Everytime I have gone here, they have been super friendly and get me in and out as fast as they can. Definitely recommend them to friends and family. Included is a before and after picture of my car.

I am so impressed, not only with the detail-oriented aesthetic repair work, but with how well my Tahoe is driving after an accident that caused considerable damage. Every employee I interacted with was super friendly, professional, and helpful. They kept in contact and completed the repairs way ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had been detailed! They exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. I was also able to return my rental car at this location. 12-28-23 Just got my wife's 2012 Jeep Liberty back from McElwains after she hit a deer and shoved the front end to the left. McElwains also recently replaced both my bumpers my 2012 Liberty from unknown people backing in to it as well. I am totally amazed by the fantastic workmanship they did repairing these two vehicles.The people were great to deal with and if I could give them more than 5 stars they would get a perfect 10!

Someone rear ended me and caused $5,000 worth of damages. I was lucky because my insurance covered it. However you never know if a body shop will get your vehicle back to you sooner rather than later and in what condition. They had it back to me in a week and a half, they did a perfect job with bodywork and paint job, everything was hooked up correctly. It was also cleaned inside and vacuumed out and exterior was cleaned and polished. Looks brand new and never would have known it had any damage 10 days ago. I will be going again in the future if I were to need their services

A few weeks ago my girlfriend and I hit a deer in my new/used truck! I was devastated. I work in the automotive industry and know that finding QUALITY, OEM body/paint work is nearly impossible.McElwain came highly recommended. I touched base with Paul, who was super professional and wildly helpful. They had my truck picked up at my door and hauled over an hour to their facility.In just a few weeks they called and said I could come get it. When I pulled up I was so nervous as to what I would find, and let me tell you My truck couldn t have looked better if they gave me a brand new one. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was taken into consideration. The paint is absolutely perfect. Everything lines up PERFECT. These guys are the real deal. 10/10 every single time. Id never go anywhere else. Fixed my car. so beautiful they called an updated us every step and were super nice everytime we called. My car looked like nothing happened. It was cleaned inside and out and all my tires were super shiny. They have been amazing every time I got my car fixed. They remembered us as soon as my fiance and I walked in. Josh is amazing and so is his team!

I have a 2012 ram 1500 laramie. I smashed passenger door and rocker panel. There work both body and paint was amazing. This was my first time going here and I will continue to do so from now on. Overall my experience was good. My car was picked up from work and dropped back off at my work when they were done with no issues. The only thing that I know can not be fixed or adjusted is the pricing. Oil changes and the State Inspection are a decent pricing, just the pricing of the parts was a bit more than I would've liked to pay for. If I didn't wait until last minute I could've definitely avoided that. Like I said though, my experience was good and the people were very friendly to talk to.

These guys are wonderful. My less than 2 week old car was hit in an accident and everyone up here took great care of my car. I'm very satisfied with my experience and feel much better about coming here to get my car repaired than a local body shop or mechanic.

We have (unfortunately) had to use McElwain on several occasions over the past 5+ years, but I will never take my car anywhere else for body repair.. these guys are great.. always professional, courteous and the repair quality is top notch..

Extremely poor communication. I was called in the beginning to let me know what the estimate would be to fix damage from having hit a deer. I tried to call on 2 separate occasions to get updates (because no one had reached out to me after over a month) and no one answered the phone. I left messages both times and no one ever called me back. After over a month and a half they finally called me to say my vehicle was done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have known Bob for years. Bob is a great salesman and wants to please. He went out of his way to find us the right vehicle. Bob has a can do attitude and explains things very well. He can be trusted with our confidence, and there are never any bad surprises. It's a pleasure to deal with him. Loraine has a welcoming personality and compliments McElwain's hometown dealer appeal.
