Most common truck parts and truck hardware in stock at the ephrata location. Very helpful parts department.Had a truck broken down on a Saturday and needed a handful of parts, the parts guy offered to stay later in case I needed more parts

We have used this company many times and not once have they failed us. The service and demeanor of the staff is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and determined to give the best service possible. And they deliver on a timely manner made me glad i chose this place above all the companies.

I talk this place is a Mack truck place too I need a part and I want to give my vin number and they tell me they don t have access to mack only Volvos and I have purchased a lot off part there for my mack and they find the part with my vin number how was I don t but I guess they will not in the move to look for my part this is what you find sometimes in this dealer

I took my 2018 Volvo X15 cummins for oil change last week. When I drove it out from their parking, the truck felt normal. Once I drove about 5 miles, I started hearing unusual songs. When I stopped and checked the oil level, the oil was darker than the old oil when I first took it there. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. I took it to another shop and they told that the oil filter wasn't changed and oil was just added on the old.

Alternator went out in my semi had it checked out at sapp bros. At Clearfield Pa. They put a new alternator in and mechanic didn t tighten pulley, screwed the new alternator right away.And they didn t even notice the charging wire was off at starter, which was the real problem in the first place. Came to Bergey s and they went out of their way to help me, stayed after hours to get me back on the road and got it fixed right the first time. Sapp s wouldn t warranty first alternator because I didn t change pulley and serpentine belt. Thanks Bergey s

Bergey's knows their stuff. They have a great parts department with exactly what you need. Their mechanics are excellent at working on Volvo trucks, I mean, they service Sheetz entire fleet. If you need something fixed you can count on them. Price for labor is kind of high but for the quality you get it is worth it. Plus they wash wash your truck. Not like detail it, but pressure wash it off. I recommend this place if you are in the area and need work done.

Management reached out to try resolve issues as per my previous post below.Bought 2 truck from dealer and both had mechanical issues just out out of the door. One truck has a very unsafe issue that have taken to this garage and they have failed to fix it. Every time I take it I am told its a different diagnosis. I got charged so much on the first time of the issue and I was told it was fixed. Got on the road but problem was never fixed. Returned truck and again issue wasn't fixed. The truck automatically increases and decreases its speed and sometimes in sharp corners. Does anyone know where I can report this safety issue to the State or Federal?

Was in an accident that took out my mirror and headlight and they replaced it and got me road worthy... also very nice and friendly staff in ghe service department I'd definitely recommend them for servicing your Volvo truck

License to scam.One of the top three worst place to bring your truck to be fixed.Those mechanics have not idea what are they doing, if they have any idea, then they doing all the wrong stuff to your truck to keep milking you.A friend of mine warned about this place, I didn't listen to himBig mistake, thousands of dollars later, I regretted.Now I'm warning you, do not bring your truck to this place because you will regretted like I did.That place call themselves "uptime"The only person getting "uptime" is the owner.Getting super rich and we the little guy getting super poor.If after reading this review, you decided to take your truck to that place, well I wish you good luck because you're going to need it.That place its for big companiesSuch as Ashley and Swift because they don't even look at the bill after the job is "completed".If you're a owner operator like meRead this and trust meIf you take your truck to bergey's in Ephrata, PA. I don t even have a Volvo! Had a tire blow-out damage trailer frame-arm that holds mud-flap. Service manager came out to look at it, and worked me in within an hour to do the quick fabrication and fix. They also did their best to keep the price reasonable. As a small fleet-owner (2 trucks) I m extremely grateful for their help. I highly recommend them for any service!

Horrible service, waiting for changeEngine oil SIX HOURS!!! when it was time to pick up the car, they said they didn't have a filter for the car, and they had to wait another 2 hours. Can You IMAGINE CHANGING THE OIL 6 hours. THIS IS A SHAME. By the way it's was scheduled to an appointment for 8 AM. (Truck , year and model)PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE

Best Volvo dealer. I called them on the weekend (friday morning ) if they could change my engine oil and some other small stuff, they said they were a little busy but they still fit in me into their schedule and changed everything that same day!these guys are awesome, they try their best to help you out.And their parts prices aren't actually that bad for a Volvo dealership.Update June 2019:I bought a new vnl760 from them last year. And they take care of me all the time.Warranty work, maintenance service always done when i needed it. Never had any problems with them+5!!Serge

This Volvo dealer deserves 5+ stars for how they go above and beyond for their customer. The service department is always friendly and service is top notch compared to other places I have come into contact with. A little pricey but it's the trucking industry and trucks are not cheap. Parts department is great as I come in for parts for my husband and they are always helpful. Dale Summers is a busy man but takes the time to help smooth any issues.

Save your time!!! These clowns gave me the wrong fuel filter for my Diesel engine. They guaranteed me that even though it looked different that it will work. Well.... it didn t and ran my engine out of fuel. Had a great time getting the engine primed again. When asked what they will do for me. They laughed and told me it was my own fault!! My own fault!! I was told by 4 people yup that s the one . Won t be going back

We had to wait a week before our truck was looked at , not a big deal. But when we got the truck out of the shop. Not even a week later we are having the exact issue we had before ( they said they fixed the issue ) well I guess you had'nt done your jobs properly. You have changed from when we were at your place 3 years ago.

PHENOMENAL. these people are the best in the industry. They are best mechanic surgeons. They will fix anything. If they say cannot fix and it needs to be replaced is because they exhausted all the other inexpensive options. Trust me, this is the place you want to go to fix your VOLVO. I have been a customer for this place for over 5years with 25 trucks and no one can do better job then them. #1 people.

Fantastic service! They recommended a great towing company, got my truck in quickly for an initial diagnosis, gave me an estimate and final cost was under the estimate.Kudos to the highly efficient ladies in the service department!

They learn how to increase their profits by being very dishonest . I called and asked for a Abs valve, gave them my VIN and they said they got 4 in stock and willing to install one on my truck...once I got to the shop they took the damaged valve of my truck and tell me to buy the whole assembly since they did not have the valve they said they have 4 of...In case I didn't want the whole assembly they would install the damaged valve and charge me for it anyway...I agreed to have the assembly installed ( 3 times more expensive) and after they done it I had the same air leak I had before and since"i would be unsafe on the road" they could not let me leave...unless I install a brake chamber...They are crooks and decent people should stay away...

Parts department employees have extensive knowledge of parts. They always know exactly what I need and have the parts in stock or can have them in a day or two

HORRIBLE experience! After days of calling and inquiring about a specific truck that we were ready to go see and purchase we set up to see it today Tuesday my husband took off his work to come from NJ ALMOST 3 hours away and when we arrived they told us to test drive and right before we were going to drive it they told us they received a FedEx envelope with a deposit for the truck. I told them we were ready to buy once we confirmed driving and we were physically there and we lost a whole day worth of pay so they can just tell us they just received a deposit ...extremely disappointing people do this to people who who serious buyers and made it a priority to go.

I don't know what prompted the two negative reviews for this place. I can tell you I experienced none of what they claim.I brought my brand new 2016 VN670 to CTE after another dealership had given me abysmal service, ignoring most of what I'd said, & thoroughly botching what they did "Fix". Rather than viewing me as a premade headache walking through their doors, they treated me like every dealership should.I took delivery of this truck in another state. It had some problems that needed addressing. My Punch List had several items on it. When I presented them to CTE's service personnel, there were no groans, averted eyes, etc... They were nothing but courteous & professional. They got right to work, checking each problem item I'd mentioned. This took 7+hrs. I knew it would take that long. They've a very comfortable driver's lounge.After they were finished, they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, & explain what I didn't understand. Being as I was asleep on my feet, the explaining took longer than it normally would <blush>. They exhibited nothing but patience in clarifying service issues w/me. I cannot believe that people capable of warranting the negative words typed here by others, can do such a 100% turnaround in attitudes & professionalism. I'm inclined to think the negative reviews came from bad apples.We all know what it's like to get crappy service from a truck dealership, guys. I've been driving big trucks for >40yrs., & I can vouch for CTE as having one of the best service departments I've ever used.Thanks Guys.

Charge me $3900 for repair that didn t get done.. Service manager lied all the way.. All what wasto be done was to disconnect collision rediar. So unfair!! Stay away from this place truckers..!!

Had my DPF filter replaced here. 2 weeks agoThey broke few things in the process to get to the DPD. Also they tried to sell more then required. Now im trying to get reimbursed for what mechanic broke.
