I have taken my 4Runner here a few times. First experiences were good but this last one :(. Quoted me $1500 told me i needed back brake, rotors, hoses and calipers. We took it to a shop in bethel park and turned out all i needed was brakes and rotors $300.

The Wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for a few years now. We have never had any issues and it's always very friendly yet professional service. Mike even picked me up being so close to the shop to finish the business exchange when I would have walked. Only issue is he refused to let me drive and didn't go fast at all, like 5 under the speed limit. Would highly recommend

While everyone I dealt with are very nice and is a plus, trust is most important. My brother-in-law and also friends spoke well of Elizabeth Auto Care which put me at ease when my car was towed there. Mike went over all that was wrong and options. I opted to handle the most important at that visit and hold off on what could wait. They were able to do the work at the least expensive cost, which was a pleasant surprise. I got an estimate for the remainng. When I brought my car back for round two I had an oil change and tire rotation in addition to the work. I went to pick up my car and Mike said the parts were cheaper than when originally estimated. HE COULD HAVE STILL CHARGED THE HIGHER AMOUNT AND DID NOT! And they used what was to be used on my Subaru. I had some coupons from them, BUT, the cost was still much cheaper than the estimate before coupons. ALSO the cost included the oil change! BOOM! Trust, there it is. AAAAAAND.....You can also get a loaner car! Thanks Mike and crew!!!

Not happy about spending $300 on new lug studs. They are a NAPA garage and got NAPA parts. Charged $15 each. I looked at NAPA online and they were under $10 each. I also know they get a discount. Plus charged me labor even though they already had the tires off for inspection.

One of the best car repair experiences I have had. The people were nice, and seemed genuinely interested in one's car and providing the best, most affordable options to have it repaired. That, and the fact that they offered car service makes this my go to garage for any type of automotive work. Providing a holder for my insurance and registration was also a nice touch!

Excellent service. Have been coming here for years. Reasonably priced. When doing work on vehicle, if it's a warranty problem, they will tell you and recommend quality dealers. Highly recommend and will not take vehicles anywhere else.

If you're someone that works on your own vehicle as much as possible but wants honest service and quality work done to your vehicles when you need it, this is the place.They've done work on both mine and my wife's vehicle. No issues, service is usually done same-day. No hassles or unexpected surprises.

Really nice staff. Had van towed there. They were patient well we decided to repair or junk the vehicle. They offered wonderful payment plan and very much considered putting in the money to the old Mini van. Turns out we didn't do the work on it, but will bring all my other vehicles in for repairs because we like their work ethic.

When the mechanic that I used to go to closed shop, I had no idea where to take my car. A friend recommended Elizabeth AutoCare. I have gone there several times and have had exceptional service. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. They have won me over. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. They are all about customer service, which is rare these days, and do great work. They truly are the best and I would never trust another place with my car.

Honest, Polite, Fair Prices - Highly Recommended!I dropped off my car here after getting a quote for $2,400 from the dealership. These guys used problem solving and intelligence to diagnose my electrical problem and only had to charge me $200!!! Great guys.

I am always pleased with the service at Elizabeth AutoCare, so much so that when I moved to the North Hills of Pittsburgh I still only have all of our cars serviced there - they are worth the drive. I know that they will only repair or maintain necessary things and will let me know what things are due to be done (such as needing new tires before winter). Since I come so far, I often get one of the free loaner cars for a day or two - what a great service. I also enjoy the monthly newsletter - I always get some good tips, a good laugh, and puzzles. These guys (and girls) are wonderful!

I HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth Auto Care!! They have a very knowledgable staff and unlike most auto shops, they DO NOT try and upsell you on things you don't need. Their mechanics and management staff are completely honest about the things that need fixed or replaced and they never try and rip you off, unlike most places I've taken my car. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I drop my car off and I'll never go to another shop again. They have honest business practices and quality staff. If you take your car here you will not be disappointed!!

I took my car here for an inspection and was told I needed a couple thousand dollars worth of work. They took the time to explain everything and gave me a written quote. They said it would take over a week to get everything done, which was fine. At the end of that time period, I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told it was not done and would take an additional day. I had to reschedule two meetings and figure out another way to get where I needed to go because my vehicle was not finished on time and no one contacted me to let me know of the delay.When I went to pick it up, the final bill was higher than the written quote and no one ever contacted me to let me know of the upcharge or even mention it when I picked it up. Once I saw the upcharge, I showed them my written quote and they refused to honor it.This is a difficult review because the guys at the shop are knowledgeable and the work seems good. I'm just disappointed in the communication that I was never called about the delay in service and that I was never asked (or even told) about the upcharge. I am MORE THAN HAPPY to pay a fair price, but disappointed when no one brought it to my attention and I had to figure it out myself.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Wanted to give business to a local garage so I took my car here for a new exhaust. They quoted me double the price then my regular garage so I told them never mind but when I went to pick my car up they charged me $ for the quote. They are a rip off don t go here.

The people at Elizabeth Auto Care are great. The whole team made me feel welcome upon entry, gave me an accurate cost estimate, kept me informed during the work and completed the work on time. I attended the Ladies Car Clinic March 24 and found it to be extremely informative. Not only were Dave and Mike very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, they also treated us with respect and truly wanted to make sure we felt safe and comfortable with the information given to us. You can tell they care very much about their customers and the community just by offering this FREE clinic (open to any and all women, regardless if you're a customer or not). They want you to be informed of how to properly maintain and take care of your car, what to do in an emergency situation, and to gain confidence. The shop is extremely clean and was also warm (on a cold winter day). We had a very informal and open discussion about the timeline for when to get certain items serviced (such as oil change, transmission fluid, brake fluid/gasket, coolant, and filters to name a few) and received a book to help a book to go along with the information, then after a quick break we got to check out the underside of a vehicle and learned how to change the oil in a vehicle, how to check the oil, and ended with learning to change a tire (by actually changing the tire and using your body to get those tricky lug-nuts off and on), and learning how to safely jump-start a car. Once over, Mike and Dave offered to check out anyone's vehicle if they had questions about anything. The time went extremely quickly! Mike, Dave, and Lisa are always so friendly and helpful, it was a wonderful experience! I would recommend this clinic to everyone (young, old, inexperienced, and experienced.)

These guys have never failed to keep our cars in top condition, at a good price. They give each customer personalized service, and will go the distance to accommodate us. They are all hard-working and honest. Check them out and you'll see what I mean. Simple.

Elizabeth AutoCare is a great place to take your vehicle when it needs regular maintenance or a major fixing. The people there are always friendly and willing to solve any problem as soon as possible. They take great care in doing the job right and always let you know of any other issues that may, or should, be fixed to keep your car running in top shape. The free loaner cars, and SuperSaver coupons are also are a fantastic added bonus. I won t take my truck anywhere else.

i love elizabeth auto care!! they are straight up with you about what is wrong with your car. Very honest as well, they give you a FREE loaner car. also prices are reasonable. i would highly recommend them if your looking to get your car fixed!

I happened upon Elizabeth Auto many years ago when they first opened on Lovedale. My check engine light came on and as I was passing by I thought I'd stop. Best move I ever made. Mike came out with the computer and here my gas cap wasn't on properly. Just his kind manor and treating me like one of the family made me run home to my husband and say I much I liked the service. It was time for one of our cars to have an oil change so we took and there and my husband Randy was just as happy with the service. I also took the class they have at the beginning of the year to show women what to do if you should have care problems. Very fun and informative. Keep up the great work guys!!

Loved it, I went there to have my car repaired and they were super nice along with the mechanic answered any question I had with ease. They also have loaner cars so if its an in depth repair you still have a car to drive, definitely recommend going here!

I found about about Elizabeth Auto Care from an old friend. It's the only place I trust with my car. I live 50 min away and still would rather take my car there to get repaired because I know they'll do a good job and not try to take me for extra money/repairs like some shops would. My friend was visiting from SC a few years ago, and they had car trouble right after they left to head back. They had their car towed to a dealer who told them it was going to be $7,000 for a new engine. EAC had the car fixed and them back on the road in 3 days for $250. A huge difference - and another reason why I love these guys.

I took my car to get a check engine light looked at. It turned out that I needed a new battery. My car battery actually went dead at the garage. The problem I had is that I had to leave to catch a plane to visit my very ill brother in less than two hours. They didn t have the battery in stock ( turned out to be an unusual one). The owner Dave offered to have it delivered and installed it himself so I could get to the airport in time.All without an appointment. I am very grateful for his service and kindness.

I haven't actually been there yet. But I have called regarding my car which needs work done on the fuel pressure system. They were totally knowledgeable. And at $100 an hour, I'd honestly take my car there.

I have been using "Elizabeth Auto Care" for a long time for the following reasons:1) Convenience; call ahead, make an appointment, drop it off, and they will even take you back home.2) Good Work; They do what you ask, they let you know ahead of time if they find something wrong, in addition to what you wanted done, and they tell you what it will cost. When its done, its done right.3) Local Business; Why travel somewhere else, when anything you need is right there? We should support local business, because its good business to do so. That includes service operations, restaurants, gas stations, etc., especially when the owners are local residents, hire local residents, and support other local establishments and organizations. The more times that dollar moves from one place to another locally, the better it is for the local economy.4) Good and Friendly People; and if you don't know them, stop in and introduce yourself. You will be glad you did. I feel very comfortable when I need to stop there.

Awesome service from Elizabeth Auto Care I have been taking my 07 Kia Sedona there since new. They have done all of my oil changes, wheel alignments, state inspections, transmission flushes and much more I will be purchaseing a new car this year maybe a Hyundai or Toyota I am thankful to have great auto repair near me in Elizabeth PA
