Walked to Advance, bc the tensioner pully went bad. They had the pieces, and one of my friends that works on autos all the time had it apart & ready for parts by the time I walked back. Everything went well!!

Staff was very curtious, knowledgeable, and helpful today. I was there twice, and the 1st time I took advantage of their FREE alternator and battery testing and when I went back to purchase the new battery, they installed it for FREE. Thank You gentleman for another awesome visit to your store. Always a pleasant experience.

This was a very nice area to stop I wasn t even aware of it being in my neighborhood. The gentlemen there was kind enough to change my lightbulbs and give me a 10% discount as well, I couldn t have been more thankful for this kind and reasonable assistance.

I came today around 5:20 to get a test for my battery. The associate I was referred to was slow, not helping at all, and I had to do it myself using his device, when the test showed that the battery needs to be replaced, with the words I ll try he returned inside, stopped by the check out and forgot about me. I went to Autozone at 627 Reading Rd, were in 10 minutes my battery was exchanged, and the service was outstanding!

Lousy customer service. If you want to be treated as an inconvenience then come here. If you enjoy going to a store and NOT having any of the two people behind the counter (doing nothing but talking to each other as they are on their phones) NOT acknowledge you as you walk past them this is the place for you. And if you like wandering the store to find what you are looking for, and having the person stocking the shelves pretend you are not there, then you will really like it here. Then once you find your item and take it to the counter you have to wait for them to finish their conversation before they will check you out to top off your buying experience. Save your time dont even bother stopping here.

Extremely disappointed in this store and new manager Gordon. Bought a battery 3 years ago, reluctantly because we noticed it was sitting on the shelf for two years before we bought it and the kid behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were questioning it. My husband had nothing but trouble with it ever since. We take it back and have to buy a new one one because (of course) it is just passed its warranty expiration date. I go to get the new one and I ask the guy to carry it to the car and I got it home and left it in the trunk (extremely heavy, it is for a 1970 cadillac). My husband comes home lifts it out of the trunk with the strap it came with and it falls hitting him in the foot. I call and speak to Gordon who talks sympathetically and agrees to take it back. I call him personally the next day before we head to the store for the replacement battery and tell him the whole story of the cloud over this battery he says he understands. My husband gets to the store to get the replacement, my issue is we paid full price without any offer for something for all his trouble and pain. I own a business and work with my customers one-on-one all the time, and felt more should have been done (or at least offered). WE WON'T GO BACK.

The Man at the front desk was very rude, disrespectful , and disregarded all the questions I was asking, answering in a almost mocking way. However a different man helped change my battery and was very kind and willing to help and answer all my questions. Not impressed with man at the front desk though -probably won t be going back

My 2017 CRV wouldn't start. So I ordered a new battery online and after getting a jump to get there, went to have them install it. They looked at it and saw that I hadn't ordered the right one but informed me it was probably because the battery was covered under warranty by Honda so not yet on their website. So I called the dealership and sure enough, it was covered. So they refunded my money, checked the battery for me and saw it was indeed low, jumped me and off I went. Great service and they didn't even get a sale from me. Thanks guys, I appreciate your help!

Honestly, I went in to use the restroom. Person I was with made purchase. Do not know the outcome, yet. But, store was very clean, and looked organized.

I wanted to leave a comment review for a gentleman by the name of Rick who took care of me this afternoon I had a lot of trouble with the website and my card being processed and was worried I couldn't apply my 25% off discount and Rick was sure to make me be aware that I would be taken care of and he was very kind and prompt and even made sure I had the correct spark plug wires every experience I've had with this Advanced Auto has been Pleasant despite other experiences from other stores around Lancaster thank you kindly

The person who helped me was not friendly and asked very condescending questions. He did install my car battery for me, but broke the protective cover for one of the terminals on my battery. He then broke the clip for my hood prop. I was very dissatisfied with this experience. I'm giving 2 stars only because it was cold out and I felt bad for him changing the battery in the cold. I don't have a problem with the Advanced Auto chain as a whole, just this particular branch.

I'm from Florida and had to swap out my mass air flow sensor and they were so rude about not being able to do my lifetime warranty because it was from another state even though same company. Had to spend over a hundred dollars on a lifetime warranty part. auto zone on the other side of ephrata had no problem switching out parts bought in another state. I love advance auto here in the Ocala national forest but ephrata pa has the worst employees and service I ever had before I moved an still after. Some merry Christmas they support. Next time I will just drive my broke truck back a 1,000 miles before stepping foot inside their building...

Colin, thank you. I have had beat up cars for more than 20 years. I have NEVER had as useful assistance from any other person in the automotive industry. Period. Somebody needs to give this awesome employee a bunch of money and use him as a training guide for the future of the service industry. What a tremendous experience!

I ve been able to get great deals here because I went to this store a lot and used speed perks. However, recently I ve been disappointed with the disrespectful, loud conversations the employees have been having with each other about family members and bosses. I now take my business elsewhere.

I had the misfortune of meeting Ms Molly. Can I just say you really don't want to deal with this crazy Chick. She has a attitude of a child who was not raised with the proper boundaries. She was not even the employee helping me but when she overheard me questioning their warranty policy she walked over to give me a attitude unfitting of any retail worker and one that I did nothing to deserve. She needs to be fired. I did a quick search and found Ms Molly is quite widely known for her attitude. She needs to be forced out for conduct unbecoming of a advance employee or advance will be losing at least a few hundred customers

This is my go-to place for anything related to cars if I'm in a rush to get the part I need. Speed perks are awesome if you know how to use them you can leave there with something free every time!

Great customer service for the typical auto part retailer. Definitely stands out. Just wish there were more motorcycle parts and options. One can't be too demanding and picky though.
