I dropped my push mower off at Martins and was told that it was about a four day turnaround. I asked for a tuneup because it was running rough and hadn t been serviced in a while. They called me after three days saying it was finished and when I got it, it was not only tuned up, but also cleaned up very nicely and running great. the price seems fair and I will definitely take my equipment back to them if it needs work done!

Poor Customer Service. I had a mower serviced/repaired at the beginning of April and 2 weeks later the belt and pulley system that had just been replaced broke. They did not stand by their work and charged another $250 after we paid $700 initially. They didn't extend the courtesy of letting us know the initial bill would be so much which would have been nice so we could make the decision to repair it or replace it. We will not be giving them our business nor will I recommend them.Edit: After being repaired the second time, the exact same issue happened. After speaking with someone at Martins, it was determined that it was probably the quality of the metal in the new parts and the fact that Cub Cadet is poorly built and runs super hot that was causing the breakdown. They did fix it again at no charge with a better part. So far so good and its been a couple weeks now. I appreciate that but still think their Customer Service needs work. They dropped the mower off no call to say it was complete or what they had done.

Took an older McCullouh 3818 chainsaw there for repair after trying some problem solving myself. Took. About a week to look over the saw and find the issue. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it.No spark/bad coil. Told me it would likely be a no fix on their part.The guy I worked with was very informative helpful and even though I was disappointed I could not get my saw repaired I was still incredibly happy with the service and information given throughout.I feel confident they are a good shop based on this interaction.

Had to take my mower in for service and tune up. Very happy with the work performed and the amount of turnaround time. Great customer service as they called me BEFORE the work was done to let me know the exact price which I thought was very fair.

These guys were great. I had an idea in my mind as to what needed to be done, and they talked me down and saved me some money. They also did a great job fixing a leaking gas tank on my mower rather than just charging me extra for a whole new tank. I plan to regularly use these people for all my routine and unexpected maintenance needs.

They took a 35 year old Murray lawn mowerThat wasnt running and fixed it. Never did they try to sell me a new one. Their prices are great. A new mower like this is around $250I have less than a "C" note invested in this repair. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!I highly recommend Martins Repair to everyone. One last note. Dropped my mower off a few days ago and picked it up today. Runs better than when I first bought it brand new! Price was excellent for everything that they did. I was surprised at everything they did! Also loved their dog Ratchet! Beautiful German Shepherd and very well behaved!

These are the people to deal with. Rufus helped me pick the perfect tractor. Don delivered it, answered my questions and went out of his way to haul away my old tractor and dump cart.The price was right and they delivered everything when they said they would.You can feel comfortable doing business with them.I know I will be doing more with them in the future.

The staff was friendly and professional. They were able to get my old chainsaw running again. Tried another place first but and they refused to even look at it. They were up for the challenge.Will use them in the future.

Great group of guys to work with! My step father does small engine repair as a hobby and this is the only place we trust to get parts from! The staff is very helpful and professional and goes out of their way to help you find the part you need, or assist you in figuring out what is wrong!

Very poor customer service. Sold me a sprayer for an orchard and I need one for a vineyard. Told me it would work. When asked for a correction on the spray head, sent new head for a vineyard and charged for extra parts that were not needed. The owner told me to send the parts back. When I sent the parts back and they refused to credit me for the UN-needed parts. Was told "if I didn't like it to go somewhere else". Unbelievable attitude. Poor business people. I suggest find another repair shop.

If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. They had my lawn mower for 4 weeks after they told me it would take one week. Realized they made an error and ended up not being able to fix my mower in the end. Told me the "best that they could do" was offer for me to drive to their shop, pick up a mower to borrow, drive home, mow my lawn, load up the mower and drive it back to return it. And then when I told them I wasn't pleased with their customer service, I was told "well its not our fault your mower broke" Real nice. Keep up the good work.

They got me the correct part at a fair price and quicker than the Walker dealer here in Knoxville Tennessee said they could.

My 1st there ... never knew this place was so close to me....needed a new tire for my mower..the guy came rt up to me and helped me out ...10 min later walking out with a new tire ....service was great!!! I will definitely be bk again!!! Thanks

Had exactly what I needed after calling several other places who didn't stock it and would have had to order it in...and at a lower price! Never even knew this place existed until I started looking around for other places but I will definitely be back again for any future needs!

Took my push mower there and stated, it has low compression so it needs a rebuild. I d like to have someone fix it or tell me how much it would cost. They took it apart and told me I just needed a new mower cuz it has low compression. Stated you don t rebuild these engines. That information would have been nice when I dropped it off before you charged me to tell me what I told you! Just poor communication could have saved us all time and money.

My mower died on me mid season last year. They were able to get my mower up and running for less than what I had expected.Just dropped a couple stars because their prices seem to be getting higher. A chain saw tune up was estimated to be $50! And nearly $500 to replace the drive pulley!

Do not use this repair shop. Twice we took our Husqvarna mower in with the same complaint: the mower revved hard and died within a few moments. The first time they told us it was a throttle problem, and they fixed it. They did not. The second time they insisted there was nothing wrong and tried to sell us a 'cleaning' service that amazingly failed to clean the machine. One can either assume that the people working there are either incompetent or liars. Either way: avoid using their services if you value your money.

I walked into this place and felt like I was in a Cadillac dealership. I can't recall the name of the representative that helped me but he went above and beyond to get me the part I needed for my old John Deere. Price was fair as well. If I ever need something that is rather specific, I know I can come here and find what I need for my mower repair needs.
