This is probably the best location in Erie. Anytime I come in here to buy parts or if my "check engine" light comes on, the people who work here are always very helpful. I recently bought a ball joint and control arm from here, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with the exact right item for my vehicle. Excellent service. I'll continue to shop here.

Rich Bell made my day with his enthusiastic service when my wiper blades needed replaced. Eager to help, he placed the blades on for me in the rain and even managed to convince me that I made HIS day!

I was helped by the assistant manager in the store. He was very helpful. I was prepared to struggle to replace my headlight by myself but thankfully he installed it for me! I would definitely go back and recommend this location to friends!

Yet again, AutoZone #1826 in Erie, PA sets itself apart from other local auto parts stores.Hit the left turn signal today and heard the dreaded fast click. Fortunately, I was 3 blocks and a right turn from the store.Went in to buy a turn signal lamp. Before I knew it, Eric had the assembly removed, the old bulb out, and was headed back in to get the right replacement for me.I paid, and 5 minutes later the bulb was replaced and working.And he had me laughing the whole time.Total out the door: $10.58. For one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a looong time.

I m so pleasantly surprised and thankful for Donald s service this evening! He was so kind, efficient and fast! I had been having to jump start my Jeep everyday for a week. He tested the battery, and installed a new one within (what has to be) record time! Donald is a exemplary employee. I can t thank him enough!

I came in around 9:40 January 2nd, and I was there to get a new headlight and see what might be wrong with my battery. It took a little bit to get my headlight off(mine pops out of the car fully), but they got it off and back on even though they were closing. Turns out my battery was bad too, and I still had a slight bit of a warranty on it. So the guy went back inside with me told me how much it would be with the discounted price of the warranty and installed it for me even though it was after closing time for them. I can t thank them enough for the help, and how kind they were the entire time. Will come here for any other slight car problems in the future! :)

Don Jacobs was very helpful with finding parts for both my car, and my friends. He knows his Toyota's very well. I highly recommend making the extra trip to Peach street. We have an auto zone on our side of town, but we don't have anyone there as knowledgeable as Don!!!!

Always top notch service. If they don't have what you need they almost always can get it fast. All of the things you need to keep your car running good and looking good they have. Some people have mentioned that employees have installed batteries and wiper blades for them.

This place is a staple for me. I'm here almost every week and they are always in stock. If not, you can always order ahead and they will have it the next day. The service is very friendly and knowledgeable. Devin is one or our favorite associates to work with but all of them are really helpful. Jason is the store manager and is great. Highly recommend for people who work on their own stuff.

Excellent Service! On Nov 27, 2021 the AutoZone technician replaced my car battery in a hard-to-reach location on my vehicle. He took the time to do it right despite the cold weather. They also had the battery for my vehicle in stock when I called. Greatly appreciated & Highly Recommended!

Sidney was absolutely amazing in assisting me. Not only did he check my battery and alternator, he installed a new battery in my car (in like 4 minutes) at no additional charge. It would have cost me double at my dealership. Everyone at this location is always super nice and helpful. Thank you guys so much!!!! You always give A+ service!!

Fantastic customer service. Put in a battery for me and continued to work with me when the security system gave us trouble because I did not have the key fob. They did not give up and used multiple sources to help diagnose the problem. Eventually figured out how to get around the issue and I drove away a very happy customer. Thank you to Sydney and another associate who s name slips my mind, you guys made my day all the better. I also saw excellent teamwork at this location; everyone worked together to help me solve this problem. I highly recommend this store to anyone buying parts and needing help to install them.

I was in AutoZone twice today to get my engine light checked. An employee named Zack helped me both times he was extremely helpful and kind! The rest of the employees were very welcoming and helpful as well!

I had a burnt out turn signal and Autozone not only had the bulb I needed but even installed it for me for free. What great service & Dave was very nice.
