First time doing my suspension on a dirtbike, have ridden for 30 plus years. The guys at Fc in Pa are Top Notch! Super friendly and polite, fully understand the products the offer and are happy to explain the process to you. I've called other places and always felt like if I wasn't buying an A kit I was a burden to them. I'll stay a Factory Connection customer as long as I ride. Thanks again

I love this place so much I m actually considering changing my graphics to match the factory connections yellow and black stickers on the forks. Excellent service, quality work, great customer service. They ask the questions so you end up with the suspension you re looking for. They are 2 for 2 with me.Edit- see pic

my dad has been using them for 20 years, they make his bikes work awesome, he has won 8 natioinal championships on their suspension. one of our friends tried to send in thier suspesnion and factory said not to because they admitted to not having experience with that brand.

$1,250 for suspension I hated . Was softer then factory and took months to get a phone call back . Every time I called it s Leave me your name and number I ll have so and so call you back .
