Exceptional Service and Honesty!I recently visited Uneeda Tire in Ellwood City for service on my 2011 Jeep Patriot, and I couldn't be more impressed. I went in on 12/26/23, needing 4 new tires and a diagnosis for a wobbly front passenger wheel. Initially, a bad wheel bearing and wheel spindle were diagnosed, which would have significantly increased my costs. However, Chris called me back promptly, revealing that, upon further inspection, the issue was a loose axle, and the bearing and spindle were actually fine.Their honesty and transparent communication were truly commendable. Instead of overcharging me, they efficiently sourced the necessary parts, and I was back on the road for just $30 more than the initially quoted tire price. The team at Uneeda Tire demonstrated an exceptional level of customer service and integrity that has earned them a customer for life. Chris, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my car was not only roadworthy but also treated me with respect throughout the entire process.Uneeda Tire in Ellwood City sets a high standard for automotive service, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy assistance. Five stars without a doubt!

The day before Thanksgiving we were headed to see family, 5 hours from home and ended up discovering a nail in the tire 1 hour from our house. We ended up limping our way to Uneeda where they were super friendly and had us in and out with a repair in less than an hour. As my kids said, They saved Thanksgiving! Would definitely recommend.

Best customer service & quality of work. I work odd hours & they can change daily so scheduling ahead of time isn t always easy & they work with me & get me in as soon as possible. The prices can t be beat either!! Highly recommend

FIVE+++++ star customer service. I messed up and called the wrong location and scheduled service for today. My car was on a spare donut tire and in not the best condition. Location that I scheduled with offered to deliver my tires to the location I was at AND the location that I was was able to do the same day for me. KUDOS to amazing customer service. Thank you so much

Not a good experience at all.People were impersonal.Feel as if I was steered towards my most expensive options.After spending $1300 bucks on tires i had to pay for an alignment less than a week later.Just not happy in any way.So which was it? Was I not told I needed new tire s aligned? Were they not aligned when put on?As far as the part about feeling as if I was steered all I needed was 1 used tire. But my car is there, it s a Stinger, I m told how difficult and time consuming it will be to get the used tire, and just feel as if I was viewed as someone that would be an easy mark to get to buy 4 new tires. What was I gonna do? Get my car towed out of there. My wife said when she asked questions when she went to pay that she felt treated dismissively as well. Although minor an additional thing was we discussed me taking a couple spares home in the trunk and it was agreed but she was leaving and noticed they weren t there. That s the least of it but it just wasn t a good experience. It would be nice if you were more concerned with why your customer feels this way and less with whether you agree with how I handled it. I spent almost 200 dollars fixing what you guys either didn t do, failed to say needed done, or did poorly. I just know where to not take my car next time. In fairness we had used you a few times in the past with no issues. Just upsetting.It was Ellwood City Uneeda

My previous review was unwarranted. This company has good service, I was just upset with a set back financially that was caused due to an issue they found with my vehicle.

I would like to commend Tracy and the crew at the shop for an expedient turnaround when I blew a tire out on my trailer. He has traditionaly been pleasant and great to work with. Thumbs up guys.

Booked a few weeks in advance for camper tires, made sure to ask if they could order the tires as well as put them in. They said they could, get there the day of our departure had us sit there for well over an hour just to tell us the tires we bought FROM THEM.. they didn t have a machine that could switch out the tires. SHADY business from this establishment just for a tire sale. We were scrambling to find another place and thank goodness for Hardings tire, got us in and out we would ve been stuck over the weekend if not.

Took my van in for inspection because I couldn t get ahold of my regular mechanic. Just hoped they d be honest.Not only were they honest they were kind and courteous and really quite quick for how busy they were. They didn t give me any runaround for being female, and didn t even judge about my van being a rolling dumpster loaded down with stuff.On top of that . It needed tires to pass. Not only did they have four tires on hand, but OH MY GOODNESS!! By the time I d left and driven it five miles, I was grinning from ear to ear. It handled almost like a whole different vehicle, in THE BEST way. I ve driven well over half a million miles in 25 years and I have NEVER seen a set of tires improve a vehicle s handling THAT MUCH.Can t believe I ve lived here 10 years, and my tire folks were right over the hill the whole time. They just made a loyal customer.

Showed up unannounced due to a flat tire, great service, turned out all I needed was a patch and I was on my way. Only cost 19.00 dollars. Great set of guys. Most def will be returning for future tire needs....on a side note they due inspections at a good price too

We have been buying tires here for about 15 years for our personal and a couple years for our business vehicles. All employees and owner are professional, curtious, knowledgeable and respectful. They listen to your needs and develop the perfect solution for our vehicles. On top of that the price is always well within our budget. I would recommend this company to anyone, Thanks Uneeda Tire!!

The staff there was friendly, I went to have tires put on and they were quick but also fixed a few other things to decent prices also. When they were done I asked a few questions about my power steering and they had already taken a look at it Lol told me what was wrong and about how much it be too! Great place!

Great bunch of guys that have been around forever, pricing was as good as I found anywhere and they balanced my trailer tires and installed new valve stems for free.

I always get a good deal and service from Uneeda tire. Tire prices are high because of the inept Biden regime printing money and causing inflation.
