We have a small fleet of 8 vehicles and Middletown Auto Tech is our go to Service center for all of our needs. My husband and I have been going to Middletown Auto ever since we moved to Hershey in 2015. This is the only place we will go to get our cars serviced because of the high quality service we repeatedly receive. The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. In the past, at previous mechanics, we have been over charged and talked into services our cars didn't need. This is not the case at Middletown Auto. I highly recommend you take your car to Middletown Auto next time you need your car serviced. You will not be disappointed!

I more than recommend Middletown Auto Tech. A kind and intelligent front-desk woman, a gruff but patient mechanic, and a couple of big dogs kept away from the customers. It is reliable and full of character from the owners to the mildly offensive car and mechanic jokes that plaster the walls. Today I explained that it would be tricky to leave my car on-site and they offered me a neighborly ride home and back for pickup. 15 minutes from the downtown Hershey Fire Station. 5 minutes from 283.

I love that I can be accommodated so easily as I come from Hamburg, to Elizabethtown. It is a great service that I am quickly relying on. Of course Bob and Karen and Jeff are cordial as are Maddy and Buster. Love coming to the shop.

In a business often known for rip offs these guys are HONEST to a fault. Even have told me when they couldn't make a repair and directed me elsewhere. Who does that today?? My family has been using them for years!

Highly recommend. Been going here for years and wish I knew about them sooner. If there's a problem, they'll fix that problem and only that.
