Sold me vacuum hose instead of fuel hose .could have burned up my skidsteer up. Went in and complained and Jacob would do nothing as I did not have a receipt. It was a 10.00 hose. I told him blank this store I would contact district manager and complain and he had the balls to tell me with my attitude not to come back and told me f you and the the other lazy employee that was playing on his phone sitting on his butt said the same thing to me.what kind of employee's are they hiring.they should both be FIRED as now I will never buy anything from ellwood advance or any other one.i have been a customer since they opened and there are many other auto parts stores close by.

I did a post about advance auto ellwood city and got a reply from the owner.its pathetic. Did nothing to resolve the issue or address his good for nothing employees. They no nothing about parts or cars.they need to work at McDonald's.

My son and I were heading to the race track Friday night at 830 PM coming from NY and his truck died and we managed to get in the parking lot. Zachary Stiefler the manager went way above and beyond to get us going again and he really got us out of there when we were stuck. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Used to be a great store, reliable parts and service, but they've recently hired a few new people and possibly new management and now it's awful customer service. Make sure you hang on to your receipts as well because the new management suddenly can't find your purchase info in the computer.

While at the counter checking out, the cashier, who did not begin my transaction and came out from the back of the store, insulted me to my face by implying I was a dog for apparently daring to buy deer whistles for my car instead of just "sticking my head out the window and whistling."This is appalling and inappropriate behavior from an employee, and it should not be tolerated by management. I will not be returning to this store in the future.

$15 rebate on spark plugs is nonexistent. Website will not allow you to progress to next screen. It's a door opening scam... That's the only reason for 3 stars. Otherwise 5.

We went into store to buy a few things we needed, went to register and had to wait for an employee to come to the front. Which only happend when another customer was coming through front door.
