The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process to find the perfect tires for my vehicle. Stephen and Jarvis and team are fabulous! Good guys offering good work done right. Honest on what needs done and what does not. They Checked tire alignment didn't need it and stated so. Put 4new tires on and balanced, car rides like it's on rails! I recommend this location to those looking for repairs! Thank you Stephen and Jarvis and the crew!

I got a nail in my tire while traveling on the Turnpike. The guys here were professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and got me the best deal they could. From getting the low pressure light and pulling in the lot to being back on the road was only about an hour and a half. The manager and assistant manager who helped me were both great.

Called the shop to get info and compare what another shop had told me. I was advised to come in and I spoke to Tony. He was honest and very helpful. Being a female it s hard to get shops to take you serious and not rip you off as well. I will be bringing my vehicle in this week to be serviced. It s not every day that you find honest workers. I will definitely be recommending Tony and the mavis shop to my friends and family!

I came here about a month ago when I had a tire blow out and had to replace the other tires anyway.Initially, I tried calling the Walmart down the road but was left ringing for nearly 5 minutes. So I stopped by here instead.The staff was very friendly and informative regarding the services they offered and warranties available. The shop workers were very kind and knowledgeable.I'm very picky when it comes to having my car serviced anywhere other than my regular shop, but if I was in a pinch, I would not mind coming back for other services.

Life savers! My headlights both stopped working, and after discovering on my own that it wasn't a fuse, I stopped by Mavis because I had a good experience last time I was in for tires. Stephen and Tony took care of the problem, my headlights are now working perfectly, and I got home safely. Thanks guys! I really appreciate it!

Tony and Steph are the best ! PHENOMENAL guys. excellent management there. I come here all the time for different things. I came in once and the tab was $19 to mount my tire. I forgot my wallet home and the management said don't worry you are a repeat customer, just bring it when you get back home. The overall operation here is excellent and customer service. Will recommend you coming here. I never leave reviews but i had to for these guys

So my name is Linda I came into Mavis Discount Auto and I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Tony. He helped me with what I needed done to my car and even added a air pressure check at no extra cost. I was very pleased with the service here today

Total aces at this Mavis. Stephen, Tony, and Jarvis are totally on point. I really appreciate all you guys have done for me in the past.Maggie was my point person in the past at this store in Elverson. I really miss her and her customer service she provided. She's now at Sinking Spring taking care of business there.Glad Mavis hired three great guys to fill Maggie's shoes, and they are doing a phenomenal job of taking care of their customers and myself. The best!!! I got a flat on my way home from work and they were willing to squeeze me in right before close to get me on my way home. My dad called in and had tires set up for me and before the tow truck even got there, they had the door open and were waiting. Exceptional customer service! Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and super helpful! Would 100% recommended this place to anyone!

Customer service is excellent!! Didn t have a very good experience at another place, stopped in at Mavis & talked to Blake, he got me in the very next day for tires. All the guys are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with & got me the best deal they could!

Under new management!Previous management was horrible. We always try to nickel and dime you. When I heard they were under new management and the good experiences my friends were having I decided to give them a try again.I m very happy that I did. Stephen, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure my worries were addressed and everything I was paying for was broken down in detail. Will definitely be a repeat customer at this location.Also they have the necessary hardware and Knowledge at this location to lift Teslas which is a plus.

The customer service here was excellent! My husband and I were traveling from out of town in a rental and all of the tire pressures were off. We tried stopping at multiple gas stations to try and fix the pressures at the air pumps but we were having trouble and none of the gas stations had manual pressure gauges and we speculated that the electric gauge in the car was not calibrated. One of the gas station employees recommended for us to go to Mavis. They were able to fix all our tire pressures and the sensor on the car in less than 30 minutes! They were very kind and helpful! We highly recommend Mavis and are so grateful for their help.

Tried to price gouge us for 1 trailer tire. $224 + tax for 1 tire. Then refused to take the tire off the rim. And demanded that we do it. Worst place ever and they were very Rude. We went somewhere else.

What a terrificly managed, professional place! I called yesterday with a nail in my tire, and told them I desperately needed it fixed ASAP. The manager said: "We open at 8, I'll get you in and out immediately." At 8:35 I'm rolling down the road! Friendly service and fair pricing; what else could you ask for?

Staff was friendly and help me get back on the road quickly. Damaged a valve stem in my work truck. Pulled the tire and brought it to mavis and they quickly replaced the valve stem and checked the tire over to make sure that was all the damage. In out and done in ten minutes. Guys were great!

Tony, Steph and Jarvis did an outstanding job in helping me out in a challenging situation with a flat tire. They did not have the type of tire that I needed for replacement, so they plugged my tire so I could get to the dealership that had it. It was service above and beyond especially since they knew that they were not going to get the business. I truly appreciate their business ethos.

Beware of this shop and the quality of their work, even for simple tasks like oil changes.Dropped my car off for inspection, was told it needed rear brakes and rotors, and I also requested an oil change. The total bill came to $650.82. After they returned my car, I drove about 20 miles before the engine oil LOW light came on. Pulled over, checked the oil, and the dipstick was dry. Called the shop, and they admitted to only putting in 5 quarts of oil when the car requires just under 7. For a mistake that could (and still might) cost me my engine, I was offered a refund, but only $75 for the oil change an oil change they didn t even do properly. No other refund or credit was offered.In addition the store manager wanted me to let you know that he, at least, brought me oil after stranding me. According to him, other shops would have just left me. Sure.

Came in for realignment & rebalancing from new tires added at a Mavis down in NC, they found that the weights had gotten loose & that the alignment wasn t properly done initially. Got me right and out the door timely while busy! Stephen helps the vibes be real professional & genuine! Wish they were in Pittsburgh!

I have a company vehicle with a fleet service. We are required to use specific shops for our vehicle maintenance. I used a competitor yesterday to get my oil changed and they did not replace the bolts for the gear cover. It dropped down and was dragging on the highway causing a vibration and could have flown off at any time. This caused me to have to get it towed to a shop and luckily Mavis quickly found it was a simple fix. They didn t charge the fleet company and saved me the hassle of getting a rental and thinking I had major issues.Needless to say I will be bringing my car back here for my maintenance from now on. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too!

On 1/2/24 I came here for a new tire. I dealt w/Anthony. He was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I ended up needing two tires. I wasn t even aware the second was in the condition it was, luckily it was caught before it blew out. There wasn t a long wait & the other employees that I chatted with were kind and professional. Overall, a great experience.

Everyone is very friendly ! Got me right in for an oil change. I asked them to check a few things for me on top of my oil change and had no issues doing it. Also LOVE the little play area for kids as I had my daughter with me. Definitely will be back and sending business your way!

Great first experience @ Mavis Discount Tire! Had a slow leak in my tire, and needed to find a place that offered tire service on Saturday. Grateful Mavis was open! Thank you Maggie for your help!!!Since my first time at Mavis, a second, and now a third time...all different car issues...every time excellent service!!! I was always told to come in immediately. 10/10 recommend!!!

Outstanding! They went out of their way, they were just closing up when I needed a tire repair. And the guys were just all over the problem, so helpful, enthusiastic, swell guys. Took care of it, and got me back on the road fast. I strongly recommend this great Mavis!

Thanks to the Mavis staff for figuring out that I was losing air through the valve stem...replaced it and sent me on my way! I had purchased the warranty with a new tire from another Mavis store while traveling in NJ (FLAT TIRE on 78!!) - I am so very grateful that both stores helped me, Elverson store took the time to get to the bottom without $$$ charges!!

Tony, Steph and Jarvis were amazing! I was late for my appointment and they were so great and understanding and still took me in with smiles on their faces! Highly recommend this place, great work and even better customer service!
