Great little dealership! That doesn't add in fees or use business trickry. Honest deals great customer service, and a nice place to visit. Worth the trip. I don't understand the negative reviews. This is my third car from them and it is always as represented. No add back in destination, no processing, car is ready and not dinged or bruised. I drive from Fairfax, VA because of the no hassle deals. Professional and friendly staff. Oh well.

These guys are the best! They treated my daughter and I very well We asked to test drive a few vehicles that they had on their lot, they were very cordial, they were very helpful. And it was -5� that day! I will definitely pass this business along to others. I also had my 2 grandchildren with me and my youngest daughter and they treated them very very nice. I really enjoy shopping here and I will be a frequent flyer. Thank you so much Elkland Chevrolet! And I love my new Infinity

Need to Give the Walter's Family a 5 Star Rating after Reading multiple 1 star Rating from Several People that are far from a customer or even buying a car.. Keep the Little Shops in business Support the Local Small Business before its to late... . A++++++++++++++++++++

This was the most seamless car buying experience I ve ever had. Elkland Chevy has excellent customer service and I had the keys to my beautiful Equinox in a very short time. From past experience, their service department is also highly recommended! They are honest and reasonably priced. This aided in my decision to purchase from this dealership. I know that if I ever need service in the future that I ll receive fair priced and high quality care for my vehicle!

Scott May was an exceptional sales person. Very timely answers to questions, knowledgeable made the whole experience of buying my C8 a great experience. This is my second one from this dealership they are 800 miles away from me but still use them for purchases because of the great customer service. Thanks again Elkland Chev.

I've bought 2 cars here and have recommended to many others. Buying a car from a dealer is one thing but the service after the fact it what makes the biggest difference! They have an amazing staff and they are all great at what they do. I would like to give a shout-out to James for always being a call away when I need service on my car and always doing everything he can to help customers. I definitely appreciate you, thank you!

Great place friendly atmosphere and they have a great selection of vehihicles to choose from. They so their best to get you in the vehicle of your dreams for the right price. They also do automotive work, oil changes and more. Wife got an oil change and they were done in no time at all. She went to DG and by the time she was done they were finished with the oil and filter change and the price was great and saved me from having to do it myself

This has been the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I test drove a new Silverado. Upon returning from the test drive, they had the sales sheet ready to discuss. For the first time ever buying any vehicle, I couldn't really complain about anything. I usually go into buying a car as a game, ready to go toe to toe with the salesman. Scott was professional, no antics, to the point, and with a solid offer on trade. Amazing.When it came time to sign and take delivery, the experience was equally as smooth. Absolutely no pressure. The numbers matched the deal and we were in and out in no time.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership within the past two weeks. In the past 10 years I have purchased new Chevrolet vehicles from 4 different dealers in two different states.First, I have become more and more impressed with the quality of Chevrolet products (note: I travel regularly and rent a lot of cars and can objectively compare quality/value from many manufacturers).Second, the buying experience at Elkland Chevrolet has been the best not only among the Chevrolet dealers, but from all of my new vehicle purchases within the past 20 years.As i live several hours away from the dealership most of my conversations and negotiations were by e-mail. My salesperson, Scott May, responded to me quickly and efficiently; his knowledge of the product along with providing quick decision making on pricing and trade value was key to putting a deal together.On the day of delivery, the financial transaction couldn't have gone smoother. There was no late attempts to sell additional services, products, etc. unless i requested it - and even then it was usually provided with a good dose of common sense on why or why not to spend the money.The new vehicle was prepared to my satisfaction and Scott went out of his way to do that. Knowing i was coming from a distance, he contacted me early on the day of delivery to warn me about poor weather and driving conditions near the dealership.Whether you're near this dealership or checking out the inventory from afar (like i was), you will be treated fairly, with competence and courtesy - by everyone who works there.

It was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and curtious. It seems like they do all that they can to help you get into a vehicle. Even if they can't they still keep in contact to see if they can be of any other service. Overall it was not bad to go there. Only complaint I have is that when they check your credit. It hits multiple times. There should be a way to check your credit so it does not impact your credit so bad.

Scott May and Ray Gleason answered all my questions, took all the pictures I asked for, prompt on their replies, and sold me an absolutely beautiful 2004 Z06!!!!!! Had it shipped 4 hours from the dealership to my house for free, in an enclosed trailer. And the driver Jim took pride in unloading it. There is absolutely nothing to worry about with this dealership except for a wonderful transaction. I could not be happier purchasing a vehicle without seeing it in person. Dream come true.

Excellent buying experience across the board for my new 2020 Silverado. I am four hours away in NY, and they even delivered it!! The price was the price, no games, no gimmicks. I found a truck that I was interested at Ekland Chevy so I wrote in about it. I received an email asking about the details of my trade with some photos. I sent the details of my car over - and still hadn t heard anything back. Today I got home, pulled out my car, and took some photos of the car to send to Elkland Chevy. Within minutes I finally got a response back that the truck had been sold earlier today. No idea why I wasn t notified or why the salesmen couldn t help me out further, faster through the process. Quite a disappointment to say the least. I was going to cross state lines to buy this truck too.

Went there to ask a seemingly simple question. The lady at the parts department does get a 5* she was as helpful as she could be, but the guy out at the front service department desk that told me he wasn't going to waste his time with it! Not going back there for any reason. Way to lose business for the company buddy!

We purchased a new Equinox at Walters Elkland Chevy on April 24, 2018. We drove 3 hours from Central N.Y. to find the Chevy we wanted at a fair price, with a very good trade allowance. Scott Tubbs and all the people we met were great. Thanks for a great experience.

I bought a car about 4 months ago and have had NOTHING but problems with it. 1 week after I bought it I began having trouble with it starting. Have had it back 2 times to get fixed and it came back both times not fixed even though they told me it was. I was an hour away from home with my 1 year old son and heard a loud bang and now my car won't start. Absolutely ridiculous and have never been so disappointed. I will NEVER go to Walters again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR HERE. My wife and her sister bought a Chevy cruze from here. Day 1 they lied about the price and made it seem like they were getting a good deal. My wife found out they raised the price and had them lower it. Had the car off the lot for a week before it was giving my sister in law issues starting. She took it there twice to have it fixed. It never helped. My sister in law had the car an hour away from home heard a "bang" and now the car will not start. The salesmen were all rude when we went and sold junk. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I researched the Volt and knew exactly what I wanted. Most dealerships load the Volt Premier with expensive fluff on top of the safety packages; Elkland did not and that is how I located the car from over 200 miles away. The advertised price was excellent according to CarGurus and CR/TrueCar. I called Scott and he made the deal extremely easy even though I was trading in an 8 year old car and I am from a different state (NY). In just a few days they delivered the Volt to my driveway with a full tank (which I haven't used up in 1.5 months) for no extra charge. I felt bad that the guy had to drive my manual Honda Fit back to Elkland ... what a diff in comfort level ! I cannot comment on any other part of the dealership ... I will likely never be there. I will never buy a car from here again. After complaining that something was wrong with our Malibu LTZ they told us they couldn't do anything without a check engine light and then blew the motor and turbo. After they fixed that, sensors started going bsd, with only 36,000 miles they refused to work with our finance company to get us a different vehicle. That was over a year ago and we still continue to have problems with our sensors, and other problems. No one wants to trade our vehicle for another after the VIN number is ran. We went as far as filing a claim Chevy, we have lost our complete investment in this vehicle. So no I do not recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2013 Corvette through Rob Davis and Tim Walters at Walters Elkland Chevrolet. I could not be happier with the customer service and ease of doing business. Rob Davis had great communication throughout the process of completing the paperwork and made every attempt to make things easy for me. Questions about the deal were answered quickly by email/text or phone.The car was delivered to my door (Tim took the time to wash the car just a few miles away) and made sure it looked amazing rolling off the trailer. As a member of the Syracuse Corvette Club, I'll gladly recommend other Corvette owners talk with Tim for future purchases.A week after the sale I saw a brochure from Chevy on the web that I really wanted, I emailed Tim and he happend to have a few in the showroom...he offered to fedex them out to me at no charge! Great way to followup after the sale with customer service that is above and beyond!

I recently bought a Corvette from Scott at Elkland Chevrolet. The entire experience with this dealership and it's staff was second to none. I live almost 300 miles away and they were able to get my whole deal completed via email. They even delivered the car to me and brought my trade back so I din't have to waste my day off driving back and forth. The car came exactly as described, the numbers were realistic right from the start, there was no game-playing like you typically find at most dealerships. Scott was detailed, fair, and professional from start to finish and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and it's staff. If you're in the market for a Chevy, this is the place to go and ask to work with SCOTT!

My wife and I drove 5 hrs from Cleveland to purchase a 2019 Chevrolet silverado 2500,we communicated thru email over a week and I'm sure we we're pretty annoying lol. Anyways I want to say I would do it again and I'm definitely going back to purchase from them again. Thanks again Mr. SCOTT MAY ,you and your staff are very personable and just awesome .

The salesman and Dave the sales manager are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I d never buy a car from this place, EVER. I might even say, I d never look into buying a Chevy ever again because of the way I was treated here.STAY AWAY and bring your business elsewhere.
