We absolutely love Jim, Matt and the whole crew at Kreitzer's. They treat you like family and I know I can always trust them to do the right thing. Customer service the way it used to be. Exceptional service at a fair price. You'll be in good hands with them!

They are a gem hidden in the rough! So knowledgeable and caring! Katie is a whizz kid!Imports or domestics it doesn t matter! They re also a great place for more economical tire choices when you need them! Tell them Wayne sent you!

The staff a Kreitzer's were truly my angels last week. My car started to make a strange noise and I had a business trip the following morning so I wanted to get it checked out. They took a look at it that afternoon and I learned the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Even though it was the end of the day, they all stayed after hours so that I would have my car ready to go to the airport in the morning. They were so nice and understanding. I will not hesitate to go here again.

I have thought a while about this review because this company is a family business and I always want to support small business. Plus, they care for cats which is near and dear to my heart. However, my experience with this business was unprofessional and costly.There were a couple issues. 1. I paid a couple hundred to have my car diagnosed. In the end they said it was a wiring issue. I asked for an estimate for repairs which I never received. After taking my car to the dealership for repairs they stated that the wiring was fine and said it was my catalytic converter. Once repairs were made my check engine light went out. So, I paid a couple hundred to be miss diagnosed and I was given no estimate for repairs.2. I had leak in my radiator which they fixed and it has been working well. The only problem was this was supposed to be a one day job but ended up being 6 days. I called them and asked for an potential completion ETA. The owner was very rude but said it should be done by Monday. When Tuesday rolled around and still no word I called back. I was YELLED at for asking for an update! The owner said I was wasting his time and he would call me when it was done and I should not call him back.I am a single woman. I only have the one car. I was paying for a rental with the little money I had. I needed to make plans and budget my funds. It was a cruel way to be with someone in that situation. The extension in time it took them to repair my car cost me hundreds of dollars in a rental and Uber fees.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

Jim is a very rude person.I dont do door dash, I called you to ask you a few questions about my car and you were very rude about it.I guess you are rude to a lot of people of you don't even remember who you spoke to

BEST experience I ve had in 30 years of having a car serviced!!!This family owned business is 41 years old.They are fairly priced and are absolutely the best customer service I ve had. The quality of work was exceptional. My car runs like it s new!I had a cracked windshield, 2 automatic doors that didn t work, a battery that drained and needed my van inspected and an oil change. They had my car for 2 days because they needed parts and EVERYTHING was completed when I picked it up. They also got my car in the next day after my call!!!The best was that the daughter, who is a master mechanic, brought out the broken part from the door that they had replaced because they thought the part cost was a little high and they wanted me to see how large and intricate the part was!!! The windshield price was even lower than the Cindy Rowe chain.No up-sells or unneeded service options, just pure quality service on what was needed.If you are ANYTHING but over satisfied with your current car service provider, this shop is the best experience you will have in price, customer service, quality work and ease of use. It has been a long time since I would rate a product or service exceptional, but everything about this business was. It is my new home for my auto needs and I am beyond thrilled that I listened to the referral I got! You should to. You won t be disappointed!!!!!

Katy was AMAZING! They got my car in and out of there in 2 days and it is running great. I could not be more happy with the care they gave my car and the customer service I was given. Highly recommend!

Great people! The customer service is incredible! Most likely you will get to speak to Katy either by phone or in person and she is on her game. Not a beat missed when organizing or working on several jobs. Plus she makes it a point to keep her customers completely in the know. With updates and detailed explanations, you will feel like you are right there in the garage.I never feel like my car is being rushed through just to complete a job. Instead, I feel as though the extra mile is always taken to make sure the Best care and service has been given.These are trust worthy, passionate workers. They have hooked me up with a loaner (understanding my commute to their garage from my place) , accommodated to my work schedule, and even helped me get money back from poor services elsewhere.After coming to them, I don't want to give my business to any other automotive service.

This is my mechanic from now on. Fair, up-front pricing (no made-up add-on repairs), fast & professional service, and the owners & staff are so nice. Even their cats are friendly!! Great experience. We were on I-81when we noticed a low tire pressure signal light. There wasnt anything along the highway but my wifes search foun Kreitzers. We were so pleased with their prompt service. My car broke down on the way to Allentown from Ohio and I took it here. The service was quick, the issue was explained thoroughly, and photos and estimates were provided throughout the service. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. If I lived locally I would take my car here for everything.

We have been customers for several years and could not be happier with the services at Kreitzers! Katie, Jim and Ed have diagnosed problems that the bigger chains could not. They have been fair-priced, honest and diligent in finding and fixing our problems. If you are looking for a small family-owned business that cares about their customers, the extra drive out to Kreitzer's is worth it. We HIGHLY recommend Kreitzers!

They have always been prompt and reliable with all repairs and inspections for our personal fleet. We take all of our vehicles there, from our Altima to our Boxster and RV. They are also one of the most reasonably priced auto repair shops in the area. Last but certainly not least, their customer service and personal interaction is the best. We would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at a fair price.

I couldn't be more impressed with how accommodating and professional the people at Kreitzer's were when I had my car in for the yearly inspection last week. They went above and beyond to help make the fact that I went in with my engine light on and found out I needed 4 new tires as pleasant as possible. Katy drove me home at one point and made sure there was a rush order on the tires so I could get my daughter to work on time.

Id give 0 if allowed. They had my truck for two weeks, complained that I called multiple times to check on it. When the truck was returned it had someone's lunch it, animal foot prints throughout it, a torn seat, grease throughout the interior, and a hitch not belonging to me hooked up to it. "We put windows down so the interiors don't get hot" was the excuse for the animal mess in it as they have cats on the property. The hottest its been is 60 degrees lately. They apologized for the lunch, "someone got hungry and probably stopped somewhere." Denied the hitch was there's and have no idea where it came from. Jim has a million excuses, no answers! Steer clear. Most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I will gladly supply photos to anyone who asks! Unprofessional, overpriced junk is what you get with them. Expect a bill for the seat repair due to your negligence!

I have been using Kreitzer's for sometime now, at the recommendation of a work colleague. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that things are working well. They are timely and communicate well about what is going on. They are top notch and fair!

I think Kreitzer's is one of the best auto shops in Central Pennsylvania. The prices were reasonable and they always fixed what needed fixing on my car.

Amazing folks here. Super friendly and accommodating. They were able to SHOW me exactly what was going on when I had questions, and the recurring issue that no other shop could fix for more than a few weeks hasn't been an issue for months now. Looking forward to the next visit.

"Back Where We Belong". I found Kreitzers in 2012 when we moved to PA from MD. They took care of my Jeep and Acura until my wife and I got new cars in 2014 and 2015 and we had to use the dealerships for benefits and warranty. As an example, they found a small valve cover gasket leak that dripped down the back over the transmission and my trusted MD repair guy quoted me an $1100 fix, which actually cost about $30 when the Kreitzers replaced the gasket. Now that my wife's SUV and my Avalon are out of warranty, we're back with Jim and Katy. They really check the cars over and in the case of my wife's GLK, found two faulty LED bulbs over the headlights that had burned the color off the bulbs and could have melted the plastic pieces. Wrong bulbs (too high amperage) were installed at the factory when the car was built in 2011!!! They keep meticulous records of your vehicle so they know the exact brake life remaining and use top quality products (Mobil One) and OEM equipment. They might be hard to find, but they are worth using. I trust them completely to take care of my vehicles, and I tend to keep them for a long time, like eight to ten years.

I am very ignorant when it comes to vehicles. My car overheated for the first time so instantly I panic and think the car is about to fall apart. Like most people I live on a budget and my car is very important to my daily routine. Kreitzer's not only put me in a loner vehicle they also put my overthinking mind at ease and resolved the issue swiftly without breaking the bank! A+

Every time I've been here something new seems to be wrong with my truck. Prices aren't even good for a family shop. Awesome service, great prices, and fast service! They always make sure to take the time and explain to me what needs fixed and will show me the old part and what was wrong with it! I ve learned a lot from them!
