Will and his team worked diligently to get my van fixed quickly. My handicap accessible van is my only source of transportation for my son who is in a power wheelchair. I am forever grateful for their time and dedication in getting the job done. I highly recommend this garage for all of your auto services.

Very grateful for them helping me out TWICE! They were flexible and helped me get my fuel filter replaced even when traffic held me up with 20 min till close. Then today, even a person short and very busy, they still managed to get my truck inspected relatively quickly and back on the road when I thought I was going to need to wait a while.

I went in because something was dragging under my SUV. The owner took my car and checked it out explained that it was a cover they put under new cars that really doesn't serve a purpose in protecting anything under the car just keeps debris off. He was able to take the existing part and stick it back up and he did it free of charge. He could have told me I needed to get it fixed and charged me almost $300 for a piece of plastic and felt but he didn't. I asked how much for looking my car over and he said dont worry about it. He assured me my car was fine and it was safe to drive and sent me confidently on my way.

Went for inspection, did not get quoted for all the repairs that were required to pass. Because of this, when i went to pick up the car I was told it failed for additional reasons, and they would not give me my sticker. Was told I need 1 other item checked off and then I could receive the inspection sticker. Had to return a few days later, AGAIN was told there s an additional item needed to pass inspection. Had to wait hours and pay more money to get my sticker. Felt like they were holding my inspection sticker hostage and getting as much money out of me as possibleUpdate. They also tried to sell me 4 new tires. I declined but brought 2 of my own tires to be mounted in order to pass inspection. They charged me an extra $50 since i brought my own tires. Two weeks later, all of my tires had issues keeping air and 2 of them had serious issues with the valves. Had to replace all 4. Nothing was wrong with any of these tires before going to the shop. Additionally I was told my brand new wipers that were less than 2 weeks old were streaking (they were not before going into the shop). I declined the replacement, and shockingly my windshield wipers were streaking horrendously after getting my car from the shop. I would recommend going anywhere but here

This shop always delivers with good work, although, I was surprised at the cost of an oil change nowadays. $222 for state inspection, emission, tire rotation and oil change seems high. Emmaus meineke has an excellent staff. I brought them a fire place blower and they fabricated a new pipe. Wasn't sure if I could get it fixed, but they were great. Fixed it. Good as new. Saved me a lot of money. I recommend them for all your exhaust pipe needs. Merry Christmas Emmaus Meineke and Happy New Year . Great job!

I go there because it s close and they do good work. There s times I ve asked them to look at my tires or look at my heating system. They fix maybe the one problem then forget to look at the other issues. It s annoying, At least they eventually get to it. I d recommend them

Will bait and switch you to keep finding ways to charge you money.Get ANY agreements in writing or you will end up paying for more and more work.Another friendly neighborhood mechanic that is untrustworthy.

Stopped in today with a few questions about my son's car. I do not know much about cars and had been given the run around at another mechanic shop and dealership. The new woman l, I believe her name was Brittany, was such a delight! She was very professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and answered all my 50k questions I had. Great customer service. I will be returning for the work.

Had a transmission line blow pretty far from home and was able to get towed here. Will and his team were able to get me in quickly and were very professional. Would highly recommend paying them a visit if you need work done.

The owner is rude and never gets back to you. Went to get my car inspected.He said I would have to get my hood release replaced.Charged me additional $300 to fix.Didn t fix it but said he needed to order another part. (That was on back order)Called bi-monthly to get update and the owner became frustrated, as he never called me back to give me ETA, always just still on back order After 10 months, and frustration and being treated rudely, BY THE OWNER, I went to the jeep dealership where they fixed my hood in 5 minutes with no charge. (The part was put on wrong by Meineke)Every time I called, the owner was rude, said he would call me back in a day or two with an update, and then never did, talked about how he made more money with his hot air balloon business, then fixing cars so he doesn t need anybody s money, blamed his staff, and how he can t find good people and how the staff has always just been replaced, and is simply a liar.I am filing a complaint with the attorneys general and recommend anybody else do so who also has been filing one star complaints.I asked the owner many times to resolve my issue, give me updates, or refund my money, all of which fell on deaf ears.I was appalled when he told me What do you expect when you take it here? People take their cars here for cheaper service! I was shocked! I had no idea meineke was cheap knock off service with no follow through! READ THE OTHER POOR REVIEWS!!!If there is one thing, I recommend, it is to steer clear of this horrible business and business owner.Update: I took my car to the Jeep dealership to take care of it there and they fix my car in five minutes. No charge ! Almost a year wasted because of rude incompetence!

Our family takes all three of our cars here for oil changes, inspections and everything else. They are up front, honest and give a straight answer. With the cost of everything being very high right now, I trust them to do the job right for an honest price. They always come through. I was in need of exhaust repair after my truck 2007 Dakota started making a sound like an air leak on the engine. After my non-professional investigation I determined the leak was coming from the exhaust system somewhere on the engine. Read the good reviews and made an appt. Don and the folks at Meineke in Emmaus went to work that very day but it was a lengthy job and took about a day and a half. Don called me and gave me updates a few times which was nice. I would recommend them highly. They did a great job on my truck.

I had a great experience here yesterday for my PA state inspection. Joe brought me to the shop and showed me some spots on my car that could use some extra attention in the future. I did not expect that level of care, and really appreciated it. Plus, everyone on staff was friendly and nice, despite the fact I was the first appointment of the morning. Whatever they put in the coffee there must be working. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here in the future.

So, where do I even begin. I was pleased with the service I was receiving until recently. I needed to get my car inspected and in short the repairs came to over 7K. Sad by the cost but I accepted what needed to be done. I called to inquire about an email I received and was only calling to inquire about that. I was told by the owner my car was complete and I could come pick it up which I did. I get there and their computer system was so outdated that I was unable to finalize payment for the service. The employee I was dealing with was beyond frustrated so I left and informed them I would be back in the am to get my car. I arrived at 8 am and didn t leave until after 10 am!!!! The owner finally came in to resolve the issue after I was there for over an hour; he spoke to me very nasty as if I was in the wrong after leaving work early the day before because he said I could come get it. Even threatened to not help me!! Imagine that!!!Keep in mind I wasn t calling to pick up my car, he voluntarily told me I could and then proceeded to further inconvenience me!You would have thought since he was aware I wasn t able to pick my car up that evening that he would be there bright and early to resolve the issue. Nope, that would have been too much like right!I think Mark is awesome and feel sorry that he is employed by such a thoughtless man!Definitely won t be back, the way I was treated is not how you treat customers at all!!Best of luck to anyone that uses them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Please take your vehicles elsewhere you will be glad you did! This shop tries to get every last dollar they can possibly get from you. The owner is very disrespectful and unprofessional! They try to up the charge for parts and work that is not needed to people that do not know much about vehicles.
