Advanced auto has been a UPS drop off for a while now I'm there usually 2-3 times a week. Now certain employees are refusing to take packages because they don't feel like dealing with them.. its a matter of scanning the barcode and setting them to the side.. The employees are honestly pretty rude and could use a refresh on customer service. I'm not one to leave many reviews but quit being lazy and do your job.

not / terrible employes. have sales tax lic. and was told i have to pay sales tax on parts for resale. now manager states i'm not aloud to buy parts at this store HUMMMMMMMMMMMMM? been in business since 1991.your manager , Adam/Jim , does not want my business

Well lit, clean store. I had a battery issue and asked the manager Adam about it. Not only did he immediately honor the warranty, he installed it in my truck, on a cold day, in no time at all. GREAT SERVICE!!

Staff is always more then willing to help rather its testing you're car or helping you find something in the store. If they happen not to have what you need in stock then they always let you know which store does have and how long before they would get the shipment in. Love walking around and browsing because they constantly have different items to decorate your car!

Rude staff. Three employees sitting behind the counter, asked for assistance and only response I got is I m on the phone as the young rep proceeded to not talk on the phone.I suggest teaching employees some manners and common sense customer service.Beyond displeased.

I went here to get a fan resistor for my Ford escape. I was happy that they had it. I didn't call ahead, but I figured that with all the auto parts stores in the area, someone would have it. I've only had the car for three months and this part went and then the fan only worked on high and off and that didn't work for me.So I went in and gave the guy the part number. He looked it up in the computer and said they had one. It was ten dollars more than I saw them for online, but I really wanted to fix it that day. The part worked.

Very rude and lazy. Went into the store to find a item that was online and said was in stock at this location only. Drove 30 minutes to this store. Women working didn t even look to see if they had it. She got mouthy and said nope don t have it, it s not going to ruin my day after she went around the corner. I asked why it says they have it online and her response was couldn t tell you, not my problem never going back to this store

Tried to return some items but was 8 days late even with Covid 19 happening.I have been shopping there 28 years even when they were Whitlock. I guess I will have to find a new place to shop.

I went in to find paint for my car, however I wanted to make sure I was getting the right color for my car and knew that they can look up and match paints to car colors. So I went to ask the man at the counter for help. First of all, upon walking up he looked at me with disgust as if thinking "ughh another customer". Then he said in an annoyed voice "I need a minute". when he was ready, I asked him my question and he said "well, there are tons of different colors, I can't tell you which one to get. He obviously didn't know/was too lazy to do his job. So I left and went up the street to auto zone and they gave me the exact color I needed AND with a smile. needless to say, I won't be going back to advanced autoparts.

Zero trouble shooting skills at this particular location. Other's are a little better depending who's waiting on you. If it's not in the computer the youngins don't have a clue how to figure anything out.

Murphys Law: If it can go wrong it will, and when it does it comes in 3s; and just when you start to think everyone in the world is becoming selfish and only worried about themselves you run into someone like Adam at Advance Auto on Buffalo Road. Their people are knowledgeable and helpful, avoid the store in North East that store does not do credit to the chain. The Harborcreek store is wonderful
