The shop I work for has had many transmissions rebuilt here and has excellent service every time. The staff is willing to answer any questions you have.

I called them the morning before I needed to leave for school which was a 5 hour drive from Erie. They got me in right away and did amazing work. Haven't had any issues since. Fair price too.

We were in town and had them check our transmission. It needed a part they ordered it and put it on. However they forgot to put our sheild back on. Now we have to replace this due to t not putting it back. Please double check all parts are there before leaving.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Our Envoy transmission broke while on vacation. This shop had it fixed and back on the road in two days for a fair price. Breaking down stinks having someone fix your vehicle quickly is a blessing! Thanks everyone for the great job.Mark and Tracy Price

I traveled to Erie this week for business. My car stopped and I thought for sure it was my transmission. Turns out it was my CV shaft. These guys were super professional and had my car repaired and back to me the same day! Wow was I thankful! Back home now same and sound! Had my transmission rebuilt here last year. Estimate was honest, and work was completed in a timely manner. And best of all, it was done right the first time. Highly recommended for transmission work.

UPDATE...... Today after 17,000 miles ( only 12,000 mile warranty on the transmission) something inside the transmission came apart because the car came to a sudden stop almost causing an accident. The car will backup but going forward it is like you threw it in park after a couple of feet. This is a definite failure to tighten something properly when assembling. I am waiting for the flat bed to take it to a different transmission shop to get it rebuilt again and find out what came apart. I am not taking it back here again.I will not recommend anyone to go here. Took my car back for a check engine light, ended up coming back on because they didn't tighten the exhaust properly so I found it and fixed it myself. The air conditioning also stopped working due to them damaging the system and they are refusing to fix the leak that they caused when they disconnected it when they dropped the motor and transmission out to change the transmission. Just hope that they didn't leave anything else loose that will fall apart.

Has done 3 transmission jobs for me one on my07' f150 my wife's 11' town and country and the last one on my 09' Chevy 3500 van w 6.0 liter. They all failed for various reasons but Scott and his gang put them back together within a few days and was fair on the price. Most importantly they worked and had no issues later. The f150 has a pile more miles since the rebuild the town and country was totaled with about 5k on the rebuild and the Chevy van was recently done and only has about 2k on the rebuild ( it is a loaded service van and has a gvw of 9600lbs and at last check had about 8500lbs normal load).

Super helpful. I ended up not having transmission problems, just a loose heat sheild. But these guys were great and got me all fixed up.

Me and my husband and kids was passing through from Florida on our way to Niagara falls and had some car trouble and looked everywhere for someone to help and found this place and this man was very nice and understanding even told us where to get a cheaper motel for the night and did his job very well if i ever had to come back up here and needed wrk on my car i would deff. Come to this place again he was ab the only nice person we have met past the mason dickson everyone els has been so rude so glad im just passing through

My father had his transmission re built after the transmission oil cooler plugged and over heated for his 04 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 6.0 liter with the 4l80E transmission that had larger allison lines. Instead of doing the job right and replacing the cooler in the front and the radiator they slid an aftermarket one in and did a butcher job on his factory allison transmission lines. Using compression fittings and cheap rubber line that restricts the fluid. DONT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY THEY WILL PROMISE YOU PROPER REAPIRS AND THEN SCREW YOU!!!BTW I ENDED UP FIXING IT FOR HIM FOR FREE AND RIGHT.!!

My truck did not go in reverse so a coworker recommended automatic transmission. I called them and they said bring it and we will look at it. Called me the next day with a estimate. The truck was fixed and back to plowing snow in 2 days.
