Got us into an affordable, vehicle quickly. Everything seemed fine. We did question a few things with the test drive and they drove it and said they'd check it out. We got the vehicle and on a Monday and that weekend went on our 1st road trip. I'll post a video of what the car started doing. (Steering shaking, car jumping, losing voltage and if you look you can see funny activity on my dashboard) We were in a whole other state when we found a chevy dealer to look at it. we paid for every warranty available to us. They said a few things, did a code reader for dash lights, gave us some paper and we came back home. Spoke to dealership where we bought it. Wasn't 100% easy or satisfied but we came to what I could negotiate at the time to fix one issue. He replaced the tires as it would not have been able to pass the fresh inspection on them. But did not put the tire sensors in so now I have lights on my dash. The biggest issue I am have is a noise that sounds like ABS which I will also post a video of that has not been fixed and the brakes were one of the things we questioned when we test drove it. I will keep further updates on what the issue is and who handled and how handled. Oh.. I also was told " I bought a used car!" My response was "yes, with every warranty, and also under the assumption everything was working and legit"

It was great working with Mark and Ryan, helped me get the car I wanted and I am very satisfied with and great prices and low mileage on their vehicles. Highly recommend!

The salesman was very helpful. I wasnt super impressed with the fit and finish on the lower budget cars i was looking at. But i bought a newer f150 3-4 years ago, and im happy with that purchase.

Worse place ever to buy a car, don't go here unless you want a nightmare vehicle with multiple problems. When they say they will fix things they ignore and avoid you! Just out to make a quick buck and don't care at all about the customer. Treat people badly and very rude!! Save yourself the headache and hassle, don't buy anything here.

RUN. This place is atrocious. My boyfriend Andrew and I were looking for a vehicle in a pinch and that s the only thing this place is good for. We left after purchasing a 2015 ford escape back in September. Days after we left the lot, our check engine light came on. We called and reached out several times since we had a 1,500 mile/45 day warranty. They gave us a day to bring the car back so they could service the issue. When we arrived, we were told to come back another day. It was a waste of a day off for me. We then bring it back the following week and we were informed that they had scanned and deleted the check engine light. We then picked it up and the check engine light came on again. We were then informed they will no longer help us with the warranty and we would have to go elsewhere to have it serviced. These people have luxury cars sitting in their show room but refuse to address transmission issues for their customers.

I have to say. We have been hit hard financially over the past month just as my lease was up in my jeep. Knowing I had to return the jeep and unable to lease another I turned to cars r us. They were truly amazing. They listened to my concerns and helped me get the best deal possible. The care and compassion that they had for my family and I is the reason I know I'll be a returning customer. They worked hard for my family and I and honestly we're life savers for us. I highly recommend this team for any car purchases. You guys are absolutely amazing.

Bought a car from Ryan he made the experience extremely easy and got me a payment hundreds lower than others offered. There was some problems with the car but they got it in and fixed it quickly at no cost to me overall I am very happy

This is the best place to buy a car in Erie hands down. Great customer service from all the workers, they really helped me get into the car I wanted. Really fast process and they help you along the way. They even meet you in the middle so you can get in a car suitable for your family. The best in Erie and I m blessed I went there and nowhere else. Everyone was amazing! Thomas worked with us on several occasions to get into a vehicle when we were ready! They got us approved with an amazing low monthly payment when we wouldn t have gotten approved anywhere else! Garret helped us pick the perfect car and went above and beyond to get it ready for us! Absolutely love this place definitely recommend!!

They're a bunch of scam artist, they sold me a 2007 honda ridgeline, Engine is burning oil & coolant. Almost all the hoses on the engine are shot and need replaced, tires were junk and it has a broken suspension spring. They slapped a lick n' stick inspection on it clearly

Extremely professional and friendly staff. This business is not to be trusted. When purchasing a car, it is important to have it inspected prior to purchase. Ryan stated at the time of purchase that the car was inspected and well-maintained. However, the warranty will only cover the air conditioning system, and the car has a number of leaks, including the air conditioner, oil pan, and washer pump. It is understandable that used cars may require additional maintenance, however, as a business, it is not appropriate to deceive customers. If the car had been properly inspected, the air conditioning compressor and washer pump wouldn't have been cheaply glued, and the oil pan would not be leaking. Trash R Us. DO BETTER! **UPDATE** (You have my number on file, if you cared you would call to make things right, and one option they provided was giving me a mechanic who wouldn't even take the GWC contract warranty. Another was waiting 3 weeks for a professional mechanic that was on "vacation", then after 3 weeks waiting they said whats wrong and didnt acknowledged what i told them 3 weeks ago, and they forgot to make an appt. Take care!

Needed a reliable car for work that s about 25 minutes away and couldn t be more happier!! Got a 2013 Buick lacrosse ! It s reliable, super cute, Rides so smooth, and makes driving to work enjoyable! Couldn t be happier thanks to Thomas and the team for dealing with me I can be difficult sometimes haha

Was great dealing with them in the buying process 2 months ago. Now we will see how it is to deal with them now that the vehicle they sold us was junk. I'll see if my one star will return to a full 5 star or not. Went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed and was very honest and helpful to get us back in and driving our car. If you're honest with them, they will help you every step of the way.
