Vic and all the mechanics there are amazing and got our car in and out fast and have no issues. They definitely go above and beyond. Will only be taking our vehicles here for now on they do tons of work not just transmission.

I just want to say I think vic's is the best mechanic shop I've been to hands down. I had a transmission problem no one wanted to fix it claiming it was a hard job and if they did the job it would cost $1500 or more and they would have my vehicle for 3 or 4 days so I take it to vic's he says it will be around $900 witch it was plus tax so I'm expecting it to take about 4-5 days nope just overnight and that was only because he had to wait for the parts till the morning so if you want your vehicle taken care of by people who aren't going to lie or cheat you and charge you an arm and a leg take it to vics

Had several transmissions rebuild here. Recently had a clutch replaced in my car. As usual, couldn't have gone smoother. Never had an issue with any of them. Highly recommended.

We had just completed a 17hr road trip and had had or tire changed once already. We went in to see if they could help fix a tire and rim that was cracked. Vic's Transmission Inc.has the best service around. My car transmission had a shifting problem. I took it to another transmission shop and was told my transmission would need to be changed. I took it to the dealership and was told I would have to pay $400-$600 just to diagnose the problem. I took it to Vic's Transmission and was giving a free estimate to repair the transmission thatwas less what the dealership wanted just to tell me what was wrong with the transmission. If vic transmission can't fix the problem you won't be charged and he stands behind his work too.Service: Transmission

I was traveling through the area and had a low tire light come on. I stopped at Vic s and they came right out to assess the issue. They fixed my tires and never charged me. I offered several times and they declined payment. The gentleman got us back on the road and was so kind. I would highly recommend their garage. You won t be disappointed. I will never forget how kind he was. Thanks Vic s transmissions. You definitely saved the day for us. Service: Tires

My only complaint was the the fact we had a run around with our car time frame. Went to have the car inspected and it took over a week and we kept being told it was that same day every time we called. Other than that, they are really good and friendly! They worked with us for everything we needed repaired for a reasonable price!

I've had my car serviced and repaired by Vic and crew for many years, and it's the best garage in the area. Service is second to none, and everyone is very skilled, dedicated, and friendly. It's great that Vic's does just about everything too- not just transmissions. Tires, inspections, oil changes, you name it, they do it.

I was traveling to Williamsport from Reading and then back in a span of 6 hrs in my 2010 Legacy. It has 164,000 miles on it. My coolant light came on during the trip in an unknown area. By chance I was just driving by this establishment. I did not have an appointment but explained that a light came on my dashboard and I was concerned as I was traveling with my 2 children. Two gentleman came out and ran tests and took temperatures of hoses etc. They told me what it was- a sensor - and it would be okay to drive for my trip. I told them I would take it to my mechanic back home. I offered them my credit card but they refused to charge me. They were awesome! Thank you again gentleman!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have dealt with Vic`s for a bunch of years , Honest, Backs up his warranty and is a shop that i will and have always referred customers to to get the job done right .If you want cheep ,look elsewhere. But if you want your transmission fixed correctly and a warranty that the man stands behind ,call Vic`s I think i have covered it well ...5 STARS for 10 yearsGreat Job ..... Vic.

They quickly reprogrammed my transmission that was stalling and idling weird. They didn't try and rip me off and sell me something I didn't need. They just did the needed programming and now my car works great. So, it was way cheaper than I feared it would be

If I could give this place a zero I would. They dont stand behind the warranty that was issued. We drove 45 minutes 3 times for them to tell us come back another time when we called ahead. Very disrespectful!

Great service , transmission was rebuilt and no issues so far. The price was a little higher than other places, other than that great transmission shop.
