on and I m picking it up or I ll wait until it s finished. Foreman gets on the phone and was very rude. Talking over the top of me and saying lady I never dealt with anyone as bad as you . The last time I dropped it off after two days, when I picked it up , was told they ordered the wrong bumper and I would have to bring it back. Service department was wonderful to work with, collision department will never get another time from me.

Looking for basic transportation for a 20yo, we found a car online and met Gary H when we walked in. We could NOT have had a better buying experience. From the test drive ("sure, you can drive wherever you want, take it down 79 if you want to!"), to taking the car to our mechanic to look over it, to working out a price everyone was happy with, to final prep and delivery, I couldn't ask for anything more. Gary was every bit as good as Ben B and Matt G at Auto Express Mazda - and if you know Ben and Matt, that is saying something - and Hallman overall was just a tick better than Mazda overall.

Recently I stopped by to look at a car and met with Roger Myers. He helped me test a car that I was looking at online and answered all my questions that I had. The entire buying process was very smooth. He also followed up the next day to see if I needed anything. I will try to buy from Dave Hallman in the future. My truck broke down about an hour and 45 minutes from home. We got towed there late on a Sunday. I woke up to a message from the service team first thing Monday morning saying it was already in the shop and being worked on. Less than 24 hours later it was up and running with a new water pump, belt, diagnostics, etc and everything was covered by them through my power train without even a question. I'm used to waiting days to a week to get my truck back from taking it to a dealership back home. Their service was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED NEVER AGAINI just picked up my vehicle the interior has grease on the cover seats the arm rest and between doors, the brakes are hard, one of my back tires looks like it has white paint.I call to complain they told me that the brakes get like that when a vehicle It is driven for a week that whatever is on the tire is spray to verify that it was not leaking air and about the grease stains on my light color interior to bring it in so they can have a look and clean it BUT WHY IN THE FIRST PLACE they were not careful and professional with someone else's vehicle why not checked before delivering and cleaning it or I least Just don't get it dirty and return it the SAME CONDITION the customer delivered it

Ok love Mark he was kind I was in Tuesday had to return on Wednesday and needed a part I came in wensday and power was out for 4 hrs I left came back when power on Mike did great job for me thank you . BUT YOU HAVE SAFETY issues when power out you had NO EMERGENCY Light's do you not do inspections on safety?

Went for oil change and to take care of a recall issue was in and out just a little over an hour but that's to include 2 cars ahead of me plus had an employee call in sick.Great service overall..

Got a free state inspection and oil change for buying the vehicle there, so that's cool. Really nice guys. Gives good suggestions on what should be done but doesn't push too hard if it's not required for inspection if you can't afford it or don't want to do it. Pleasant experience overall.

I am somewhat happy with my visit to Dave Hallmans, the staff was very polite and thorough. I am disappointed in my 21 high country carplay or blue tooth system, cutting in and out on my iphone. I have had the truck in 3 or 4 times for this issue, they have politely reinstalled the system and updated the system, just to find out, it does the very same thing within miles of leaving the service center at locations in erie and Pittsburgh the best answer i get, is it could be the i phone brand . Its sad that you pay nearly $70,000 for a truck like this, and you cant count on your phone and truck blue tooth to stay connected the safety issue is non existent when you fumble with your phone trying to talk when driving. The phone is hands free connecting up, but conversations are 9 times out of 10 hands needed. Keep that in mind when considering this make and model, chevy silverado high country and pairing it with an iphone ..Chevy .. you need to get this matter corrected, for all iphone users

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Went to get an Equinox, they kept pushing for me to look at two other vehicles. The salesman argued with me on ehat car i "meant" to look at; which was not what I wanted. I should have left. They ran my credit, then told me I couldn't get the car THEY offered with good credit and a small down payment. Then after I left, a few hours later the salesman kept pushing for me to get a cosigner, so I got ahold of a family member, who had almost perfect credit.....I STILL couldn't get approved. He ran my family member's credit 9 TIMES!!!! Which in turn dropped it down to 500........0/10 DO NOT recommend this place. Scam artistsAnd those cars are STILL there on the lot, hasn't moved!!!

The body work I got done was taken care of punctually and done well. The texting communication with the place was extremely nice as it gives an opportunity to look at the issues and prices written down without needing to stress out on the spot over the phone. Will definitely be coming back
