Very helpful and informative. I took my car in for a second opinion. They knew I was short on time because I had to get to work, so Kyle came out and git right to my car. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable! I would definitely go to Angelo's Transmission again !

My son bought a 1993 diesel F250 automatic at the age of 14. It is a project truck, he and his buddy have been doing work to it the past 16 months. This past fall my boy and his friend removed the transmission and I took it to Angelo's as a "bench job" (out of vehicle). I pickup it up from the shop and the boys reinstalled it over the winter and drove it on the driveway this spring. About a month ago, with only a few miles on it, the reverse gear quit working. I was going to call, but figured I would make time to visit Angelo's in person. I thought there might be a bit of a negotiation, but they are, at this point standing behind their work 100% and committed to making it right. I just need to get the truck there. Don't go here. Their a ripoff. My buddy got his transmission repaired and then inspected. They did the 3000.00 transmission and then told him it can't be inspected.

The guys there are super friendly and they don't try to rip you off. Sometimes asking the same question more than once and noise some mechanic these guys were super friendly and answered every question

Had my transmission rebuilt last year. Wanted it checked out before the warranty expired because I thought it was shifting funny. I also asked them to do an inspection but if it didn't pass to not do any work that we would take care of that and bring it back. Of course with my luck it didn't pass and they also did not find anything wrong with the transmission. They spent 2 days on my car and I expected to pay for the inspection and they didn't charge me. I think Agnelos is a great place to take your car. Thank you for your great service.

Took my car there to have the clutch repaired, with an appointment they didn't get to my car for over a month. After I finally did get it back thee clutch was clear to the floor after only a month the clutch would not go into second gear. I reported it to them they told me I needed a new transmission after I paid 3600 for the repairs. Service was horrible they are money hungry understaffed would never take another vehicle there ever deal with the. At ur own RISK.Service: Transmission repair

We were on a trip from the east coast to Cleveland when our car broke down west of Buffalo. We had it towed to Erie where we have relatives and they suggested we take the car to Angelo's. The service and response were excellent. He put us ahead of other customers because of our predicament and had the car repaired the next day. An honest and capable business.

They rebuilt my transmission less than 18 months ago. I've driven the car about 7,000 miles. The transmission is out again. Won't do anything for me since it's been longer than 12 months. Had my car way too long the first time. Paid them 2200 the first time. No way I'd go back. They don't back their work. Check other review sites, I'm not the only person that's had this problem. I understand transmissions aren't easy, but why should the consumer have to foot the bill if you screwed up the first time?

Good place. However, given the area they're located, I would not recommend dropping your vehicle off at night. Unless your armed with a license to carry. Overall, this place knows their stuff.

After dropping transmission off & agreed on price. They called me & tried getting more money 3 days in a row. Ended up costing me $900. more than I agreed to. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to.

I've taken several vehicles to Angelo's over the years. No matter what the problem, it's always fixed fast and the first time at a fair price. I highly recommend Angelo's Transmission for quick, reliable service at a great price.

My girlfriend and I were traveling for a moving trip, 32 hours across the country when we broke down 8 hours away from our destination. We were recommended to go to angelos transmissions by a different auto mechanic shop because the break down was due to a transmission issue and the place we went to didn t do repairs on transmissions. Angelos transmission was a great atmosphere. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone stayed late to help repair our van enough to get us back on the road and we ended up making it back ! Thank you all so much for your kindness and sympathy ! We are very greatful to have been cared for by such an intelligent group of technicians.

Very customer friendly and reasonable. When my transmission didn't work the 1st time, he pulled it out the 2nd time free of charge. Definitely recommend this place.

More than just transmissions. Pa inspection station. Good pricing. Quick work. If they can't do it, they tell you. Not a flyby night place. Repeat business I'll give them.

They helped me out after someone botched my tranny job these people are trust worth just for information purpose people on here crying about having transmission rebuilt and it going out after a year obviously people don't know anything at all about cats especially transmission having a transmission rebuilt means having all the solenoids clutches rings etc replaced not the hard parts which ate the most crucial parts they are checked for damage those are expensive and aren't included in the rebuild unless you specify and pay for the parts a rebuild isnt going to last a couple years at most of you change and replace everything. You may be good to go dont base your decision on a couple people that dont know anything about transmissions they can't rig it to go bad exactly after a year after warranty runs out and a one year 12k warranty up to 2 years is industry standard for rebuilds you can trust these guys and the prices are fair

I thought I had transmission problems, they looked at my car and said it was fine, they could of said yes and took advantage. I think if you need work done please call these people. If I could give more than5 stars I would.

Took my 2012 GMC Acadia here because I was having trouble with the reverse lights coming on. They told me it was going to cost $1,200 to get a new transmission control module. I ended up taking the vehicle to Rick Weaver and they found that it just had a bad wire and ended up only costing me $100.... watch out for these guys they are just trying to make money.

My truck emitted a noise that resembled a power steering whine, but only present when out of park. At lower RPM's it sounded like it was coming from grinding gears around the bell housing. At the time this was the 3rd issue my truck was having within a 4 week time span. I'm a good wrench but no transmission diagnosis expert so I assumed the Gods just wanted the truck to die. A buddy at work recommended this shop to give the final word of a toasted transmission. $100 later + a day and it was all fixed! Change your fluid filter folks.. lol. Live and learn.

Worst place to go too. They will not work on rebuild vehicle. They told me to bring it in and when I brought it to them they told me it was my cvt transmission. Didn t even look at it and told me they will not touch my vehicle because it s had no plate and it s a rebuild vehicle. I will never take my car to them period.
