Absolutely love this place! They are an hour from us but worth the drive! Paul is great! We have bought 3 dirt bikes and a sxs from them for our kids. Prices are decent and they are family owned, so NONE of that salesmen sketchy stuff you have to worry about! 10/10 recommend!!

Very nice people, I took my son to get his first motorcycle there. There was no rushing to get you in and out, they explain everything, they take the time to make sure you understand and that you're comfortable with whatever you are going to purchase, very intuitive, great people.

I bought my first boat there 14 years ago. And I go back every year to get my boat winterized. Fair prices, good service, and just good guys to deal with.

Took my 25 foot Sea Ray to ALEKS Powersports to have it repaired they kept my vessel 9 months to replace the outdrive and a couple of other items that they charged me 9 hours of labor for paid $2,600 for the part the vessel back the installation of the outdrive was incomplete temporal of the electronic devices were burned up from proper installation of a new battery. They took me to court for final payment we decided we would go ahead and let them take the vessel in lieu of charges they were trying to sue me for. They refused to return the $2,600 that I paid for the parts they now have the vessel and my $2,600. They lied to me and told me they would give me 40% veterans discount when I checked to get it brought in oh, I guess it was just to get my business. In my book that is thievery theft of funds by deception.

Recently bought a 2022 Bison 400U from Alek's Powersports. Dealt with Paul from start to finish. Paul was great to deal with. He explained everything about the side x side and showed us a machine they were putting together before they put on the outer body parts so we could see the quality of the frame and suspension components. Paul kept in contact throughout the whole process either by phone or text. Not once did we have a question unanswered. On the day we picked up the machine Paul took the time to explain to me and my husband all the features and controls on the machine before we loaded it onto the trailer. I would definitely give Alek's Powersports (and Paul) a 5 star rating for customer service. I would also give a thumbs up to the lady who did our paperwork on the day of the sale, very polite and explained everything. I hope the service after the sale is just as top notch. Thanks to everyone at Alek,s Powersports for a job well done.

Rude employees. Don't want to help or sell anything.Went in looking at the benelli tnt mini bike. Had cash in hand to buy. None of the employees asked if I needed help or had questions. Then when I approached an employee about a different bike(yamaha tw200) I was told they aren't a yamaha dealer(the 10'x5' yamaha sign on the outside of the building said otherwise) so I asked and was rudely and abruptly told only yamaha wave runners.I won't ever be back. Or ever recommend. Save yourself a headache and frustration go to off road express or street track and trail.**edit**So I'm glad you know that it's a totally different type of bike. I'm well aware also, I've been wanting to look at 1 and the giant yamaha sign was up. I looked at the 3 tnts, and wanted to purchase one, but rudeness and lack of salesmanship squashed that in a hurry. I bought from another dealer who actually wanted my business and was pleasant, helpful, and willing to help answer my questions.And read through the low reviews...all say they are rude and unwilling(or able not sure which) to help.Good luck.

I give them a 0 for customer service. I bought a brand new pontoon and the bimini top ripped the seat and also the driver seat is broken and still not fixed after 4 months.

Absolutely horrible service. Machine is a paperweight with under 500 miles on it and no parts. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere

I am from cleveland and drove out there to buy an x t extreme 200 off road trailer, Could not be happier with that trailer it Is Awesome. Has saved a lot of backbreaking work in a few weeks that I have had it . Miss sharon and mister brian are the ones I dealt with and they are awesome. Couple other people there help me get it loaded everybody There is great don't have one complaint about that place.

I bought my Lund here and couldn t be happier with it. Brian was very helpful. He answered all my questions and even provided an on-the-water trial run. Service was top notch. Howard installed my electronics just how I wanted. Glad I got my fishing boat at Alex Power Sports in Erie, PA!

We highly recommend Alek s Powersports. We bought a Trailmaster go-cart for our girls through Brian. Brian was patient, answered all of our questions, and was not pushy in any manner. This is a long-time, family-owned and operated business with lovely people, including Linda, at the front desk area. We will definitely be back to patronize this business. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We ll be back for more toys.

Great price . Mark worked hard to earn our business. After the sale we had a small issue with the wheeler, however it was right before a trip that was important to our family. Mark arranged to have the wheeler picked up the next day for repair and dropped off the day after. We haven t seen any customer service like this in NY, not even after spending 36k with our local dealer . Great job over here , and worth our drive to Erie. we will be back. Thanks again Mark !

Excellent buying experience. Was looking to get a new bike after my wreck. Brian took great care of my wife and I. Had exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. Hassle free transaction. Purchased a Trophy fishing boat and was very pleased with our experience at Alek s Powersports. Brian was very easy to deal with and even took us out on the bay to make sure we could operate our first boat properly and was comfortable doing so. I would recommend this dealer to anyone buying a boat or motorcycle. They definitely treat you right the minute you walk in the door and will take care of you should any problems arise after your purchase. I would definitely do business with Alek s Powersports again in the future.

We had a great experience purchasing our Yamaha WaveRunner through Alek's Powersports! We worked with Brian for the purchase and he was very knowledgeable and gave us honest feedback on the options we were considering. Brian followed up with our questions and was able to provide us with the exact vehicle we were looking for, in the color we wanted, and with quick turn-around. He was even able to beat the offer we were getting from another dealership. All-in-all, a great experience and we will be sure to purchase all our future "toys" from Alek's too!

some of the nicest people work here. i do not have a single thing to even complain about with our experience here. they went above and beyond to help my husband and i get the exact boat that we wanted. they made our boat buying experience a breeze. i will be going here again when we decide to upgrade our boat in the future. 100/100 recommend going here to get great service, great deals, and great product.

Bought a Trailmaster mini XRS go kart for my son. Brian was my salesman and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism and sense of humor went a long way in my book. I first called him to see if they had any karts available (every other dealer I've tried was either priced too high or they didnt have anything in stock) he was straightforward and to the point.. I could tell even after a 15 minute call this was it!! I ended up driving to Aleks Powersports all the way from Cleveland and I dont regret it one bit.. the other staff was friendly and helpful. The techs were professional and had my kart ready to ride the second it left their service garage. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and especially dealing with Brian was great. We were literally in and out in about 40 minutes and that includes paperwork, the last minute once over the techs did, Brian taking the time to familiarize me and my son of the controls and features and loading the kart into my van. I told Brian I will be looking for a boat next year and he will be my first call.. Thank you Brian and staff for making my sons day and a quick easy and pleasurable experience.

Honestly the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. The guy Brian over there was the best help and he made everything easy. Only thing that set them back was that my turn signals on my fender delete don t work. other than that it was great. I bought the blue 2017 ninja 300 abs

Just bought a Yamaha jet ski from Brian. Brian took extra time even after the store closed to discuss the jet ski information with us. His customer service and great personality want me to recommend this place to others! In fact, I already have since we have had it on the lake and had so many people compliment on how nice the jet ski is! Hopefully others will take the good reviews in to account and buy from Alek's Powersports!!!

We purchased Polaris 4 wheelers from Alek's Powersports in 2015. The salesman we had was very knowledgeable and made sure he passed on very important and helpful information that ranged from safety to maintenance to where to go riding, and more. Had a battery issue within a few days on one and they didn't hesitate to take care of it IMMEDIATELY! Followups were friendly and not harassing like others I've had. Planning to return soon and trade an Ace in on a 4 wheeler w/plow. Would recommend them to a friend.

I picked up my new Lund Tyee yesterday. I couldn t be happier with the service and treatment I received there. Brian took the time to go over every aspect of my new boat with me. Sharon took care of all the paperwork in a very organized and timely fashion. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new boat motorcycle or ATV.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates friendly sales people and great service. My brother and I drive about 60 miles to come here because we are always treated with respect. I just purchased a UTV here and was totally satisfied with the deal I received! Give Alek's Powersports a try! You will be glad you did!

Purchased a motorcycle From Alek's , let me start by saying that the owner is decent guy, his salesman on the other hand was VERY RUDE! When trying to come to an agreement all he could do is say what other dealers do and how they take advantage of you, which had nothing to do with what we were talking about or dealing with. All in all after I started dealing with the owner (Mark) I had a much better experience and ended up with a pretty good deal. Thanks Mark! LOOSE that worthless salesman, he makes your dealership look VERY BAD!

These Guys are very professional. They were very good too work with . I called them from Buffalo NY. Then my wife and I drove the 100 plus miles too there shop and bought a Bike from them. I am very happy with meeting and the service that I got. I would recommend them to other people that I know. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING Eddie

Spring is in the air, and I couldn't wait to get my new bike. Set up was done and my new zip was waiting for me to fill out the paperwork. My dad just bought a new Lund boat from Brian. We shopped around and they had the best deal. Brian Answered all the questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. I'd like to say thanks and I would highly recommend Aleks powersports to anyone looking for a New machine.

Pros: Large variety of PWC s, Motorcycles, and other off road toys. Friendly woman who runs the financing department.Cons: Below average customer service. Belittle the customer mentality. Seemingly uninterested salesman.Just bought a new 2020 Yamaha Waverunner PWC. Despite taking an incredibly long time to be recognized as a potential customer walking around the sales floor for what feels like hours, I finally was able to work out a deal with Mark. Wasn t too satisfied with my loan application after realizing none of the promotions Yamaha runs through financing were applied to my loan, but just happy to be out on the water. I wouldn t recommend this place to friends and family though. No one seems interested to sell you anything and you re definitely not their top priority.

Brain and the whole crew at Alex Powersports were phenomenal. Another great purchase of a 2007 Ninja. Great deal. Super nice low mileage bike. When I'm ready for my water sports Alex will be my only stop.
