Recently purchased my 2019 Audi SQ5 from Braxton. I can not stress enough on how amazing my buying experience was there. Both Kevin and Ryan were more than welcoming and never made me feel pressured into buying a vehicle from their lot. Kevin did a fantastic job explaining in great detail my loan and warranty options. I purchased the car late in the evening and their detailer had already left. Ryan took it upon himself to wash/detail the vehicle for me while I was filling out paper work. Just top notch customer service and for the first time I felt I bought a used vehicle with confidence. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! From the test drive to the final closing on the sale it was an 11/10 experience.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I stopped by in November, telling the worker that we were not looking to buy for another few months and he was so welcoming and let me test drive all three vehicles I was interested in.Flash forward to February, we stopped back again, we were surprised when Ryan vividly remembered us, what I did, what cars I was interested in and my price range! Two days later I came home with the car of my dreams!! Thanks Ryan and the awesome team at Braxton!!

Been on a hunt for a while looking for the right vehicle to trade for and Braxton Motors had what I was looking for. The employees were very friendly and I was treated very well. The whole overall process went smooth and very fast. I would definitely recommend them to anybody currently searching for a new vehicle purchase they have a great selection at there lot. It was a pleasure doing business and will keep yous in mind for future business

Very informative, very nice, easy to talk too, and the vehicles are is really really good shape. My brother bought a work van and we drove it and it was sooo nice. My brother will be back in sure to buy a bigger van when his business grows.

What car buying should be like. Clean vehicles, amazingly friendly and knowledgeable sales people (Kevin & Ryan). No pressure or sneaky sales tactics. Highly recommend shopping for a car at Braxton!

Purchased a Ford Raptor here and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Like all the other reviews mention, the staff is incredible, no pressure. Will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here when the time comes.

I spoke to Kevin about a work van I saw online also spoke to Brian both were very Professional I went the next day to look at the van it was as advertised the price was as advertised they gave me a fair amount for my trade drove the truck home yesterday very happy I was in the car business myself for 15 years and it is Great to see a car Dealer who is honest and trustworthy would definitely go back well worth the drive

Great experience with Brock and his dad. I drove out about 2 hours from NJ to see a car they had on site - always a risky move, but with Braxton it paid off. Car looked exactly like in the listing. Some minor interior / visual exterior issues, but Brock agreed to repair it all no added cost. He even agreed to deliver the car to me so I wouldn't have to drive out again. Additionally, it wasn't until I had gotten the car and drove around a bit that I realized he had his guy repair the front car seat (worn leather from wear and tear that I had merely accepted) without me even asking for it. 10/10 experience, despite the distance - will be looking to their lots first when I shop for my next car.

Really don't know where to start... was definitely an amazing and fun buying experience, very patient, braxton motors really goes out of their way for their customers, i couldnt be more pleased in every aspect of the car buying experience, I absolutely highly recommend braxton motor company for everyone. Love my 2007 ram and so does my girlfriend and our 2 boys

Kevin is the most honest car dealer I have ever dealt with. He is personable and kind and trustworthy. You will have a straightforward conversation with him. We flew from Louisville, KY to see the Audi Q7. It was as stated. An excellent car. We drove it home and were not disappointed. I highly recommend him and would buy from him again.

Unfortunately I did not buy a vehicle from them but they were very helpful and respectful. We just couldn't find a vehicle that they had that I liked. But next time I buy vehicle I will definitely go back and see what they have. I recommend them to anyone .

We went to a couple of dealerships and we regret not coming here sooner. Ryan was super friendly, extremely transparent (very rare to find), & he answered every single question we had (which we asked a lot of questions). We never felt pressured, made us feel like family & had us laughing the entire time. If I could give them more than five starts I would, HIGHLY recommend them! ~ Zach & Claudia

Great place to buy a used car! We received excellent customer service at Braxton Motor's clean, well-managed, and inviting dealership. They had the exact car we had been looking for online and they made our 2 hour trip to their dealership worth our while. They gave us a very fair trade-in value and the car we wanted to buy was fairly priced at market value. We did our research on our vehicle ahead of time and were turned off by some other used car dealers, but Brock was professional and courteous. He was able to address all of our questions regarding the make and model we were planning to buy. Both Brock and his dad worked seamlessly together to meet our needs as we finalized our purchase from a distance. They also went above and beyond in finalizing some small details, just as you would expect from a larger new car dealer. We highly recommend Braxton Motor Company, especially at this time when we all need to be supporting small family businesses!

My family was growing and we needed a larger vehicle. We traded in a Honda Insight and was very pleased at the trade in value that was offered by Braxton Motor Company. We traded in for a Ford Explorer that seats 7, since we have three little boys, it was perfect. The Ford had low mileage and was offered at a great price. I was able to get financing through Braxton and the whole experience was painless and easy. I highly recommend using them for any car buying experience.

My husband and I just purchased a beautiful SUV from Brock and Kevin. They were so helpful over the phone and very honest and upfront about pricing and out the door costs. Once we arrived at their store they were welcoming and hospitable. They made buying a car a total breeze. And the price was the best one we could find within driving distance for the quality of car. I found the car of my dreams thanks to Brock! He was very fair on my trade in value. The car I purchased was in pristine condition and ready at the front when I pulled up. It was a quick and seamless transaction as that was helpful with my two active little ones. He even pulled out toys for them to play with in the showroom. He was responsive, helpful, and patient with my purchase. Did a great job finding a good deal with the bank and assisting me with additional coverage. I couldn't have been happier with my experiences at Braxton. After dealing with other car companies, I had expected to to find unwanted and uncalled for hidden fees in my paperwork. But everything was straight forward, and Broc was able to help with all my questions about financing.The service was super friendly and not overbearing. There was a great selection of cars and in great condition. I also felt the prices were very reasonable.I didn't expect to buy my car in Ephrata, but going to Braxton was the best choice I made. Thank you!!

Refreshing car buying experience! Brock and Kevin were very easy and fair to deal with. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, they followed the rules for being open "online" per the Governor's orders. I was able to test drive two similar cars by myself, on their lot. They have good cars at fair and reasonable prices. I drove 30 minutes to come to their dealership and I was not disappointed. I would purchase another car from them and would recommend them to my friends.

Excellent service. We inquired about a car after hours and Brock got back to us immediately and answered all of our questions. We live 2 1/2 hours away and he came in early to meet us to look at the car. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and the sale went very quickly and smoothly. It was honestly the best car buying experience I ve ever had and I would recommend buying here to anyone. They also have a great selection of vehicles!

We called and said we were coming from an hour away. Brock had the car right out front when we got there to test drive. He was super friendly and not pushy at all. We tested the car with Brock the son and came back the following weekend and bought it with his father. This is a small family owned business. The sales room is beautifully designed and pleasant to be in. Overall we had a great experience buying a car at Braxton motor company.

We travelled many miles and hours to purchase a car from Kevin at Braxton Motor Co. He worked with us on the phone to give us a clear and honest assessment of the vehicle's condition before we actually made the trip. When we arrived, we were so pleased to find the Toyota Sienna we purchased was just as he said--in excellent, used condition for a fair price. Overall, our dealings with Braxton Motor Co. were fantastic, and we fully recommend their company.
