Never had a bad experience in the 2 years going here. Everyone is cordial and professional, yet personable enough to have a couple laughs. Oh, yes, they also have excellent service (and reasonable prices) above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Great service at a fair price! Four wheel alignment while I waited! Very nice waiting area. Tons of recent mags ,daily paper !

Great garage to deal with. They dont upsale repairs and only tell you whats really needed. Great communication and fair pricing.

Great location. Took my car for an hour of date inspection. dropped it off, was finished a few hours later. super friendly guys!

Came in for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation & a check on my breaks because I was feeling some vibration while braking on my car. Dropped my car off, confirmed with the guy working the desk all the things we were doing that day and all seemed good. Couple hours later, I come to pick up my car. The only service they performed was the inspection... Which my car passed. The mechanic said he knew nothing of the other services I asked to be done and apologized but the damage was already done. I asked about my brakes since they have to check them during the inspection. He said he saw nothing and that the vibration must be my brake lines malfunctioning? Went to another auto service shop that same week to get all the services done they missed and it turned out my rotors were warped. How you miss that during an inspection I couldn't tell you. Disappointed by their communication between their front desk and mechanics and their knowledge. Won't be going here again.

The team here start to finish was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic's. They listened to every detail and addressed every concern patiently. They were all very respectful and trusting. I'll absolutely be going back for all my car needs in the future!

I have been using Greg s Auto since they opened for business. They have been professional and honest with every repair. I trust them with all of my car care needs. They have never tried to force an unnecessary repair. I have recommended them to many people and they too are pleased with the service. I appreciate that Greg takes the time to explain the service provided. Helped me out big time when my car broke down and relaixed their was a recall on my car which i would have never known about thanks to them i saved alot of money. Took my car to get inspected here also and they will not make you get any unnecessary work on your car. Like another place told me i needed for inspection. My daughter has an 08 Mazda3. Obviously with an older car there will always be issues, but Greg's has been exceptional with their service on it fixing all the issues she had ranging from having to put the car in N to start it, the car jerking when put in R, alignment, shifter lights not working, and even to correcting the headlight range after she had her entire assemblies replaced on her own and the light was pointing straight down...Greg's took the care to modify the clips to give her a great light range. All at an incredibly fair cost. They have even tweaked, for no additional cost, what they need to after initial repairs when my daughter still feels something was a just a little off still (like the lights, for instance). I had two of our cars repaired at Greg's in the past month or so. Very happy. They even found a broken motor mount on my wife's focus that had caused a loud noise for a year. I should have had Greg's look at it long ago. Great job.

Car broke down on a weekend near here, used google maps to find a local place with decent reviews, picked Greg's. Despite no appointment they were able to get my car fixed the next work day (Monday), and price was very reasonable. Staff was friendly. Overall great experience with the garage.

Been a loyal customer for years, so when we recently bought an SUV that had significant road noise and Greg recommended four Master Craft tires, we gave the okay. The difference was remarkable and the car is so quiet we actually heard the engine for the first time! Thank you for your consistently excellent care of our cars and family!!

I always get great service with a smile at Greg's. I came in for an oil change and they me a lift home/picked me up when my car was ready. John noticed that I was due for inspection and called to ask if I wanted that done as well, which I did. Very convenient service!

I scheduled nothing more than an oil change a week in advance. Dropped it off the night before, and apparently it took the whole day for god knows what reason. I had missed a meeting for work because I was expecting to be able to drive my vehicle the same day considering every single other place I have ever gone has done it in a timely manner...no reason to keep a car there for almost a full 24 hours for an oil change...

Can't say enough about Greg's Tire and Auto in Emmaus. Once again, they brought my 2004 PT Cruiser back from the dead. Their awesome customer service and empathy towards the customers plight is unmatched to anywhere else I've been. It's the kind of service you MIGHT get after being a loyal customer for 10years or more other places. You get that at Greg's Tire and Auto in Emmaus on day 1. Their explanation of services, and the way they keep you informed and "in the loop" on the status of your vehicle is Excellent. They aren't in business to "Pad" the bill like other places, and really want you as the customer to feel good about the service you've been provided, so that you come back. As for my wife and I, we won't be going anywhere else. I recommend Greg's Tire and Auto to anyone who can see this, and I've already spread the word to my friends and Family.

Been going to this garage.. here for years and always love the work done and is very fair and honest with pricing..in fact I took a Uber to and from work just so they could work on my car cause I don't trust anyone else....
