Had a wonderful experience here. Eric the manager was so knowledgeable and sweet he even changed my headlight for me. Definitely have a good thing going here with great staff!

Two employees including one of them being the manager could not do a simple return. No fault of their own but they definitely need retraining. Spent 30 mins on a return.

Stopped here to see if they could help me with a strong odor coming out of my air vents. I had just bought a car the previous day and the odor was horrible! The nice tall gentleman with the red hair helped me out by googling my car make and seeing where the air vent filter was and kindly changed it out for me. I feel horrible I cannot recall his name! Great customer service!!!

I stopped by needing a new wiper blade for my Highlander. I was helped immediately, the item I needed was found and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Bonus that I didn't need to stand in the frigid temperatures to install my new blade. The gentleman working there installed it for me.Great experience.

I wanted to get a diagnostic done because my Service Engine Soon light came on. Edward R. made it seem like a real chore to get up from leaning on the counter to go do that for me. Customer service manner shouldn t even rate a one star. After he did the diagnostic he read what was wrong with my car real fast and quietly. I asked him if I could get a print out. He seemed very inconvenienced that I would ask for that too. He was wearing a red shirt. I m hoping that doesn t mean he was the manager. Totally inappropriate behavior to me as a customer. Came very close to telling him about it and going across the road to Advanced Auto.

I came in to get something to recharge the A/C in my 2008 Toyota Camry, Ed helped me tremendously by looking up exactly what type of recharger I needed and even went outside in the blazing heat with me to teach me how to charge the A/C myself with the charger I just bought. Could not be more greatful!

Great store with extremely helpful staff. I needed parts to get me back on the road when I had issues on a road trip. I highly recommend this location.

We were coming through the area from Ohio on a road trip toward the end of October. Coming down the road, my caliper fell off my truck (loose screw or something). I managed to get the truck into the Auto Zone in Elmwood City and Richard L immediately starting helping me. He and another gentleman looked at my truck and made sure the part I got was correct. Being from out of town, I didn't have any tools with me. They were so kind as to let me borrow a socket set. They even let me repair my truck in their parking lot and clean up afterward.I have always been an AutoZone customer, but this solidifies it. Richard and his team went above and beyond. They saved me what would have been a very otherwise expensive day. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend stopping in to say hello.

What a great place for us girls that need help. Headlite out, they will stop whatever they are doing in bitter cold weather and not hesitate to replace it. Dont try tipping since its generally a big fat no. A thankyou is all thats ever expected ! Prices are super reasonable too, what a bonus that is on top of the friendly helpful crew ! Thanks to you all !

My mother who is over 60 years of age went to Auto zone in new castle area and when she tried to purchase a battery and have them install it which is standard they made her feel like she was inconveniencing them, and she sent elsewhere and there was no hesitation on the workers part. It was Advanced Auto in Shenango , they came through no problem

The staff has gone above and beyond to aid me with my car . Explained everything and helped troubleshoot. Even stayed open late to help me with my car problem

Get in the zone. Well the guy here was trying to sell me the wrong part. I tried explaining he wouldn't listen a know it all type, then the manager can over and straightened him out. Hmm wonder what would have happened if the manager wasn't there.

The best thing about this store is that there's another auto parts store across the streetIf one store can't help you the other usually can. Some of the workers are quite knowledgeable, others not so much.

Wouldn't honor warranty on car battery less than a year old. Said it was full of water but its been either in the car or in a house the entire time. Scammers. SAD!

Theres something wrong with the employees here... They seemingly have a giant chip on their shoulders. I prefer advanced auto because of this attitude at autozone. But whatever I cant find at advanced, they sometimes have it..
