Manager on site was very rude, not understanding, and by far not accommodating. We're closed outside of posted hours. Was also yelled at by the manager as well standing outside of the store trying to get my parts even though the order was placed online and was stated it was ready for pickup. Never EVER do business here.

I like Advance Auto,because they actually care about their job. Every time I go into the store I get treated like I count and they really care about helping me. Tonight was no different.My battery died,brought it in,they checked my alternator as well as diagnostic the car. Offered to charge the battery and if it will not hold a charge replace it. Drew the sales man was outstanding.He was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your help. I will be back......

Needed help finding a part no one could assist me because the system was down which is fine I understand but the fact nobody knew anything about the part I needed is very bad customer service

Doug did a great job replacing my car battery on Oct 30, 2022. Very friendly, answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right! Great experience, highly recommended!

Employees are polite and try their hardest to be as helpful as possible. Most of the time they have the parts needed and if not they can usually get them in decent time. Employees have no problems telling you about the deals online and in store, to save me money. They recycle used oil for free which helps a lot too.

Great help and knowledgeable staff. A good selection of parts too, even though it's pretty lean in store in terms of stock. Got a battery change and they took care of it right away without trying to sell anything fancy. In and out in 10 minutes. I'd strongly recommend them for the future.

Got a lawnmower drive belt here. A belts a belt right? They did have the one to fit our tractor. Yay! Nice super helpful person.A few weeks prior went there for windshield wipers to pass inspection. I bought a lair of bosch wipers said they would fit. They would not go on no way no how. I went back a week later after a trip, and explained what happened. Service person tried it he looked as bewildered as I did. He went and grabbed two new ones in box, and they went right on. Cant explain it. But he took the others that didnt work and i left a happy customer.

I asked the guys inside to borrow a tool to get the plate off my car. They were so rude and didn t even give me a simple tool to use. This is despite the fact they have a huge sign in the front of the store that says they have lender tools. I drove up to the Auto-Zone a few minutes away and they were able to lend me the tools I needed.

Needed a battery after I left my trunk lid unlatched mistakenly. They will install it for you after you order it online. Good price. Nice service. Buying a battery is a breeze!

Zack was tremendous!! So knowledgeable and personable. And he put my windshield wipers on for me! This is the best customer service ever. This is why I will always go there

I went to the Advance Auto on 12th St. and had this young gentleman named Zach helped me and he went above and beyond to assist me while being polite and professional. So the service was great and the prices were good as well. I'll definitely being going back to that store!!

Best one in erie handa down! Staff was awesome. I highly recommend asking for Corey S when you are there looked up almost 10 different parts for 2 different cars vary quickly and super helpful on ways to fix them. Last time I was there I need oil and some coolant showed me right where everything was made me feel like I have been going there and knew everyone for years and I have only been there three times.

Our family was out of town in Erie boating & I noticed that my boat trailer had smoke coming from a wheel bearing. I pulled into Advance Auto Parts 2543 W 12 the Street, Erie, Pa . I found extraordinary help and expertise that was way above what I expected. Not only that but when they had time they even helped me replace it with tools Advance had on hand. I couldn't have done it without them and I couldn't be more grateful to Nick & Drew for their above and beyond the call of duty attitude. With employees like this Advance will always be #1 by me!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walk in at 640 PM, only customer and associate refused to check my vehicle because they were the only one working. Now I have a friend driving across town tonight to give me a jump. Also, as I am waiting this associates wife and kids show up and he is hanging out with them. I will NEVER return to advanced auto parts again!

I left my lights on today in the grocery store parking lot. I'm not sure what part of my brain decided to to turn my lights on while it was still light out. But anyway, it was cold and everyone looked really busy or had kids with them, so I didn't really want to ask for a jump. Then I looked up and saw the Autoparts Store basically right next to me.I guess it was meant to be.They had some very reasonably priced jumper batteries. One of the guys working there wasn't sure it would be pre-charged, but I took my chances and it worked great.The guy who checked me out was super cool. When it was time to pay, and I got out my credit card, he told me I could "go ahead and insert my potato chip."

Had to swap out an alternator in the parking lot on a hot Saturday afternoon; used the loaner tools on-site.Staff let me use their facilities to clean up afterward.Todd, one of the employees, even lent a hand during his breaks and down time.

Always Price shopping for good value parts. If I can't find a good price at any other Auto part dealership I'll come here. Till I find something that's reasonable

Wouldn't change my battery in 2015 silverado, did it my self in parking lot and they carried battery though in cart lol
