Trevor was really good to work with. I was focused on efficiently purchasing a car and he was helpful with that. So was Caleb in financing. We moved through the process smoothly. I felt good about the people I interacted with and about the ease of the process. I recommend Champion (and Trevor specifically).

Brett was so awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He made the experience easy and pleasant. The owner Mark, showed us the new showroom and was attentive to our needs too. Caleb the finance specialist made things easy to understand and seamless. The place is neat, clean and well lit. The attendant at the front desk made us feel welcome from the start. I would recommend Champion Ford/Volvo to anyone for their next vehicle purchase.

The communication was great. Alex helped me out a lot. The only reason why I did not give this five stars was how long it was gonna take to get my vehicle serviced. I do understand that you can t always control this but for my situation I was gonna be out a car going over 30 days and I can t have that because of my job.

Service and people were great. Do NOT charge me to use my credit card. I understand #1 Champion Ford has to pay a fee for me to use a credit card, but that s the cost of doing business, and the convenience for the business and the customer, Eat it, don t pass it on to me. No other business does that. Same as the old Covid cleaning fee. Really you are going to charge me for your cleaning supplies. That s B.S. I believe that s what folks call nickel and diming.

I'm not good expressing myself, but I love the friendly and warm atmosphere. Everyone treated me with a lot of respect which I really like. Mike (my sales representative) was very friendly, helpful, and patient in explaining everything with me and even set up the electronic stuff in my new Ford Escape, which I really really appreciated

I recently visited Champion for an oil change, inspection, and recall on my truck. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from the dealership s service department. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Champion to anyone in need of automotive service. Thank you for a great experience!

Working with Gabe was like being guided through a whirlwind of charm and persuasive sales pitches. I swear, he could sell ice to an Eskimo! But then Caleb swooped in like a financial superhero, crunching numbers faster than a calculator on Red Bull. Together, they were like Batman and Robin of the car dealership world, except instead of fighting crime, they were selling cars... and making me laugh all the way to the bank (literally).

Champion was able to schedule me in the same day I called with a leak in my tire. They took out the screw and patched the hole. They wisely warned me that I would need new tires soon. When I mentioned that the tires were fairly new, they checked their computer and found that indeed, these tires only had 15,000 miles on them. The manager said she wanted to investigate and got back to me the next day. Goodyear was giving me an awesome deal on 4 new tires! Since there was also a Knick in another tire which could blow out at any time, I took the deal. Btw, Goodyear no longer makes the poor quality tires that I have on now. My new tires will be installed free in 5 days. I feel like Champion took good care of me. I feel safer now.

My husband takes my Volvo for service. Each time he comes home from Champion Ford he comments on the customer courtesy, attention to detail and the explanations he is given regarding the appointment. He highly recommends Champion Ford s Service Department.

Butch and crew at Champion Ford were amazing! We drove into champion Ford on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving (on our way from upstate NY to Cincinnati, Ohio). They were so helpful with us and our children. The facility is very clean and accommodating for a family (with a small child area and games to play). Their mechanic showed us exactly what the problem was with our car and explained everything very clearly. Butch helped us find a rental car so we could continue our trip to Ohio. Someone drove me to pick up the rental car, and when I pulled up in it, Butch and crew were standing there with all of our belongings from our car to help transfer in the new rental. He even called us later that evening to make sure we had made it to our family Thanksgiving safely. Champion Ford continued to communicate with us until our car was fixed. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from Champion Ford!

I was not actively shopping for a vehicle that day, but was there with my husband for an oil change on his ranger. I started looking around and Mike offered to show me some Bronco Sports. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. I ended up test driving a Bronco and fell in love with it! We ended up returning the next day and actually took a step up from the Big Bend to the Outer Banks. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. I got a great deal and have faith in the Champion Ford team!

Staff at Champion Ford Erie was gracious, friendly, & made you fell like your were a part of their family.Our sales person, Brett Perry, was extremely helpful, requested to know what were the criteria for the vehicle being searched for, and was very effective at meeting our criteria. Brett spent his time with me, making me 'his priority' until we had researched & located a vehicle that meet the majority of our specifications. He was extremely knowledgeable when we began to investigate the 2023 F150 Hybrid. No matter what we were discussing, he had correct & informative knowledge regarding all aspects of the vehicle.Scott Doolittle was also very helpful during our 1st meeting. Again, Scott too was very cordial, making us feel like we've been with Champion Ford for a long time.We were introduced to the Service manager, &, the parts manager. Both Jason & Kathy were very cordial & welcoming. We look forward to working with both of them in the future.Finally, it's time to close on the vehicle. Brett again was extremely helpful. We were introduced to Caleb Burlingame in the Finance Department. Caleb was very low keyed, not trying to push/sell me anything that we were not interested. He was very detailed regarding every document necessary to complete the sale of the vehicle from Champion Ford to me.In summary, the three people that I was introduced to were some of the best people I've had the pleasure not only to meet, but to work with in procuring a vehicle.Hats off to Brett Perry, Scott Doolittle, & Caleb Burlingame in their respective positions in the handling of the sale of the 2023 F150 Hybrid to me. Nice place, nice people, cool little bar thing for customers to sit at, loved the basket of cookies and coffee cups sent to my house a few weeks later, only issue I had was within 5 minutes of meeting the salesperson I told them I did NOT want rear wheel drive car as long as I lived where it snows. There days later I was a rear wheel drive car without being told it was real wheel drive car. When I contacted the salesperson asked if it was front wheel drive I was told no it s rear but the dentist that traded it off said all someone would have to do is get a set of snow tires and they ll be fine. Well I m not a dentist that can afford multiple sets of tires.

I am very very satisfied at Champion Ford sales Inc. I have never had a bad experience there when I bought my bronco they were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Got me the best rate on my new bronco and Thursday, October 5. I had my car in to get it, inspected and Ronald came out and he said you know you re close to an oil change and tire rotation. Do you want me to do that now and I said yes, he he was so so nice I can t tell you how helpful and courteous the whole staff is but Ronald is an exceptional employee. He helped me all the way through step-by-step. Appreciate appreciate their courteous service. It s nice to finally find a business that treats. Their customer first and is very polite doing it. Thank you Ronald for your service.

I was traveling from out of town on business and my F150 started my a loud noise. I was leaving the next day and I wasn't sure I would be able to make it back. I explained my situation to the technician and they were able to get me in for service. I dropped it off at 10am and the had it back to me by 3pm. It was really a great help to me and a stress relief.

Refused to do warranty work on my Mach-E because I didn t purchase the car there. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and Told me I needed to take the car to a dealer over an hour away, which was a lie. I called Bob Ferrando Ford (just down the road) and they got me in same day and got the car fixed! I called Ford customer service and they confirmed that any Ford dealer is required to do warranty work on their cars. If you are considering purchasing a new car or having any service work done. Save yourself the headache and drive 10 miles down the road to Bob Ferrando, they treated me nice and got the work done quickly.

My salesman Mike was a wonderful person to work with purchasing my new Bronco Sport. He was especially helpful in working with me to get the exact vehicle to fit my needs. He answered all my questions and was available if I phoned him with any additional questions. I also had a great experience with Tim in finance. We were traveling thru the area on our way out east when we encountered a problem on our Escape. The employees at Champion Ford were very courteous and were able to get the vehicle in to make the repairs and get us on our way. While waiting for the repairs to be done, we explored their showroom, facilities and the outside lots. They had a huge inventory. If we hadn't been so far from home, we could of easily left with a new vehicle. All the employees we talked with were very friendly and personable. The car was repaired in a timely manner. We had a very positive experience with Champion Ford, very professional friendly staff.

Great group of people! Gave me a ride to Tinseltown while my car was getting inspection and picked me up when it was ready! Washed the car and reminded me I had about $60 in Ford points to use toward the bill. Best service in Erie!

Salesman and supervisor were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Sales manager was professional and completed the price negotiation. Business manager was also professional and completed the final sale accurately and promptly. Salesman completed the final vehicle turnover. I would recommend this dealer.

Valet services work well . They keep you informed every step of the way and just as important, do what they say they're going to do and when they're going to do it ! Sure beats wasting time sitting at the dealer waiting for service work ! Drivers are professional and respectful also...

I purchased my Volvo here & have had excellent service since. I request a loaner while getting services & they are able ti accommodate an after work pick up & drop off.
