Great experience, Mike from the service department takes care of you in a fast and professional manner. Great waiting area big TV with something on all the time drinks, coffee and snacks are free. Overall a really great environment. My dog ran away. He was found with a few issues. Called them, set an appointment, and as soon as I walked into emergency, I was greeted, taken care of. Nurse, Dr, and staff professionals . Love the service.

During my visits everyone was welcoming and very polite. They worked diligently on the repairs requested and didn't work on unnecessary things. They didn't waste my time or money. Appointment was made over a week in advance for 8:30 AM upon arrival I was told it could be until 5:00 PM for the recall service to be done which Ford Motor Company indicated in their recall letter would take from 20 minutes to an hour to complete. Upon my being disappointed they promised me a two hour wait. The did supply a loaner car and upon returning in over three hours I noticed that they were just pulling my vehicle in to begin the service work. I also had to drive over an hour to reach this dealership from my residence. Needless to say very unhappy with their service. Second vehicle I purchased from them at $10,000 over msrp ford maverick. Might be the last

I have been to many ford dealerships and left them dissatisfied. I have had an overall pretty bad experience with owning a ford, but this dealership does seem a little better at handling service than others I ve been to. Communication could be a little better though. I had my mustang sitting there for a couple weeks unaware that they had no idea when my parts would come. They said they were waiting and it may take awhile, but didn t explicitly tell me if could take months, until I asked about it after I waited couple weeks.Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance
