Had the pleasure of purchasing a new to me Silverado Trail Boss. Worked with Mike and really had a great experience. Mike and Patrick worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. Overall a very good experience, would recommend.

While traveling through the area my truck started wildly displaying trouble lights. The shop foreman was very considerate of my situation, hauling a travel trailer a long way from home. He squeezed me in for a diagnosis within minutes. The shop tech was very thorough and listened to my explanation of the symptoms before diagnosing the problem. They suggested I could continue to my destination before making repairs without causing any damage. All of this at no charge. They could easily have charged me $150 for the scan. Thanks for your help.

John Sauder Chevrolet of ephrata is the best place you need to go to get yourself a new car. I went there with a trade in and cash they helped me out very well! I picked up a 2017 Chevy Malibu and I m loving it! Mike was the one helping me out with the sale he s a very cool and nice guy. They answered all my questions if I had any. Thank you for great customer service!

My wife and went here last night to look at this truck. It was an amazing buying experience. The salesman came out and did not pressure us at all. I took it for a drive and came back. They never once pushed us to buy it. They did the estimate on my trade and gave us a really good price for it. They gave us the numbers and then worked with us to get the payment fine tuned. They even stayed late so we could finish the paperwork. And the guy who stayed late to detail it. THANK YOU for doing that!!

I had an appointment to test drive a suburban that was recently traded in. The internet salesperson said they needed a day to clean it up, but he would have it ready for our appointment. I was lead to believe that I would be the first person seeing/driving this vehicle.You guessed it, when I showed up, on time, for the appointment, the rude salesperson on the floor, after spending ten minutes in the back talking to the internet salesperson, let me know that he took a $100 deposit on the vehicle a hour earlier.I walked out and texted my disappointment to the internet guy and he came back with all the apologies that you would expect and blamed it on someone else. Then he said, for my time, gas and trouble, he would like to send me a Sheetz gift card. I moved on and sent him my address and, maybe you guessed it, nothing ever arrived.I'll never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again, you can make your own decisions. The good news, is that after some further internet shopping, I found a Suburban, same style, a year newer and over 10K less miles, that was over $5,000 cheaper at Del Chevrolet in Paoli. I couldn't be happier. What a great dealership. They move cars by pricing them fairly and treating their customers well, throughout the entire process.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. TELLING ME I NEEDED MY CRANKSHAFT SEAL FIXED AND ITS ON THE TOP OF MY ENGINE. THE CRANK IS ON THE BOTTOM OF ALL MOTORS. THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $3800. THERE SCAMMERS AND WE WILL BE TAKING ACTION

Honest staffI dropped my truck off for service and a warranty issue and while they were moving my truck my mirror was hit.They offered to replace the mirror, but the damage was so minor you could not see it.My point is they told me what happened, and they could have just kept quiet, and I would not have noticed.Honest peopleThank you!

I found a nail in my tire and was in the area of the dealership and thought I should stop to have it checked. I was greeted by the staff and a technician checked my tire for a leaked. After finding the leak, the technician advised me of the cost and told me they could remove the nail and patch the leak.Great friendly service as usual from John Sauder Chevrolet!

Great service. Call them in morning about a head start issue. Sauder stated that we could leave the car and they would try to fit it in. We needed the car for tomorrow. Around noon time same day they called to say the issue was resolved (battery) and we can pick up car.This is exceeding one's expectations!!

We went looking at trucks for my boyfriend. Mike the salesman comes up to help us. He is GREAT, FRIENDLY and NOT PUSHY. We had found one on there other lot so we took a ride to get it. I also found a truck I really liked and I wasn't even looking to buy but decided to. Patrick is the manager and does all the paperwork. He was WONDERFUL as well. I must say in all my years these two guys were the BEST to work with and it was an easy process. We drove an hour one way to shop there and would definitely do it again. Thank you so much for the GREAT EXPERIENCE.

After recently moving to Lititz, I chose Sauder for an oil change for 2 reasons - good reviews and proximity to my house. I was not disappointed. The service rep was very personable and efficient. Service was completed in less than an hour. That has not happened in decades. The waiting area was clean and had comfortable seating. I needed the VIN on my vehicle verified in order to register it and that was taken care as well. This was such a positive experience that I made another appointment for the state inspection.

The service members at John Sauder are top notch. They took their time with my car. The service tech could not duplicate my problem so he took the time to go over the car with me and help figure out why I was seeing something different than he was. Some service centers would have treated me as though I had imagined it, especially since I am a woman. But Sauder is respectful and helpful at all times. Thank you! I highly recommend this service department.

My go to place for everything related to my vehicle. I ve purchased a vehicle from here and they were great! From there I ve always gotten my vehicle serviced here- the service employees are by far the best I ve interacted with in town. Friendly, courteous, up front and helpful. We re lucky to have such a nice, affordable, clean and good quality place in Lancaster. Definitely do not hesitate making an appointment here, you will not be disappointed!

I live in Connecticut and I was looking for a 2023 Chevy Tahoe. All of the dealers in my area were marking up the cost of the vehicles so I began searching outside my area. John Sauder Chevy has one of the options I was looking at, so I called them and spoke with Mike Colombraro at the dealership. He had the car I wanted and was not marking it up.Since I was 200 miles away, he worked with me over the phone to get the car. He sent me photos and communicated very well during the process. I ended up buying in over the phone and driving down on Saturday to pick it up.We got to the dealership and the car was waiting for me and my wife. I completed the paperwork while Mike went over the car with my wife. We were in and out in less than an hour and their entire staff was welcoming and professional.Patrick, their financing person, was super in getting the paperwork done and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. He was clear with all my options and then got me setup.I cannot say enough about Mike and the dealership. It is too bad there aren't more like them. I am a big fan and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

My truck was taken in for service promptly at the time of the appointment and was finished almost to the minute that it was promised. Everything that I requested was done very well and at a fair price. The service technicians were polite and professional. They took the time to explain every facet of the repairs and gave me literature to apply for available rebates. Great job!

While halfway on six hour road trip, our tire started losing pressure fairly quickly. We pulled in the dealership shop at around 4:45 with them getting ready to close. They called around to see if any local shops could help us and when no one could they stayed late to patch the tire for us. We are so grateful they were so kind to us so my husband, two dogs and I wouldn t be stranded for the night.

It is with great dissatisfaction that I write this review. I unfortunately made the choice to have my car serviced here because of a check engine light. My check engine light ended up clearing off the dash the night before my appointment but I still decided to get it serviced and let it known to be sure all was okay. My car was dropped off at 7 am in DRIVING CONDITION. By 2:30pm when I received a call about what could have been wrong with my vehicle I was told that my cars water pump was broken and coolant was leaking all over the place. This came to a complete shock as to how this could have happened when the car was completely okay and NOT LEAKING anything EVER not even that morning at drop off. And to mention the car was driven over the weekend out of town about 180 miles. I was only told that things happen we can not predict when things go bad. " I should be grateful it happened at the shop and not on the turnpike". It is beyond me how this can just so happen at the exact moment when the car is being checked. I literally took a working vehicle in to get serviced and came out with a car so bad and leaking excessively that I could barely get it home. The absolute worse experience and just completely in shock that people actually feel good about providing such service.

Called Saturday morning when car wouldn t start. Once started I took the it immediately there. After only a half hour wait, on a day they close early and had appointments, I was able to leave with a new battery.

This was our third car purchased from Tim. Both Tim and Bart were great, very professional and efficient. We highly recommend Tim at John Sauder Chevrolet in Ephrata!
