I stopped here in a hurry due to my tire being punctured, and they patched my tire up. Service was quick but in just a few short hours my tire was completely flat and I wasn t aware. Roadside assistance told me that they didn t patch it correctly at all. Definitely could ve been in an accident! Maybe they re good with other services, but definitely not tire patches.Service: Tires

Got a flat tire and contacted them about new tires (I had 2 that were in need of replacement soon as it was), they ordered and received them quickly and I had new ones on quite fast. Driving out after the replacement was smooth.They also noted another service I was in need of shortly and I admitted I was aware, but the tires were my priority today.Very helpful, upfront about the cost and didn't try to push additional services on me or price gouge me. Great service.

Got an inspection on my car and had new brake lines, rotors, tire, calipers, brake pads and spent $1100. The next day the brake light came on started flashing then never turned off. The next day after that (Saturday) the brakes stopped working completely and the e-brake also didn't work. This place is a scam, doesn't care about their work and also messed the car up more than I took it in for. Will never be back and also will be charging them for the work I needed done just 2 days later at another shop.

Took my car there in August 2022 for inspection, was told my sway bar link needed replaced. Got the work done. Same sway bar link they replaced is getting replaced as I type this. So 1 of 2 things happened, the part never needed replaced, or the used a used part! And yes I have pictures of a rusted out part under a year old when.

The gentleman I am using for my inspection does not do emissions so he referred me to Bruner s. I hesitated calling but I am glad I did!! The gentleman to whom I spoke with at Bruner s was GREAT! I told him when my car was being inspected and I need just my emissions done in order to get it done. I thought is was going to be a hassle NOPE! Told him the day before my kiddo had camp and my schedule. He said let s do it this way Once you drop her off you come here we will do you re emissions you will be on you re way and the car will be ready next day for inspection . Awesome I couldn t be more happy!! An he did not sound grumpy or inconvenienced in anyway or form, he was VERY helpful with the scheduling!!

Had an aftermarket muffler installed. Very pleased with the results. Even had custom welding because the muffler diameter was different. They did a great job and did it in about an hour and half. Good pricing too. Will definitely come back for any other car work.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Technician was quick, communicated to me clearly regarding the problem and work completed, and answered my questions without judgement.____________2nd trip:Technicians checked up on dealership's claim of leaking fluids. They inspected and found nothing wrong. I was willing to pay, but labor charges were waived. They even drove me home after dropping it off, and then dropped the car off at my apartment after service. Highly recommend Bruner's for going above and beyond. I think I found my new permanent mechanics!

I had changed my brakes on my own and was having issues bleeding the brakes of all things. I called Bruner service to get an appointment and they were able to fit me in within the hour. Very professional and straightforward with me. I was giving a faulty caliper at autozone. When I can t get the job done myself, I will not hesitate to call Bruner s again. I was on a tight timeline and my 30 ft trailer blew a tire. I called Bruner's to see if they could change out the tire since I was still in a suit. They said no problem! I pulled up near the garage doors and asked if I could use the bathroom to change my clothes. As I exited the bathroom the guy said you are ready to go! I was impressed! They helped me on my timeline and were more than reasonable on the cost!

Al is always friendly and helpful, sometimes he is a little hurried. But if you take your time with him he's a great guy. Good work reasonable prices, give them a try.

Terrible service. Unfriendly environment. Unless you are a known local, these folks just have no interest in customer service. Took my Crown Vic there for a few issues over the years, but always struggled with them. The last straw came when i trusted them with a fuel pump replacement and they charged me over $460 for the part and over $700 total for the complete bill. Blatant rip off.

We had our truck inspected. They passed it. A few weeks later the brakes totally fell apart because the pads needed to be replaced. We had a repair of $1900 on that truck. We called them they explained a new person did the inspection and they would have the owner call us. It's been 3 months and we've never heard from this person. That oversight could have caused an accident and it cost us money. The brake pads were shot. They needed to be changed at the inspection. I shudder to think of all the other cars they inspected that aren't safe on the road. I will never go here again. Too bad the owner can't step up and take care of his employees mistakes. I'm sure they just don't care.

I wanted a second opinion after a local dealership rushed through cooling system diagnostics and was requesting to rip my engine apart. Bruners was able to take their time and correctly find the coolant leak, saving me money. I trust these guys

By far the best service station EVER!!! I take all my company trucks and vans here for tires, alignments, and all general repairs. Staff is friendly and explain what repairs need done. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Speedy service, friendly people. I appreciate that they call me and discuss the issues with my car and give me the price of parts. They get my car in and out. You can schedule online as well.

Took my car to the dealership I bought it from for inspection, and they told me it needed two control arms and a new head gasket among other things. Total repairs were gonna cost more than the car was worth! So we brought it here for a second opinion and turns out all it REALLY needed was tires and some wiring in the trunk fixed. Ended up being about a third what we were quoted at the dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent prices and service, there is a reason they are difficult to schedule with.... it's because they are far better than any other local competition.
