These days it's challenging to find a honest mechanic to service your vehicle. Pranzo's checked all the right boxes. Based on their stellar reviews of other customer interactions I decided to try them.I had an ignition issue with my vehicle and needed it towed in. Pranzo's diagnosed and advised the best course for repair going forward. I trusted their expertise and advice. They got my vehicle back to me very quickly and at an affordable price than what the dealer would charge.All in all, I'm happy with the level of service, honesty, reliability and quick turn around to help get their customers back on the road and move on with life. I'll be using Pranzo's again in the future for what my vehicle needs going forward. Thanks Pranzo's!

The peace of mind knowing the problems will get resolved is huge. That s what you get a Pranzos- they diagnose the problem correctly, get the parts, and install them the right way. No more squeak no more clunk- all in an hour or so. Thank you

Our family has had only positive experiences at Pranzo s. We all have Subarus and Chris is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. Everyone is nice. Very ethical and experienced which is exactly what you want in a garage.

Installer was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the interlock equipment had a problem and I had to wait a day to get my car back but that was beyond their control. Office staff was polite and helpful as well.

Always very upfront about what is wrong & offers practical advice. The staff at the front desk are always courteous, and when I talk to Chris about my vehicle I feel comfortable and like I have options. Thanks!

I will always use Pranzo's! They've always been fair, honest, and communicative. They've always made me feel confident that my vehicle was being taken care of. This most recent visit, I actually pulled my vehicle from a dealer shop because I wasn't sure I could trust them. As always, the Pranzo Automative team was helpful, friendly, fast and knowledgeable! They were able to fit me in to work on my vehicle, got the work done quickly while I waited and charged a reasonable amount for it. I highly recommend Pranzo's Automotive!

Pranzos is the best auto repair shop in the area. Chris and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They have been servicing my 2004 Toyota Sequoia for over 10yrs and keep it running like new. Pranzos is amazing. Whatever they do everytime they explain everything in great detail. Very patient and work with you. They are efficient and pricing is not over priced. All the staff is so kind and friendly including the techs. Their office is so clean and cozy. I have gone to many shops throughout the valley and this is by far my favorite place. Feels like family vs just a shop to take your money. Highly recommend their services. Thank you to the team for being awesome!

There s a reason I shifted to using these guys exclusively and will continue to use them religiously: the people. They re not just talented and honest, but kind and understanding. They ll go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with what s being done, diagnosing issues & making sure you are happy. Service and quality is no joke here.I wish I found them sooner and I refuse to let anyone else work on my vehicles. The guys in this shop were great. My two friends an I were driving around teaching my one friend to drive stick in his new to him lancer. He had put a set of wheels on the night prior and did not torque his wheels. We were coming down the hill and noticed he pulled off and said his wheel is wobbling. We limped his car down the hill to this shop. Check the wheel and noticed the lugs were loose. Quickly asked the technicians in the shop to lend us a jack and ratchet knowing we should mint asks for the power tools. Instead one older tech maybe 30s and a young kid came out to fixed it for us. We offered the old er technician money for the help he refused and we gave it to the kid. While he had it jacked up he let us know the wheel bearing was going out as well and didn t try to sell us a repair just informed us. Nice guys quality attitudes. Definitely consider them for business.
