Had a great experience buying my jeep from Miracle. Jordi was very friendly and made the whole process super easy.I did have some issues with the jeep discovered after buying and Grace in the service department has been nothing but wonderful in helping me get everything resolved. Would definitely buy from here again.

My wife and I stopped in to Miracle this past Saturday, we seen a price on Car guru and we weren't sure if it was legit. We were approached by James Davis. James is hands down the best salesman we have dealt with. James made sure that the price we seen online was the price we paid! He was NOT high pressure, he knew that we knew what we wanted. Woking with him while buying a brand new truck made it a lot less stressful. Thank you James! I would also like to thank Ian for making the finance and signing part not so painful, he was thorough, and quick so that it wasn't drawn out! We will definitely send people to Miracle!

Ian and Dave made purchasing a truck easy! Dave was a down to earth sales person who wasn t pushy and talked to you like a normal person and didn t pressure you! Someone like this made me want to buy from them! Ian handled the rest and made everything easy, seamless, and stress free! Highly recommend Miracle to anyone searching for a vehicle!!

2/2/24 - Update: What a disingenuous response from the owner! Trying to seem all agreeable and caring! If the "owner" even read the review all the way through, they would know that I already tried to resolve this issue with Wayne who is the manager of the Service Department. In addition, all of my contact information is right there at the shop as I was a long time customer. You know my phone number, email and address. If you want to resolve this issue it's your turn to contact me.I did not buy my Jeep here, but have been here for service several times. Their service department is incompetent! I am not one to post negative reviews, but they damaged my vehicle and are refusing to reimburse me for the damage they caused. At the last visit, I called about having my battery replaced, received a quote and brought my vehicle in. While waiting, Grace from the service dept came over and said the battery they quoted me on wasn't in stock, but a better battery was available for almost 2x the price. Classic bait and switch. I said no thanks, that I would get a battery elsewhere. After several minutes, I walked around to the service bay and saw a man putting the battery back in my vehicle. He was struggling with something for about 10 minutes and then Grace came over and they were both hunched over the battery area of my Jeep for another 10 minutes. I called out and said that I needed to leave. They finished up and brought my vehicle to me. I purchased a battery elsewhere and my husband put it in later that day. He said that they had stripped one of the battery terminals and the bolt was in crooked. He was able to put another bolt in to temporarily hold it together. I took my Jeep to another dealership for an inspection and to have them put in the correct bolt on the battery terminal. They told me that in addition to stripping the battery terminal, they had also damaged a sensor. Total cost to fix the damage they caused was $217.98 plus tax. Spoke with Wayne the service department manager and got an argument from him. He said to send him the invoice via email. Wayne has refused to respond to my emails. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, The Ripoff Report and to the Pennsylvania State Attorney General. I would suggest that others who have these kinds of problems with them do the same. In the past, they have never topped up fluids when servicing my vehicle and will send me a letter in the mail a couple of weeks later stating that it's time to have "my Jeep's coolant topped up" and similar things - things that they should have done when it was in for service 2 weeks prior. I have also noticed in reading their reviews, that every time they have a bad review, that they get their family, friends and aliases to make up fake good reviews to try and balance out all of the legitimate bad reviews. Buyer beware!!

Had a five star experience at Miracle buying a new Jeep Gladiator. Jordi in sales is a true professional going over the entire vehicle at delivery and making sure we knew how to operate everything. He even followed up after the sale to make sure we didn't have any questions. Ian in financing was equally great, he had all the paperwork done and made the process seamless on an out of state purchase. Great dealership. Call Jordi and he will get you riding in style

Jonathan and crew were absolutely amazing! They gave me a great price and got me through all the paperwork quickly. They were very respectful of my time and the fact that I was there during lunch hour. If you are in the market for a car, I HIGHLY recommend Miracle.

Had an excellent experience working with Dave Fields. We look at car buying as a chore so Dave made it as painless as possible and I didn't feel like my entire day was eaten up at the car dealership. Highly recommend.

We were camping near by at French Creek SP. A hydraulic nose broke one morning in our 2017 Ram 2500. No power brakes or steering. We were lucky enough to inly be 6 miles away. We had a full day planned too. Miracle had a rent a car that we were able to use. Thank God. They got the part and had the job finished by the next afternoon. Very very pleasant to work with. The folks at the service counter did an outstanding job keeping us up to speed with the repair. Thank You again Miracle Ram

There service department is extremely subpar. Took my ram 2500 to be look at because I was told I could drop it off and it would be look at that day it. We'll it wasn't it sat for 5 days and numerous phone calls later. Eventually it was looked at. I never was connected and advised what was wrong or if they can fix it. I had to call every day because they do not know how to treat there customers. Now I asked for a quote for the work that needed to be done well that took another 3 days we are now at 8 days total for then to tell me that the part is on a definite back order. So now I'm with out my truck that I need to get back and forth to work. So then I had it towed to an independent shop and walla it's getting fixed.... how funny.... NEVER NEVER USE THEM with the lack of communication and incompetence you will be extremely frustrated.

I bought a vehicle with the original company Anthony D'Ambrosio. I purchased a lifetime warranty for my Dodge Ram. During the acquisition I asked multiple times, if the warranty would be honored and I was told "yes". Before the change of ownership, I would bring my vehicle in for its check up and oil change per the warranty contract agreement. Anthony D'Ambrosio would keep record of this in their system. With that said, recently my water pump went and I was informed that I didn't have the records of the required service upkeep, so they couldn't honor the warranty...... As if they don't have the computer systems save details anymore. The manager informed me I would need to pay and I should of kept the records myself... Terrible practices. Keep this in mind when they take you in the office to upsell warranties with your new car purchase. The pamphlets they hand you wont mention this part.

Unethical pricing 100% mark up on everything pretty much f u pricing for the most basic work battery change oil change and filter and a set windshield wipers cost almost 600 bucks. It s a miracle people will pay it.

This was honestly the smoothest car buying experience I ve been through. You can tell they re genuine people who want you to walk away just as happy as they are. Fair asking price, good offer for my trade, and a good deal on a warranty (used car). 10/10 would recommend!

Let me start by saying I have taken my Jeep Patriot to this dealership on multiple times and usually had good service. This time wasn t so great of a time. I had my appointment on 10-23-2023 and i brought it in because I felt like I was having transmission shifting issues and the throttle response felt like it had a hesitation and sluggish when driving.Grace in service told me to go with the mechanic and go drive it with them. I asked if they were going to hook up a scanner to see what was wrong with it. She said that didn t have one to use on the test drive. So we drove out of the dealership towards Morgantown and turned around a few miles from their dealership in a church parking lot and went back to the dealership. The mechanic saw what the Jeep Patriot was doing but said he would have to check the transmission fluid level and put a scanner on it when we got back to see if there were any codes that popped up.So I waited for 2hrs in the waiting area at the dealership. Grace came up to me and said they couldn t find anything wrong with the car and the reset the computer back into learn mode. They didn t charge me for a diagnostic test which was nice but they didn t figure out the issue either. She said just keep driving the car and it should be fine.I went home and watched a few YouTube videos on the 2016 Jeep Patriot 2.4l and looked at a ton of Jeep Forums and found out that it probably was either the spark plugs or the transmission fluid and filter and possibly one of the transmission solenoids going bad.So I called yesterday to try and schedule the transmission and spark plug service but never got a call back.I don t think they can really diagnose mechanic issues unless it is visible to the eyes. If you have a bad ball joint or tie rod or brakes or you need tires then they can fix those things. If it s not throwing any codes then you got to take it to a mechanic s shop that knows how to troubleshoot issues without a scanner.Either way I read online that they don t like to work on anything transmission related because Jeep dealerships have a deal just to replace the transmissions when they go out instead of doing the preventive maintenance like changing the fluids and 2 filters and gaskets. This dealership lost my business because when someone wants to make their vehicle last a long time then they should take them seriously instead of not even attempting to call them back.Going to take it to the Hyundai Dealership near me because that is who makes the CVT transmissions for the 2014-2017 Jeep Patriots. They told me that they will do the transmission work. These transmissions were also used in a lot of Nissan cars too.I understand they aren t a transmission shop and if it s not under warranty then they really don t want to mess with it.The dealership is fine for pricing and doing every other vehicle maintenance as long as they have a code or it s actually a broken part. I just think they need to take people seriously and try and replace and service the main parts first before saying that there isn t anything wrong with your vehicle. Also I am confused about why they put the transmission in learn mode? Everything I read is that it resets the TCM and wipes all the codes. That just sounds like they saw some type of codes and that they are seeing if a reset of the computers hard drive will fix that issue.I didn t authorize them to mess with the computer or vehicles TCM so hopefully that isn t causing more issues or going to grenade the transmission in a few weeks.Hooking up a scanner is one thing but messing with something that wasn t approved is another thing. Rule of thumb is don t do something that was authorized by the customer. So my 2016 Jeep Patriot 2.4L is in learn mode for the next 200 miles. Everything I read online it says that the dealership shouldn t mess with the TCM unless there is a transmission issue or after the transmission has been worked on. Hopefully I don t see a lightning bolt after this 200 mile learn mode.If the TCM is going out then they should of said something.

They had a really good price on a RAM 2500 and the salesman was friendly and for the most part not pushy. He did the usual song and dance about the deal not lasting long and I brought the wife back to look. All was fine until we started talking numbers. They valued my trade $3k less than two other dealers, but it was still a good deal so I offered to split the difference. They said no, so I said skip the trade, I would finance. After many mysterious trips to the managers office, he asked for information to run my credit. I still hadn't seen final numbers or what rates might be. Three credit inquiry warnings came in from my monitoring service, and after some fuss I was led into the managers office. I still hadn't seen any numbers, but I signed some stuff and declined a warranty. Then, he gets to the final pages with numbers and the interest rate was 9%. I have tier 1 plus credit and no debt. I said I'd need to shop that around, it was too high. We even showed him our credit unions rate of 6.5%. Rather than be helpful, he said if the truck was still there the following business day we could bring our own financing. At some point, I'd asked for two accessories and since the parts dept was closed they "guessed" about the cost. That was also on the final sheet and a quick Google revealed it was double what Dodge would charge me to walk up and buy them. No offer to settle up with the right numbers when parts opened, the whole thing was take it or leave it and he wouldn't take a deposit. So I left, went somewhere else and got $4k more for my trade and 5.99% with only one credit inquiry. The whole operation seems shady to me. I don't think the sales guy meant any harm, but his boss is a bad apple. Buyer beware.

Such great service! A ball joint broke on my 2006 Jeep it was the beginning of Labor Day weekend and I was camping near by with my friends. Grace answered the phone and said she would try to get it done as soon as possible. Before the weekend was over I picked up my Jeep and Jessie worked a little late to get it done. I could not have been more happy with their services.

My daughter bought a used automobile at this dealership. The vehicle was advertised as having a back up camera. On their website it was listed as being an included accessory on several lines of the auto description. It indeed was not included and wasn't realized until we had the car home, after the purchase. I contacted the dealership on a few occasions to explain our concern and the situation. I was told there was nothing that could be done. My request was to have an after market back up camera installed free of charge, since it was advertised as having it. They refused to do anything to make this situation right.I would not recommend this dealership, as I would consider our situation false advertising. It was a very discouraging and disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying that I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.Little background, I have never purchased a car before, recently graduated college and got a job, so I figured it was time to do just that. My father recently purchased a used car from a Nissan dealership, so I was familiar with the process, and after experiencing that, made me think that purchasing a vehicle would be a real hassle.I live in Jersey, and this dealership is approx. 2 hrs. from my house. I seen they had a used 2010 Honda Accord Coupe in stick that was priced VERY fairly, I had to take a look. I took a risk by deciding to go to te dealership instead of calling to ensure that the car was still in stock, luckily for me it was! I arrived at the dealership about 30mins. before it closed, spotted the vehicle and got a chance to look it over. I liked what I saw and decided to talk to someone. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Amanda and she had no problem showing my friend and I the vehicle. Test drive went well, and I agreed to look at the numbers because I was interested. When we returned I had the absolute pleasure to deal the manager by the name of Mark. Even though the dealership was closed at this point, nothing about the process was rushed, he sat down and we all had a very nice conversation. As I stated before the car was very fairly priced, Mark even let me sit behind his desk with him to look at the numbers. That is something that I really appreciated, everything and everyone was completely transparent, they had nothing to hide, the service was amazing. Here is where I believe they really deserve the 5 star review. I agreed to buy the vehicle, and because of how late it was, everything could not be finalized until the net day, so I decided not to take the vehicle home until everything was done (even though they offered). The next day felt like Murphy's law, I got out of work late and by the time I would have gotten to the dealership, they would have already closed, and because I work two jobs, it was difficult to find a day off to get it. I called so they knew the situation, and to my surprise, they were more than willing to wait for me to come. Mark sent me text messages telling me not to worry and to make sure that I arrive safely, it was amazing.I arrive at the dealership about an hour after they closed and sat down with Ken who stayed later for assist me with the papers. He, like others there was very honest and friendly. Nothing was rushed, he answered all of my questions, and was more than willing to explain everything to me.This car not only sell cars, anyone can do that, they sell exceptional service. They have set the bar really high, as my expectations for dealership will always have to compete with this. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that not only wants a great car at a great price, but anyone that wants outstanding service. I drove two hours to get here, and I would do it all again. They made my first car purchase a great experience. I am now the proud owner of a 2dr Honda Accord v6 manual, all thanks to Anthony D'Ambrosio!

An all around excellent vehicle buying experience. Friendly sales folks and managers, like Chuck, Ian, and Nick. No nonsense contract work. No pressure. Fair deal on our trade ins. And everyone there greets you with a smile. Also, no price gouging with huge dealer markups like at other local dealerships (cough cough Ford cough).

Excellent dealership. Cordial, knowledgeable salesman heard our "want list." Showed us 3 well-suited vehicles. We test drove 2. The price was right where we thought it should be. No dickering. No haggling. The owner, a rather distinguished individual, greeted us. We drove away happy, and have stayed that way ever since. Highly recommended.

Its rare that you ever have a pleasant experience at a dealership. I did. I emailed Miracle and they got back to me right away by txt as I requested. I was dealing with other dealers at the time and they were the quickest to reply to me. Chris H from sales got me a great deal on a new truck and the right appraisal on my trade-in, in what seemed like an hour. Got to the dealer that same day and him and Ian were great down to earth people who took care of me. Didnt feel like pushy car salesmen. Great place and great service.
