I had a really great experience at Twin Pine Ford! They worked hard to find me the right financing for my Ford Explorer. Great customer service with a no pressure buying experience. All the information given about the car was very transparent and the price was very reasonable. Justin was a great salesman to work with! He made me feel very welcome and comfortable during the buying process. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership!

Can t say enough good things about our experience here. Kevin was our sales rep. We had a 2021 premium Mach E and loved the car. We saw ford was offering great rebates and 0% financing so we just started browsing the internet to see what was out there. We stumbled on Twin Pines and they had the exact color and model we wanted. Their prices seemed to good to be true and I was very skeptical of the prices they had listed. So I filled out a request form and Kevin called me the very next morning ,after speaking with him I understood how they were offering the prices they were advertising. I sent all our information and he put the car to the side till we could get there the next day. They gave us a very fair offer on our trade and we made a smooth easy transaction. I d absolutely 100% buy another vehicle from them and I d highly recommend them to anyone buying. I ve attached a few pics of our new beauty.

I purchased my Ford Escape Hybrid from Twin Pine Ford via the internet and phone from Michigan. The photos of the vehicle were very good, and the Twin Pines website information about the vehicle was comprehensive. I completed my purchase with a bank wire transfer and documents mailed to me. The transaction went smoothly. My salesman Justin helped me navigate the purchase process. I flew to Pennsylvania, picked up the car the following week and drove it back to Ann Arbor, Michigan. Good car, good sale. Thank you, Justin and Reid.

Our daughter originated this beauty yesterday and Santiago was an awesome sales team member! He was helpful with all of our questions and went into detail about every step! He has an amazing future ahead of him in the "car biz" that's for sure! Such a fast process and comfortable waiting area with plenty of refreshments while you wait.

It was a great experience dealing with Twin Pine Ford! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly and very professional. I especially appreciate the job Autumn Casey did in handling the sales portion of the car deal.This was an out of state purchase, which entailed a direct wire transfer between the banks. It was a bit more involved than most transactions. But everyone did their job very well and the deal went through smoothly.I can't thank them enough for helping me find the right car, in excellent condition and for a good price. Santiago was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. Front receptionist, Kendra, did a nice job of greeting and getting us to our salesperson, Cory.Cory was knowledgeable , efficient and accommodating to our needs. I was happy with the entire process.The only drawback was the long wait time to get the contract done. Quinn was very good, however, he seemed understaffed. He was very good at his part once we got in.Overall, I would highly recommend your services.

Great prices and Justin was great. We had a hiccup with not being able to take the car the same day but the dealership made it up to us for having to make the second trip. My son loves his car and would buy from them again in the future!

My experience was stress free at Twin Pine, mostly as Autumn, my salesperson was on it and understood what I was looking for snd was calm and helpful. She answered every question without making me feel rushed or pressured. Pretty quickly I decided to stop looking elsewhere as she was so easy to work with! And I got my dream truck for a reasonable price so it was a big success!

Seth and Twin Pine Ford made the car buying process quick and easy. Seth was wonderful to work with and so knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. The facility was extremely nice offering complementary snacks and drinks as well as two separate lounge areas. The entire staff is extremely pleasant and attentive . 5 stars because my salesman Caleb was helpful and worked with me to get the outcome I was looking for. Trade in was maybe a little less than I had hoped but the rest of the experience was very good. Much better selection of used electric vehicles than almost anyone else around and they process the $4000 federal tax credit instantly which is great.

Cant say this enough... Great customer service! Our salesman Sean was very professional. Excellent time management. Salesman was not pushy or aggressive with sales. Sean went out of his way to secure the vehicle we wanted and provided the best customer service the entire time. This is my second vehicle from Twin Pine. Purchased first 8 years ago. Still drive my first car daily and its running strong. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Today was one of the very best car buying experiences and it was at Twin Pine Ford in Ephrata, PA. From the receptionist to sales to finance, everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I have dreaded car shopping/buying my entire life. At Twin Pine Ford there was honesty, no pressure and no gimmicks. Zach was great to work, allowing me to message him during the day in preparation for my test drive. The wait to meet for financing was a bit long (evidence of lots of successful sales and happy customers), and Zach checked in on me often during my wait. Quinn was efficient with getting all of the financial docs in order and kept the process moving while still explaining things thoroughly. It was nice to work with a down-to-earth team that appreciated the fact that this wasn t my first rodeo in purchasing a vehicle. I d definitely recommend them to anyone!

Because the car-buying experience can vary widely, it's refreshing to find a dealership that is so professional, ethical, and easy to work with. Caleb, in sales was exceptional as was Quinn in finance. I purchased from these folks as an out-of-state buyer based on the great value they offered but I'd go to lengths to work with them again based on how fairly, honestly, and considerately they do business.

Seth showed me my BMW with utmost professionalism and then was on vacation for a few days and passed the baton to Eduardo. Eduardo made the car buying process such a smooth and easy process. He was very accommodating in assisting with obtaining an updated insurance card. He made sure all my questions were answered and made my car buying process enjoyable!
