A Diamond in the ruff no one knows off a great place to find used auto parts speak to Tod or his very kind and patient receptionist straight forward no B.s very professional .Highly recommended.People please be respectful and patient as you are not the only customer calling .You will be treated with respect.Thank you for the transmission as you stated and said it was worth the trip you are a man of your word.

Bait and switch snake. They made me leave my van by a garage. Took me down in a field car to look at doors. i choose two doors was told i had to go back up to the office to wait for them to pull. On the way back to the office i caught an old weasel going thru my van said he was looking for keys to move my van so he could back a truck in. there was no truck in site. The doors they braught up where not the doors i looked at all. Creased corners small dings bait and switch. Also wanted telescopeing tow mirrors l. Was taken to a room shown clean perfect mirrors. Went back to the counter. mirrors that where bought up where beat up one had a crack in the plastic not the mirrors i was shown. Bait and switch. If you want to get ****** over go see the snake andrew. My name is Frank Vacanti im in Buffalo n.y. anybody got a problem with my post come see me.

Very professional, had to order a new front bumper cover for my car (small deer, thank god it wasn't its huge mother), the price was the same when I arrived to pay as I was quoted on the phone (that isn't always the case with a different scarp yard in our area....), saved me 100$ on shipping fees over RockAuto. They called 2 working days later, bright and early to say it was in already!!!!Thank you very much, not the first, nor the last time I've used their services. They are always my very first call when it comes to most any major automotive part order needs.

I called and asked about a fender and bumper cover and they gave me a price on the phone and when I went to get it they told me a higher price and was rude about. Don t recommend going to go them. They also sold me a broken part it was definitely not worth 230 dollars

Sold me a bad part. Screen pixel are dead. Now he won t answer my calls or return my money. I m calling my card company in the morning to file a charge back. Total frauds. Guy claims he s Irani no wonder. Mike the fraud

First of all, if I could give this place 0 stars I would..Worst customer service experience of my entire life. ***hole behind the counter laughed in my face and treated me like an idiot when I asked to see the parts I was trying to buy. Told me that when we spoke on the phone I was explicitly told I had to call ahead but I DID NOT SPEAK TO THIS MAN PEROSNALLY as another employee took my call. Repeatedly directed my attention to a sign that read no customers in the yard and laughed.. If they didn't have the parts I needed and I could have gotten them anywhere else within a 50 mile radius I would have paid 2x what I paid here. Hope this business fails. Please shop anywhere else. Cant believe a place like this exists in the modern age. The reviews say it all..

Bought a jeep for 6500 dollars cash drove the car off the lot and within days had issues with front bumper falling apart due to it being zip ties instead of fixed properly then was driving to the galeton fireworks when the engine blew which cost another 1500 bucks so to say the least I won't recommend anyone doing business here unless u enjoy rude customer service and being ripped off

I was unsure of ordering salvage parts on line, but I had great results. My issue took several different parts before I figured out the issue. One of the parts they didn't even charge me for because it didn't fix my problem. Very friendly and they sent parts promptly!

Paid $1200 for an engine swap on my grand prix, and they gave me an engine with a blown main seal. How do you give somone an engine with a blown MAIN SEAL? Their response was, "Seals aren't covered under the 30 day warranty, but we will work this out with you." So i give him, Todd the Owner, my number and a week later still havent heard from him. So i call him and he plays stupid like he has no idea who i am.I will never go to this place again and i highly recommend no one else does. Nothing but con-artists and rip offs.Thanks for robbing me for $1200. Response to the owner: ON THE RECIEPT IT DOES NOT STATE THAT SEALS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE 30 DAY WARRANTY!I CAN POST A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT PROVING THIS TO BE TRUE!AND I NEVER SAID ID REMOVE MY REVIEW, I SAID I WOULD CHANGE MY REVIEW BECAUSE IF YOU REFUNDED MY MONEY ID ACTUALLY BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER, SINCE YOU DID THE RIGHT THING, AND THEN I COULD ACTUALLY AFFORD TO FIX MY CAR PROPERLY!SEEING AS HOW YOU HAVE STOLE $1200 FROM A FATHER OF 4 CHILDREN.BUT AGAIN GOOD JOB TRYING TO MAKE UP SOME NONSENSE.I WISH I HAD ASKED AROUND ABOUT YOU BEFORE I WENT TO YOU. I am happy to say that upon further inspection that the head gasket appears to not be the issue so I apologize for the bad review and would recommend Andrews for auto needs!
