My Audi, RS 7 broke down in Jamestown New York, because of the faulty alternator installed in them. So I had to have it towed to the nearest Audi dealership, which was Audi Erie. I just wanted to let you know that the service that I received at this dealership was amazing. My service was person was Kayla. She did everything in her power to get my car back on the road again. I would personally recommend this dealership and the service department.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my new vehicle purchase experience at Audi Erie. Jim, Steve and Alex made it so easy! The entire transaction was fair and honest and they did not waste my time with any games . It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Thank you!

Brought a brand new 2023 S3 in for warranty work and left with a bill. Horrible experience. Service department told me it was my fault for my exhaust rattling and I would have to pay out of pocket because no physical parts were replaced. I was first told something hit my exhaust to cause the rattling. Upon asking for verification (a picture) they told me nothing hit it. It just popped out of a hanger. Dealership is small and dirty. Upon arriving you have to walk around the dark rooms to find someone to help you. Very uninviting and the service department has pushed another customer away.Word of advice -AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!Upon reading other reviews of 1 star, they are all correct. They will find anything to charge you for.

I had a PPI done on an R8 a few months ago at Audi Erie and my experience was quite poor. First, the appointment that was supposed to be completed first thing in the AM was "forgotten" and ended up being completed near closing hours so I had to wait around the entire day to get the PPI done. Second, the PPI was incredibly quick indicating to me that they did not perform the proper amount of checks that should be done on a performance car. Lastly, the receipt had no PPI workup checklist and no comments about the health of the car. I'm only now writing a review because I found that the mag ride suspension is leaking which I am highly confident would have been found if the PPI was done correctly. In hindsight, I shouldn't have paid for this service and I hope anyone looking to get their car inspected here, look elsewhere instead

Jim, the general manager is amazing to work with. I highly recommend him. He found me the exact car I was looking for and made the purchase process easy and enjoyable. Alex in finance made the transfer process fast and seamless and was great to work with. Steve helped set up the new car and really knows the product well and I had a great time chatting with him. Audi of Erie is a great place to buy a new car. Friendly staff who listen and understand and make the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend both the dealership and staff.

I am currently deployed in the Middle East and left my Audi Q7 for service with Audi Erie. The service department had my vehicle from May 3, 2023 to July 12, 2023. After paying a $4,600 bill, issues persist despite the service manager assuring a clean bill of health. The overall experience was terrible. I later learned the parts arrived a month prior to work completion due to an employee quitting and not sharing the details of my vehicle need.I highly recommend considering a dealership in Cleveland or Pittsburgh. I promise it's worth the drive.Reasons to consider another Audi service department:- Customer Service- Competence- Capacity- Unfair pricing

I want to start off by saying that Audi has always been my favorite brand. It s a brand of luxury and sadly the service department in this branch does not treat it as such. I brought in my 2018 A5 here twice and both times I regretted it. I have never bought a car from here but I heard many great things about the sales department of this branch so if you re thinking to buy a car then ignore this review and you can judge for yourself. Otherwise do yourself a favor and do NOT get your car serviced here. They try to find any reason to bill you for anything and it s always an outrageous price. I m not usually one to post negative reviews but I really hope this helps out anyone who s considering going here. It s 100% worth it to drive to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Buffalo for service. This dealership also is an Audi dealership and I took my A5 in for an oil change. This was my 2nd oil change at this dealership and the cost 6 months prior was very close to $100.00 , a little high compared to others but I felt not totally out of line for an Audi dealership. These people have lost their collective minds ! I went in today for another oil change and in 6 months time the cost for a simple oil change is now $ 171.00 !!! An increase of 70% !! I will NEVER return. It's outrageous.

Cannot rave about this dealership any more... I worked with Jim Paulson for months during the COVID shortage and his patience never wore down with me. Despite there being a huge car/chip shortage, the staff here worked with me on the car price. I drove from Michigan to come here because of the professionalism I experienced over the phone. I have recommended this dealership to so many people even before I signed documents. Even the financing guy, David Bennett, made it feel like a smooth and easy transaction!

Communicated with Jim for several days about a used car they had, discussed financing options, and ended up purchasing a new car. Staff was very responsive and stayed late to accommodate us as we came from another state. Completed the test drive and all the paperwork and they had us out the door in 90 minutes. Doc and Jim were very helpful in making the experience smooth and easy!

Called service. Was told that the q5 rack was a known issue and that it may be covered outside warranty. Waited a week to call and come to find out my service coordinator wasn't there and no one was following up. Then ask what was happening with car. After some time I find out that it was exactly the problem I diagnosed and was told it wasn't covered after I was told it was possible. Then I was given the number for audi USA. They said this was a new to them dealer and they have no idea why I would be told that and if any discount would be offered it would come from the local dealer. Then move on to having everything that needs done and the new service coordinator offered alignment like it was a choice after having rack done. Was told it would be done on the 3rd of July. Called on the 5th and was told no one worked on it because of the holiday when it was promised. They gave me $150 on a $4k bill. No apologies. No rental. Finally get the car back after a month and it is making a humming noise that it wasn't before. Take it in for service. After waiting two weeks and it "wouldn't be something" from all the work they did on the car. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealer. Clearly not managed well and was even told as much by the service coordinator and whoever was covering from Mercedes I think he said.

I dropped off my A6 17 over three months ago and it is still sitting on their lot, battery is completely dead and I am going to assume, I will be needing a new one. They've been telling me for the past two months that someone will fix my car but nothing. Last time I saw it it was dusty and dirty, looks like no one cares about cars here. I'm really sad this is happening, literally cried when I saw my car. Shows how little interest they have on other people's cars, I feel like unless you are buying a car, they don't care. I am super disappointment and wish there was a different Audi shop I could take my car to. This is insane.

Took my 13 Audi S6 in for a recall and some other warranty work and when I first dropped it off they told me 3 days so I wasn t worried about it and said that was fine then a week went by i called and they told me they planned on getting my in car in that week, so I was starting to get frustrated and said okay and then I called and went down there to talk about a loaner car which should ve been offered in the first place! But never was, and they told me they didn t have any on their lot and I told them I need and my car back since I was working a lot more and i was struggling to find a ride to work. And then finally after a month of waiting around! I finally showed up and just took my car back! It was sitting right where I dropped it off, worst service I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not take your cars here at all!

Went in to scope out a new car. Farooq(Frank) helped me. He walked me through the entire process, explaining pros and cons about the vehicle, financing options, insurance and rewards etc. He was professional and personable the entire time, and I couldn t be more pleased with the entire process.Vehicle didn t have a full tank of gas. I returned a day after buying it, for some additional paperwork, they took the car and topped it off. Everyone I came across asked me how I liked the car, if I had any concerns or issues.I would recommend a friend and I would buy from them again.Huge shout out to the Roth team.

I have been taking my 2016 Q5 there for 6 years for service. It is always very good but this time I had an oil change scheduled, when I arrived about 10 minutes early the service advisor Bruce said it would be 45 min. to 1 hour. Ok after 2 hours for an oil change I started to look around my car was still up on the lift and the mechanic was on his cell phone sitting down. Bruce confronted the mechanic and a small argument ensued. Long story short Bruce did not charge me for the service I had done and was very apologetic even though it was not his fault. Thank you Bruce I will still be bringing my Q5 to you for service!!

Terrible experience with service and lying. Charging things to warranty and not actually replacing it is fraud. Highly suggest do yourself a favor and drive to further Audi dealer.

Frank at Roth Cadillac/Audi of Erie made our buying experience as painless as possible. Was awesome being able to look at the vehicle in the warm showroom at our convenience. Very friendly atmosphere. Even Dave the finance guy was awesome to work with and explained everything in detail not just sign here and here please.

What an incredible experience, buying a vehicle with such ease in a comfortable environment unlike other car dealers where you feel like you re dumped into a shark tank. Jim Paulson, the General manager at Audi Erie/Roth Cadillac was so comfortable to talk with and is extremely knowledgeable being in the car game over 30 years. It was very pleasurable and will without a doubt I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Also, Steve Cornell the internet sales manager was very thorough and likable. We comfortably went through the paper work and he went over the entire vehicle explaining all buttons , bells , and whistles!!!

Truly professional 5 star service. Typically I am a person that looks at reviews and does not take time to review. The service I received on my Audi Q7 was great. They had the paperwork ready when I arrived. Ask again about the service to be preformed and ask if they should look at anything else. They made me feel like a truly valued customer. In addition when I picked up my vehicle again all the paperwork was ready and the service manager had a few pictures on his phone about some of the service that was performed. I was pleased the while experience.

The entire staff at Audi Erie is focused on customer service. Sales staff (Steve) is a pleasure to work with and is honest about the cars on the lot. The service manager Dan and service staff Zack are fantastic. Easy to schedule an appointment and a ride is provided to the office to and from the office with early am hours so my valuable time after work and weekends doesn t involve waiting for routine service work. Have leased and purchased vehicles Audi Erie. Jim and his staff stand behind the vehicles they sell and service!

Everyone in the Audi service department is very helpful, friendly & professional. I could not be more happy with the service I've received and believe their prices are fair for the services preformed. I will continue to have my Audi serviced there and highly recommend them to anyone that owns an Audi vehicle. Side Note: If you don't own an Audi, I would recommend taking one for a test drive before your next car purchase.

Traveling from out of state and had a warning light come on. Audi Erie was booked solid, but when they learned of our road trip they said they would try to work me in (which they did). They diagnosed the problem and determined the car was safe to drive and could be worked on at a time/location more convenient to us. They were friendly, super helpful, and didn't even charge us! Thanks Audi Erie!

Purchased a used A5 cabriolet that appeared to have an oil issue. The service managerand sales representative Steve Cornell could not have been more considerate andhelpful. Oil issue fixed with minimal expense. Looking forward to my next purchase atAudi Erie

Service Department is not per Audi standards. I found scratches on my new Audi Q5 rear bumber when I collected my vehicle after getting state inspection done. Next day, though Gary (Thanks Gary) helped to get the scratches removed by a technician but not all the scratches were cleared/removed.Will definitely not recommend, return/go to Audi Erie for any additional service/repairs.

i have an Audi Q5 2017 still have factory warranty . I started to hear noises from the car so i went to Audi Erie to have them check out . They checked out and told me that no faults found and charged me the fee. Just because you guys didn't find anything at the time , it doesn't means my car is "good " . I was frustrated and pissed , so i called all of Audi dealerships in TX and they told me that they don't charge since I still have warranty but Erie Audi does . Do not buy your car here in Erie PA or even get your service here . Try a Different Audi Dealership .

They are not an honest dealer. I bought an Audi used car from them, even with open recalls! They didn t tell me before I bought it. If you really want to buy Audi, I advise you buy it in Cleveland, at least have better customer service.

Took in my old 2003 Allroad with all kinds of lights on the dashboard and the engine making weird sounds. They diagnosed the problem as a broken temperature sensor and had it fixed in a couple hours at a reasonable price. Double checked with a mechanic friend and he verified that this was a legitimate problem for an older vehicle. Happy with the service!
