Had a complicated electrical issue that my normal mechanic wouldn t touch. This place was very fast at diagnosing my issue. They were upfront about everything and after a couple of additional issues that popped up along the way they were able to complete the repair my vehicle. Labor and price of parts were reasonable in this market.

Some of the best service I ever experienced.They knew I had time constraints and when some other obstacles popped up they made sure I was still out of the service center on time.Definitely recommend McElwain Motors to everyone I know!

Reinspection of my truck because of a rusted frame that needed fixed. Was exlecting another 80 dollar fee. But Reinspection fee was only 11.66. Overall pleased with the service.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, matter of fact greeting by woman at desk. I was anxious about missing my registration from my glovebox for the inspection. Female employee showed no empathy nor intelligence at giving advice/guidance in getting dublicate information.

Had to get a new radio put in. The staff was friendly and diligent in fixing my radio and getting everything working as it should.
