I sent my Mercedes to Kilkeary's Auto Body shop to repair a minor dent. The dent repair was great but it came with multiple problems:I was called to come pick up the car. After driving for 50 minutes to get to the shop, I picked up the car and drove back home (relying on the piece of mind promise they advertised). Afterwards, I found there is a large amount of dirt on the soft top that is so obvious and is caused by material they used during the repair. Why was I not told about it clearly at the time of car pick up? Why did I have to find out myself about it and go through the hassle of having the car returned back again to the shop to get it fixed. Absolutely does not match the values of excellence and honesty they advertise for. Their quality check process (if they truly have one) needs to be replaced. Nevertheless, I give them credit that they acknowledged their mistake (which is the first step in improvement and a very important action) and sent someone to pick up the car and have it cleaned on the next day.Also, if it is obvious that the repair entails ordering certain parts, then I recommend that the shop orders parts in advance to shorten the wait time for customer instead of holding the car waiting on parts to arrive.Lastly, Kilkeary's Auto Body front desk offered me snacks from their snack bar so I consumed some chips but they tasted weird. I looked at the expiration date and the snack was expired several months ago. I checked other snacks and most of them were expired so I informed the front desk who then replaced them. The shop needs to be responsible for stocking the snack bar with snacks and making sure the snacks are not expired; this is not the customer job! What if I got sick from eating your expired snacks?Overall, their people are nice but I had a below average experience. They need to up their game to match the values they advertise for.Service: Body & Trim

Made the entire process easy and stress free. I have heard tons of stories about nightmare experiences with insurance companies after crashes, and this was the exact opposite. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and we were notified every step of the way. Kris was informative and showed be really cares. I would recommend Kilkeary s Auto Body to anyone, by far the best in the business.

My car was rear ended and I took it to Kilkeary s Autobody to have the bumper fixed. It looked brand new when I picked it up. They do an exceptional job. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasure dealing with all of the folks at Kilkearys! From Jasmine, to Ken, and Brian....they all honestly make you feel like you're part of the family! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was done before I needed to make a cross country trip to Arizona in my car!Thank you all for being so kind, wonderful, and helpful!

Very nice receptionist but the wait time and the whole process takes wayyyyyy to long so if you want it done fast don't come here

I was backed into while I wasn't in my Toyota Tacoma. The guy responsible came forward immediately, and I wish his insurance had been as reasonable. I took my vehicle to Kilkeary's Autobody and they expertly negotiated with his insurance advocating on my behalf, and made sure that I received OEM parts. They frequently gave me status updates, and the quality of the paint, bodywork, and customer service was superb when I got it back. They are known for their work on high end cars, and my truck and I certainly received high end treatment. Hopefully I never need automotive body services again, but if I do, I know where I am taking any vehicles I own in the future. Shout out to Randy, Ken, Jasmine, and everyone else who helped me through, and made this frustrating process much easier to deal with. Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was refered to here by the dealership. They have done their job right and fixed my car good. I'm pretty satisfy with their quality. However, they took one week longer than they first told me. Kilkeary's had my car for 3 weeks to replace a rear door this is after it took 6 weeks to get the car in to get the repair done.To add insult to injury, I arrived to pickup the car at 9:15am. It took them 40 minutes to hand me the keys due to the paperwork not being done and it being coded incorrectly. To put the cherry on top, upon inspecting the car it had paint chips near where the door was repaired. They fixed it but it took another 10-15 minutes.TLDR: Kilkeary's doesn t value it s customer s time and to say they are slow would be a compliment. I wouldn t suggest bringing your car hereService: Body & Trim

All of the members of their team were kind, efficient and professional to work with. The final product was perfection. They do outstanding body work and are trustworthy. My family had taken our vehicles in for repairs there for years, Come to find out that they only work on high end vehicles now. My vehicle is a 2010 and was told it was too old for them to work on. Won't be back.

Told me my car was done 2 different times. They ended up taking it back in to do more work both times I was there. I brought it here because it was 1 of 2 bmw certified shops in Pittsburgh. Wish I hadn't.

Found myself in an emergency situation with a deflating motorcycle tire which I later found out had a two inch screw in it. My only safe choice was to pull into Kilkearys parking lot. They were kind enough to offer to plug my tire just to get home. They were so helpful that I asked them to get me a new tire. Was able to ride the bike home (three miles) and brought the wheel back to get the new tire mounted. Scott did a perfect job. They have me for a customer now for sure for any bodywork I may need in the future. Nice people!!

Like the other reviewer, Patrick Jiang, I also had a negative experience with Kilkeary s and Ken. He took photos of my vehicle and took over a week to get back to me with an estimate. When I did receive it, the estimate amount was absolutely egregious for what should be a straightforward and simple repair. I was nonetheless willing to go forward with the repair but he never followed up with me to book an appointment which is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I know everywhere is busy and it can be hard to source parts but at least have the courtesy to follow up. I ended up taking my vehicle to A&L s BMW/Jaguar/Land Rover collision center in Monroeville where the estimate was less than half the price of what Ken quoted. My vehicle was taken in a few days after I called for an appointment and it was repaired within 2 weeks at A&L. I m surprised Rahal and Porsche Pittsburgh chose this as their preferred auto body center. I would NEVER go here again or recommend anyone, let alone anyone with a high-end vehicle, go here. Also, there are so many fake reviews on here to inflate the rating. Don t fall for it or be ripped off by this shop.

I hade my Mercedes Benz taken there after an accident.Unfortunately it was a total loss.But everyone there ( Shout out to Randy!!) has been amazing.I absolutely recommend them. I hope to not have an accident ever BUT we have kids that ll be driving, Sooooo.Highly recommend and I cannot say enough GREAT things about them.EVEN through the process of my vehicle being a total loss, They made it as easy as possible, Stayed in communication & were simply amazing!Thank you to all of them, But especially Randy!Randy was top notch!!Thanks

I would highly recommend Kilkeary's Auto Body for all your collision needs. I was easily able to set an appointment for an estimate. Then they were able to have my car in for repairs within a week. Very detailed information was given to me along the way. Kilkeary's was great in communicating with my insurance agency to get my car back on the road quickly. Work was all addressed and done beautifully. Pickup was easy and they went over all the repairs with me for inspection of the work. Great place that does great work. Brian Rossin at Kilkeary's Autobody kept me informed through the entire process. The body shop did an excellent job restoring the car and was able to match the paint perfectly. Bobby Rahal South Hills referred me to Kilkeary s as my X-5 s spoiler was scratched and needs a repainting. I walked in their office and met Ken. After a short wait, he gave me a quote on the spot and told me I will have to wait till August for a repair appointment. A week later, I emailed Ken attempting to confirm an appointment for August. No reply. I called their office and left a VM for him and then emailed him again. He never responded. I was very disappointed and went to A&L BMW, which fixed up a service appointment in two weeks for me. So it s always good to have an alternative.

They did a great job with body work on my car. Expectations of how long it would take were properly set. It was longer than I expected, but they were clear up front it would take time to get parts and sort added costs with the insurance company. The work ended up finishing almost exactly when they predicted and looked great. The car was super clean as if it had been detailed. For the first time ever, I had an accident in my new car. I called my dealer BMW and they recommended this business. From the first phone call, they were professional and caring. I own a 2018 Honda Civic. I had a bunch of damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle and wanted to make sure I had everything taken care of so that I can enjoy this car for the long haul. South Hills Honda recommended Kilkeary s, and they did a wonderful job. My car rides wonderfully, they made the process pain free, and Ashley provided me with thorough and informative service updates along the way. The entire staff at Kilkeary s Auto Body has been amazing! I highly recommend them for multiple reasons. #1 they are all kind and very personable, which makes you feel like your business truly matters to them. Also, they are very easy to work with and accommodating for your work schedule and family. I had my 16 month old son with me and the staff was extremely friendly towards us and made us feel like part of their family. We got to meet the office dog and the owner took us on a personal tour of the facility since my son loves cars and trucks. In terms of the body work and attention to detail, it was top notch. The very basic fender bender turned into a lot more than what was seen upon first glance by the insurance company. Kilkeary s technicians disassembled the rear gate of our SUV and identified that more damage was underneath than what was seen on the outside. So, they worked with the insurance company to receive supplemental payments to fix all that was needed to have our SUV back to its original state. Upon pick up, the car was washed and waxed and looked just as good as when we drove it off the dealership lot.

My 2020 Mercedes-Benz was hit by a deer, damaging the entire passenger side of the vehicle. After talking with the MB dealership in PA, they immediately recommend Kilkeary's. Bryan, Ken, and the entire Kilkeary team was phenomenal to work with, in-spite of all the insurance hassle. They communicated with me on a daily basis, responded to all my texts/calls, and ensured that my vehicle was going to be back in tip top form. I can't extend enough praise to how easy they were to work with and how fantastic the repair job was. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

The staff at Kilkeary's were great to work with. They kept me updated about the work on my car. They took the time to explain what they were doing and approximately how long it would take. My car was returned to me very clean both inside and outside. It looked like a brand new car. I would highly recommend them and will take my car to them in the future if anything happens to my car.
