I usually only buy cars from people not dealerships so this was my first time ever purchasing a car at a dealership. We checked out a few different places and someone recommended we check this place out so we did and we instantly felt comfortable. There was zero pressure in fact they were even talking about options to possibly help fix the car we had. They were very open Josh was incredibly helpful. They have a little toy bin in there which was super family friendly and helped a lot because we had our two little boys with us. And when the toys didn't work the other employees there were playing with my toddler. It really felt like a family place. I wanted to wait to write my review until I had the car for at least past their warranty to make sure nothing bad happened but the car is running just as great as the day we pulled off the lot. Me and my partner don't have great credit at all I have none and his is not very good and yet they got us in the car we wanted keeping our payments to something that we could afford. I'll never go anywhere else to get a car in the future this place was amazing.

Sold me a vehicle, after the 3rd drive the Service Engine Soon light came on. Catalytic Converter code The dealer said they would not cover the repair & isn t covered under warranty. 45 days after purchase less that 115 miles driven??? The great deal is now a , I lost my behind to the tune of $3500+ deal. You may ask why not give them 1 star??? Well after some persistence on my end they finally gave me $200s, which is appreciated, most would be insulted, also the people at this dealer are nice & it s not their fault the owner wouldn t step up, do the right thing or at the very least not be transparent about the vehicles condition Buyer beware!!!

Found a vehicle online and made the trek out to Weaver's of East Pete in Ephrata (over an hour) to test drive a 2016 Jeep Patriot. Was a solid card but it needed some work and detailing/cleaning.Agreed to purchase Jeep after some price negotiating and scheduled a pick up time. Drove to pick up car after work was done on the vehicle and all auto body work was done EXCEPT detailing. Was told because we negotiated price the detail was pulled from the deal but this was never communicated with us before the pick up. Additionally, we were promised a 2nd factory key to be mailed to us ASAP (key was not at that location) and it has been a week and NO KEY. Super frustrating because when you show interest in a vehicle you get call backs right away to SELL you a car but once you actually SPEND your hard-earned money at Weaver's you seem to be forgotten. Weaver's, I hope you make this right.

I bought a car here last year and have not had any problems with it. I just got it back from its first inspection I scheduled myself since buying it and my mechanic said the car is in great condition. Everyone in the office was easy to talk to and helpful, especially during a time when used cars were selling like hot cakes. Also no sneaky sales tactics, like tricking people into warranties, which can happen at larger dealerships. Their prices and selection were the best/most fair I could find in the general area, would definitely buy a car here again.

I visited just about every car dealership in Ephrata, New Holland, Akron, etc.. and test drove SO many vehicles, talked to SO many salemen, and then I finally visited Weaver's of East Pete and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They are friendly, curtious, knowledgeable, and (most importantly to me) they were honest, fair priced, and not pushy. I absolutely love the Nissan Armada that I purchased from them. I would(and already have) recommend Weaver's of East Pete to everyone I know.

Called them to advise them that we were on our way (1 1/2) to look at a mini van. When we arrived before the hour and half they had people filling out paperwork for the same van. Didn t receive a call that people were filling out paperwork. Will NOT buy a vehicle from them again.

Always the best! We just bought our 4th vehicle from Weavers yesterday, and it s always the greatest car buying experience! Jared, Josh, and Dan make the whole process easy and enjoyable. They are fair and honest, trustworthy people not there to just sell you a car. Highly recommend buying here, and their service center is excellent also! We won t buy anywhere else

Had a friend buy a car there and I went with her. Folks were very nice to deal with and the price was fair. We have our own auto shop and the repairs done by their shop were very complete. They also give a carfax for each car. There are few used car dealers I would buy from.

I've bought two used cars from Weaver's over the past few months and had an excellent experience both times! Their salesmen are great at making a personal connection and remembering your needs and concerns. With the first car, they had thought they fixed the A/C before selling it to us, but after driving it for a day, we realized the A/C was still broken. They had us bring the car back into their shop and repaired it properly for us. That really gained our trust and brought us back for our second car. We also appreciated that they're not pushy, and certainly make you feel like they want you to make the best decision for you. We came back on multiple days to look at the cars we were considering and test drive them before we made our final decision. This was the best service we received from any of the dealerships in the area.

We just had a great car buying experience here! Salespeople gave us plenty of time to look at the inventory without making us feel pressured. There was a large selection of affordable vehicles, and once we got down to the paperwork part of the process, Josh explained everything clearly and was very courteous. We hopefully won't need another vehicle for a while, but when we do, we'll be stopping by here again!

This has been the worst experience I ve ever had with buying a car. The jeep I bought had major engine issues and AC issues which they patched up and sold me. Now less than 10 months later I need a new engine ( even though my car is serviced ever 3 months and the check engine light has never come on) I ve already spent thousands fixing the AC and other minor repairs, car keeps shutting off every 20 minutes and now I m being told by the dealer and warranty department that their isn t anything they can do and that I ll have to pay out of pocket to cover the repairs myself.After a month of going back and forth with them to have this done I m finally being told that because my oil change is not up to date they can t help. My next oil change was on the day they sent the email. All this is just excuses and I hope no one else has to go through this.

Buying from Josh at Weaver's was the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was not pushy in the slightest, was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Very fair trade in values. You can tell this establishment really cares about their cars AND the people that buy them. They truly go out of their way to make it an easy enjoyable experience for the buyer. I normally despise car buying and dealing with salesman, but I will definitely refer and go here again the next time we purchase a car.

My wife and I just recently bought a car here. This dealership has the most absolutely best customer service I have ever experienced when buying a car. They do not try and rip you off on your trade in and they absolutely want to make the car you want to buy from them is in great shape. Plus they are beyond super friendly. I have never have had such a great experience buying. You will not be disappointed. I'll be buying my next car there.

Recently traded a Larger SUV for a fuel economy car. Staff was great with all aspects of being easy to work with from over the phone and in person giving me a deal that I was happy with. Definitely would recommend them for a car buying experience.

I had an amazing experience, there was no pressure from the sales men. they saw me looking at a truck and brought out the keys so we could unlock it and start it up. The price was great, the truck was serviced and in great shape. Sales and financing was a breeze, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely look here when i go to buy another vehicle.

Just bought a car from them today. They were super polite with my wife and I. We had seen the car online. They are a mom and pop outfit. So not huge inventory but they know their inventory. We didn't feel pressured. Car came with 30 day warranty which is nice peace of mind. The process was quick and easy. If they have the car you're looking for you won't be disappointed.

Had previously visited this dealership a few years ago and was super impressed by the honest and no pressure atmosphere. Unfortunately we did not purchase a vehicle at that time. But when we were faced with replacing my daughter's vehicle recently, Weaver's had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and we ended up purchasing a good, low mileage vehicle from them. My wife and I are glad that we made the decision to purchase from them. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and provide great advice regarding their vehicles. Its great buying a vehicle from a dealership that values "Treat others as you would want to be treated" philosophy without any pressure. I highly recommend stopping by this dealership if you are in the market for used vehicle.

Although they are very nice, I only gave 3 stars because I bought my car about 2 months ago and it has been in the garage 3 times already. They did help pay for the one time after I flipped out on them about it. And they did replace my windshield for me after I showed them that the chip in it wasn't filled like they had originally told me it was. I am very conflicted with how I feel about this place. I thought buying from a dealership would be better than buying privately to avoid these issues but it only cost me way MORE MONEY and a LOT of hassle. If one more thing breaks on the car or engine, I will completely freak out.

This is purely a consumer review. I don't know the folks that own this place. Only met them when I walked on the lot. My 16 year old son needed to replace his first car after an unfortunate event. He was paying for the car himself and I wanted him to take responsibility for the car buying experience. When we walked on the lot, I explained this to the owner. From there, he guided my son through the car buying process. It was a great experience for both of us! We were looking at one car at Weaver's and another one that was up the road at a dealership. Weaver's really worked for my sons business. They sold him a great car at a fair price. What else could you ask for? I would recommend Weaver's without reservation. It is great that there are still businesses like this out there!

Second time our family purchased a car from Weavers. Made buying a car easy and fast. Laid back company, not pushy. I highly recommend buying a car from them! I know we will be back im 2 years when our daughter starts driving! I honestly can't say enough about them. Check them out for yourself

Working with Jared made buying a car a breeze, 10/10 would recommend! He is very honest, not your typical salesmen , and fair. Jared and Josh are outstanding. I tested 4 different cars and they provided me of all the information that I needed to make the best decision. They did not try to push the most expensive vehicles but rather guided me to the one that suited my needs. The process was very transparent and easy and would recommend them to any family members. This will be my go to place for car shopping from now on!

Josh Jared and skip made me feel like I was a member of their family. When you talk about professionalism these guys are the best in the business! They told me everything I need to know everything I didn't need to know the selection they have at this dealer were the best condition vehicles I have ever seen and also at the greatest prices I've ever seen. If anybody ever wanted to be treated like a human being then this is the place you need to go to. If I ever need another car this is where I'm going ! Like they say if I can get more than five stars on this I would!

Friendly and pleasant staff. Very nice nice and helpful. Bought a car which had some problems with the exterior lights when I test-drove it. They sent me to a garage to fix it with no luck. Tried another garage and no luck. Both garages said the problem was fixed. A couple weeks outside of warranty, they set me up with an appointment at Ulrich s in Mohnton and not only did they diagnose the issue, but they replaced the entire lighting manifold (not sure the proper terminology) and replaced a front fender which was glued-on. Everything is working as expected now. Thanks guys.

i bought a car here, last time! IT IS A ABSOLUTE MUST TO TAKE IT TO YOUR GARAGE .. if you did what i did it will cost you thousands in repair! THEY SAID IT PASSED INSPECTION- H&F has LOW standards. Im around $3,000 into repairs and still not done. shocks, struts, 4 special order tires, 4 sway bar links, 2 frt abs sensors, battery 7yrs old, wheel ali......

Purchased my daughters first car from theses guys, and had a great experience. I live and work close to 'dealers row' on Manheim Pike in lancaster, so I had no lack of buying options, however I decided to drive 25 minutes away to buy a car from Jared and Josh. Great car, great service and good old fashioned, honest businessmen. Unless they can't provide the type of car I want, I will continue to buy my cars fro here.
