I bought this dishy little sugar cube through Travis Good at Rocky Ridge. I went through 2 dealerships in the Reading area where I live. It sometimes works out a little better if you re willing to go the extra distance to get what you want. In my case it was the perfect choice. Travis went above, beyond and further than I have ever experienced with a sales person of any nature. He even put in extra work hours to make my insurance company happy. The selection of vehicles at Rocky Ridge Auto Sales and Service are vast and affordable.Very very clean facility. I m looking forward to having a great relationship with this company. I see no reason to go anywhere else.

What a great place to do business. Honesty in the automotive sales and service arena is sadly rare today. Rocky Ridge has a fantastic approach to success. Travis & Greg were wonderful to work with. I called on a Friday afternoon to ask if we could stop in on Saturday morning to test drive it. When we arrived on Saturday morning the car was sitting out front all shiny & ready to roll. Greg was very informative and able to tell us how to operate the many bells & whistles that the car has. We fell in love with the car & decided to close the deal. Travis did a great job ensuring that we got the best deal and patiently walked us through the purchase of our car. The entire team was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant.We highly recommend reaching out to this great team to find your next vehicle!

This is the third time that my husband and I have bought a car from Rocky Ridge and every time we are there we have a wonderful experience. The sales people are knowledgeable, kind and very personable. The gentleman who does the financing aspect is amazing to work with. This is the best place to get a used car as they have many cars that are perfect for all price ranges and no one is overly pushy as you find at other places. We will continue to come back for all of our car buying needs and recommend all of our family and friends to them as well. Best car place hands down!

Had a great experience with Rocky Ridge Auto. I test drove a few different vehicles on their lot and was looking for a specific make and color. Even though they didn t have it, they were able to find what I wanted elsewhere. The guys were no pressure sales and were fun to work with. Thank you!

I was researching vehicles and came across Rocky Ridge Auto. They have a great selection of all different makes and models vehicles. Tara greeted us and asked what we were looking for and I wanted to test drive about five cars. She went and got all the keys and we test drove them, she was so friendly. The atmosphere was great, no pushy salesmen and no pressure. We bought an SUV and was just looking that day. I would recommend them to family and friends. I ve bought multiple cars from Rocky Ridge now and I will keep coming back, even though it s an hour from where I live and I must pass 50 other car dealers on the way.Jeremy, Travis, Tara and the team are top notch friendly and helpful and above all straightforward, transparent, reasonable and fair. You can t ask for much more than that!I ve always had a good experience and I couldn t recommend them any more strongly 5 stars for my trusted used car buying partners at Rocky Ridge!!!

After browsing for cars online I noticed Rocky Ridges great selection and reviews and thought I would check it out. Gregg was super helpful showing me around, was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars and very friendly throughout the whole process. This was the easiest car buying process I ve ever been through and by far the best customer service I have seen at a dealer. If you need a car I would 100% recommend Rocky and make sure to ask for Gregg!

I worked with Gregg Hummel to sell my Dad s car and he did a great job ensuring that all of the details were taken care of including offering a very fair price on the car, fully explaining the process to my Dad, and coordinating a pickup time that was convenient for him.I will reach out to Gregg again if I have a future need and would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional from whom to purchase a used car.

It was definitely a good choice to come to Rocky Ridge. Everyone was very welcoming & helpful, which was quite nice for a first time buyer. They have a surprising amount of good deals on good cars along, definitely better than most dealers.If there was a complaint, I guess it would be that they really tried to push the extra warranties, but that's a problem with most dealerships, so that's not too much of a knock.Overall, I'd come here again. :)

Had another great experience buying our 2nd mini van for our company " Excentia Human Services". They were very pleasent to work with. Travis was on top of answering all my questions and was very good about keeping in touch with me through out the purchasing process. Highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase!

Bought a very low mile, fully loaded jeep, at a fair price. The staff were very nice, not pushy, helped me secure a lower rate loan than I had found for myself. On the way home the check engine light came on (I live an hour and a half away), they came and got the jeep and took it back to fix it. It encountered another issue with the repair which I ended up having my mechanic fix as it was too out of my way to go back to their dealership. They are working with me to make that right as well. I can t speak highly enough about the lengths they are willing to go to make sure customers are satisfied and remain customers. Even with the unexpected issues I ve experienced I would certainly be back as I can t imagine any other dealership being this attentive. That includes a new car dealership as well. They are rated so highly and have so many repeat customers for a reason!

We had bought a Toyota Corolla back in the beginning of 2023. The car was very well priced and drove like a dream. Now we just bought a Jeep Renegade as a second car and Greg helped with setting us up and showing us how all the mechanisms worked. He was very patient and kind. We highly recommend buying a car/truck at Rocky Ridge Auto. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice and most importantly, honest. We would never go anywhere else. Also, we have to mention Tim the mechanic in this review. He was wonderful in answering any additional questions we had. You go Rocky Ridge!!

Amazing!!! We bought a Rav 4 hybrid. It unfortunately had an issue with the sos button. I went back the next day our salesman and the manager immediately jumped in the car and helped us. They had to order a part and got it fixed. After the great deal and then fixing the problem idk how they made a dime from the sale, but they got our loyalty

Don t buy from here. They lied about a tesla vehicle having full self driving capability, but in fact it did not. Don t trust this place at all. There are better companies out there doing honest and fair work. Avoid at all cost as they will give you the highest apr as well. Save your time. P.S. Read the one star reviews and you ll see why this place is terrible.

Very friendly, the process was flawless. The vehicle was as listed. The vehicle had a slow air leak in one of the tires, the dealership is going to replace free of charge. Great experience.

The SUV we where looking at was obviously in an accident with a poor repair job. We asked them to come down in price. It was a no go. Normally rejection for a lower is okay. In this case it wasn't.
