I can't say enough great things about Stauffer Diesel. The tech guy answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and tried to get me running for my event. Sorry to say it was not something I could fix but the next day they were on top of it and I am running again. They were patient with all my questions and showed me a few things to help in the future. It was a long drive for me but worth it.

I was having trouble with a machine with a Deutz Diesel and looked for my local dealer, called set up an appointment and dropped machine. They looked at it a day earlier than expected and did a thorough inspection and took detailed pictures and notes. They came up with solutions based on different price ranges to help solve my engine problems. Overall I felt that they gave me a good service at a fair price and these days what else can you ask for. I hope I don't have to return however if I have trouble with a Deutz, Stauffer will be my first call.

I m typically not one to leave reviews. But I was in a serious bind when my diesel powered welding machine was having fuel issues, and Keith the service manager took care of me and got my machine up and running within 3 days. I highly recommended. Thanks Keith for treating me like family, I wouldn t trust anyone else !

Extremely impressed with the customer service and performance of their generators. We utilize the CP10a generator on all of our oil field trucks. The generator is put through some of the most extreme conditions, and we almost never have an issue.Last week we experienced our first problem with one of the generators. I called "tech support" and expected to me transferred over-seas, but I wasn't. The technician that I spoke with was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful and quickly helped diagnose and repair our issue. Amazing support.The combination of an extremely reliable generator and outstanding customer support is something that you generally don't find today. However, Stauffer Diesel proved us wrong. We highly recommend Stauffer Diesel and their line of generators.

Awesome shop. Needed a starter in the middle of the night and they opened up to help me. Didn't have the starter i needed in stock so they pulled a used one for me. Highly recommend.
