It s a real shame I can t give a zero star rating. I brought my vehicle here for inspection. They initially failed me for an outer tie rod. I took my vehicle to another shop to be repaired, and that shop told me that the problem was an inner tie rod. I brought it back after the repair was done, and they failed my vehicle again due to excessive play in the steering wheel. There is no play in my steering wheel, so I argued with the inspector, and it took one of his coworkers with more experience to point out to him that he was doing his job incorrectly. That was two weeks ago. I discovered today that the lug nuts on one of my wheels were not tightened properly. I lost one lug nut and four of the other nuts were loose. Take your business somewhere else.

Just beware, these people have no common sense. I was here on a Saturday morning. There are two lines to get your oil changed. The left line had two cars in it. The right line had one car in it. I pulled up behind the one car in the right line. Waited by turn to get my oil changed. However, when the car in front of me was done, they started backing people around in the parking lot to move the car to my left in front of me. Very unsafe procedure. I'm 55 years old and have waited in line all my life. I never experienced something so stupid. I have been coming to this location since it opened as cloister many years ago. They definitely lost a loyal customer. I took my business to a different garage in the area. It seems as the younger generation takes over business, they have lost all common sense!!

Prices are insane. They wanted to charge me $120 for an oil change. I went to the store and got the same quality oil they were offering and only paid $30 for oil and filter. I was going for the convenience aspect but to save $90 it s worth the inconvenience to just do it myself.

I had upgraded to full synthetic oil . Had the tires rotated. And a new air filter installed. Valvoline attendant check the lights and air pressure of the tires. Very satisfying experience.

Drive in, wait in the car, drive out. Easy Peasy.They will replace things like light bulbs etc to keep you safe and compliant as well. Headlight out is an easy traffic ticket...

Only have 1 star for convenience. Made my first and last visit to valvoline instant oil change. The pricey oil change resulted in an even higher bill due to drain plug and oil pan being stripped causing oil to leak from the pan. I should have known something was wrong when they said all oil changes need a new gasket and drain plug. I will be sending you a bill for the repairs.Service: Oil change

Every time I came here I had quick service and the guys were really informative and helpful. I got a state inspection, oil change, wiper blades and new air filters,, never had an issue with them whatsoever.

Very quick an easy, 18 point check system. Help me see my third brake light was out. Ability to replace the filters. Did a very nice job and kept it clean. Plus they were great to talk too.

I took my car to get inspected. I told them on the phone and then again when I got there that the car would need new tires and there was a check engine light that would need to be fixed before it would pass inspection. Both people said ok. I dropped my car off and got called a few hours later it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car they did not do any work to it and charged me $80 to tell it wouldn t pass inspection due to the check engine light and tires. They wasted my time and money to tell me stuff I already knew. If they didn t fix this stuff they should have told me when I called and dropped my car. They took $80 for nothing. Will not be bringing my car here ever again.Edit: I didn t want them to push my car through inspection while it was unsafe I wanted them to fix the problems and then do the inspection. Why did they need they feel the need to take my car and tell me what I already knew was wrong with it and charge me $80 on top of that?

I made sure I was in line by 5:30 because I knew the policy was they don t take anymore cars after 5:45. After sitting there for ten minutes, they came and told me they weren t taking anymore cars. Why have a cut off time if you aren t going to follow your cut off time. I was extremely annoyed since I traveled to this one from Lancaster because I heard good things about this location. I wont be returning.

Much better experience than under the previous ownership who I had two poor experiences with. Service was fast, they were thorough but didn t try to sell me anything, and I was able to wait in the car the whole time. It is a little pricier than it used to be but I found an $8 coupon online that helped.

I have been using this location for almost 30 years. Always offered free top-offs. At last oil change was told free top off was still available. It has now been bought by Valvoline. When I called I was told that they no longer offer that even for people who were told that. Asked manager to see when the last time we had been in. Told me quote "I don't have time for that." Last time I will EVER take mine or any of my families' vehicles to this location. I will also make sure to let all of my friends and family know to not use this location anymore.Service: Oil change

Tried to scam me for $80.00 for a basic oil change. Left with no oil change. Big joke. Probably make money scamming people all day.Edit: your employee claimed you were out of the 5w30 which the manufacturer suggests. He then said the only available was for extended life synthetic oil for 89 dollars. I find it hard to believe you were out of 5w30. I told him I wanted the most basic oil change for 29.99 like your sign said. Your business immediately tried to scam me. Is 5w30 uncommon? Do you run out of it on a regular basis?

Super dissapointed with this Valvoline. I noticed that my oil was leaking a few weeks after my oil change. I took the car into my garage thinking that I had a legitamate oil leak. They told me that the oil filter wasn't tightened enough so I had them replace it. I've never had this happen before so I contacted the Valvoline store directly about compensation for their mistake. They told me they went back and watched the video and that "it was installed correctly" and there was nothing they could do, no compensation, nothing. I couldn't believe that they were willing to lose my business over one bad oil change. I contacted Valvoline corperate and they sent me a coupon for a free oil change in five minutes, problem solved! I will go back to Valvoline, but not this one unfortunately. Hopefully the management gets some good training soon.Service: Oil change

Overall great experience. Felt more professional than under prior ownership. Employees didn t seem pushy on unnecessary things during oil change. I always hate the your air filters, etc need to be replaced.

I happened to stop in for an oil change the first day they switched over to Valvoline, the employees were friendly and efficient. The only downside is that their prices are a bit higher than when they were Mister Car Wash but for the convenience I'm willing to deal with it.

Very happy with the service here. Staff was talkative and knew their stuff. Asked us about things we didn't think about. Didn't try and pressure any extreme services. Smiled and everything was quick. Hope to go back again.
