I needed a tire, Pronto! They had the tire to match my other front tire. I just got that tire a month previously, so I didn't want to change both. They had a "lounge " area with a table and chairs, also a TV so I watched Bonanza while my tire was getting replaced. Old school setting in the shop.

I went to Matthew s tire today- anticipating four tires and a hefty bill. They were kind, informative, and treated me respectfully. They informed that I only actually needed to replace the front tires as my back tires are still in good condition and have a decent amount of tread. They rotated the older tires to the front of my vehicle without me asking. Being shown the consideration a long time buyer would expect as someone just walking in off the street with no appointment- I will definitely be a return customer in the future! Oh and the price tag didn t make me want to cry!

I am totally amazed at how honest Mathews Tire is! My tire picked up a nail and was losing pressure. I took it to NTB near my home and was told that all 4of my 2 year old Goodyear tires were dry-rotted and that the nail hole could not be patched. The next morning I took my car, along with my tire warranty and receipt to Mathews Tire. After inspecting my tires, the manager of Mathews informed me that my tires were indeed dry-rotted. He then replaced all 4 tires with new Cooper tires and only charged me $128.40. He refunded me almost $700. I am very impressed that Mathews stood by the warranty despite the fact that, according to the manager, Goodyear would probably make it difficult for Mathews to get THEIR money back for the defective tires. I will recommend this business to everyone I know!

Great place to do business with they offer cooper American made tires fast efficient service owner paul Mathew s has been there for years helping local people out and has fixed many flats I highly recommend this place got all your tire needs they are American people and USA owned !!! Keep up the great work guys !!

My go to for all tire needs. The prices are always fair, and they actually quote you the price out the door with everything includedBe aware, cell reception is pretty bad and there's no WiFi

Tried to get a quote this morning, and the person on the phone was rude and wouldn't stop talking over me to listen to what I wanted. Thanks for the amazing service. Lost about 1000 dollars from me.

I was definitely in an emergency situation. I ran through a pothole on RT. 51 (imagine that!) And my tire went completely flat. I took my vehicle to Matthews Tire, explained my situation and from there everything fell into place perfectly. I was able to replace the flat with a very affordable, near excellent condition used tire. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I say the same for the other gentleman who replaced my tire. The entire visit was taken care of in less than an hour. Honestly, I was probably there for less than 20 minutes. I certainly recommend Matthews Tire to anyone. Whether in an emergency or just regular tire maintenance.

This place is great. I made a appointment the day before and they did a 4 wheel alignment and 4 new tires. It was only about 1 1/2 hours for them to get me in and out the door. Asked the mechanic that changed my tires about my breaks and he paid enough attention to know that they are still in geat shape. Thank you guys for doing a great job.

Nice place. I really like their out the door prices! They tell you up front TOTAL COST WITH NO BS! THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD!!! I had tires put on my wife's jeep here + inspection. very satisfied!

Do not buy from them. I stopped in last weekend and made an appointment. Even had a little quote in register paper from an older gentleman. Went in this morning for the appointment and they had nothing on the books. Wanted me to wait. Offered nothing for their mess up. I take 6 different vehicles there. No more. Will take all my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know to go someplace else. Very unprofessional.

Great service and great prices. I've been coming here since I was a kid. They always take care of me. Stopped in today, July 10th, to have my tire repaired. I had a flat the other day so I already had the tire off the truck. They repaired the tire, remounted it, and even reinstalled the spare tire underneath the truck. I know it's a tire shop and it's their job but they always go above and beyond. They complete the work correctly and in a timely manner. The gentlemen at the counter are polite and very willing to help. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Help support a local business.

On my way to work this morning, I got a flat tire.I called to see if they can squeeze me in since it was an emergency, I was in and out in not even half an hour. Very fast. Reliable. One of the owners even talked to me outside, explaining to me the work they had done. He was extremely nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had bought 2 tires from this business on a Wednesday. On the Friday after, my wife and children were driving on a highway when she heard a pop and the tire went flat. Looking at the tire, it had no obvious damage. Since it was around 5 pm on a Friday evening, she went to a tire shop that was still open and had a new tire placed on the vehicle. I took the tire back to this shop to ask for a refund and was informed they would only offer me a 25% discount on a new tire. The tire had only been on the vehicle 2 days and I didn t need another tire. I have been to this business numerous times in the past but will not go back. Someone needs to teach these folks about customer service.

Great service and price. Walked out my house. Had a flat. Took the tire off and dropped it off told them what I needed. Got a call 20 minutes later to pick it up. All done. Had the entire issue solved in an hour.

Was charged $85.39 to balance and mount 4 tires. That did not include a tire disposal fee since I took the old tires. Had these same tires done at Marsh tire last time for $42.50 which included 4 tire disposal fees. When I mentioned their price being extremely high, they became very hostile and aggressive. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will never go their again!

I can send my wife here and not worry about being ripped off. They take time explain tire options giving the pros and cons of each. Also if you have a budget for tires they give you options in that price range. If you ever have a problem just explain it at the counter and they will take care of it. A great locally owned business to support that will be there for you. A great place for inspection on your car. They don t do mechanical work so they won t tell something s wrong to make extra money. But they do a very detailed inspection to ensure your safety.

My husband and I won t buy tires from anyone else! They re busy because they re dependable! And as fast as humanly possible! No (ladies) the waiting room isn t fancy, take a book or your phone for entertainment. They have a bunch of old magazines to look through.

I have been dealing with Matthews tires for years.Their service is extremely accommodating. Excellent customer service and treatment, Excellents products. They are knowledgeable and have always helped me.They are very accomodating to my needs. I can just pay via the phone..extremely convenient and send someone up with my vehicles when I cannot [physically do that myself.

Great people, great prices. Very convenient hours. Dropped my car off on a Friday evening and picked it up way before noon on Saturday. Would recommend Mathews to anyone!

Good place been going there for years.Waits can be a bit long being there is really no cell service.A wifi for the customers would make the waits easier.They offer a tv with the Me tv channel so a lot of westerns.If you call and they are not slammed they get you in.Good prices on tires.Free tire rotation with some brands with warranty.

It was my very first time there and they did a really good job. I got 4 tires done and they did it in a timely manner and for a good price( that was in my price range ).Thanks so much you guy were GREAT.

I have been going to Mathews forA good 25+years way back when they had gasoline also. I have always got my inspections done there and I always get my tires from them also ( They have the quality and price everyone is looking for) I would recommend Mathews tire to everyone!!

Will never come here again spent 700.00 dollars on tires and front end alignment looked under my vehicle a couple days later and the rubber boot on my tie rod end was pulled away from the ring clamp paul matthews tire worker or workers decide to just going a bunch of clear silicone around it instead of fixing it properly the thing that really makes me made is they did not even tell me and let me drive off I'm under my vehicle all the time I do all my own work on it I know what is done under my vehicle and they lied to me when I called them on it they did not want to hear it and told me to fix it and bring it back and they will realign it why should I have to pay for a part they screwed up this is already costing me time and I'm sure more money total bull I will be calling the BBB and whoever else I can
