I ordered some parts that were not in stock. Person on counter did not share with me that there would be a shipping charge.I found the parts at the dealer the very next morning. I called the store and asked if they could please cancel the order as I had found parts in stock at local dealer. Person on the phone said no problem we will cancel the order and we can refund the money.When I went to do the transaction on the counter, person on the counter proceed to tell me that they could not refund the shipping even though the parts were never shipped.My comment, ok I will then just take the parts and keep them as a spare. Counter person then explains to me that the parts were never brought in and that he could not refund the freight.Not happy with their policies, I thought all other customer should be aware of this when ordering parts that are not in stock.

Very unprofessional. Went in there yesterday and I asked questions about exhausts and the guy purposely takes me over to the worst fart can lol and says this would be more suited for me and asks me what size my exhaust tubing was and I had no idea off hand so then he pulls out a tape measure and measures the one he has in his hand and says this one is a 2.5 inch exhaust, but I m a real man and I build real engines so I would never use it. In my head I m thinking that a really rude to say and I could have told him to come over to my house to have a look at some real actual E-MOD race cars with naturally aspirated 650horse power V8 s but no he continued on and said well next time you look at your car measure the exhaust if you even know how to use a tape measure. Very unprofessional people work there and they don t have knowledge of what they re talking about and they try to insult you to make them selves feel better.

There was a girl in there, Sabrina or Samantha maybe(wish I paid more attention to her name), super helpful. She made sure all my parts marched the old ones even though they were hard to find. Very friendly and through.

John answered all my questions I had even after I called back few times very kinda and Knowledgeable about what I was asking about would definitely call and ask again for him if he is working

I got sold the wrong part and realized it after i was laying in the rain to replace it. I took it back hoping i would at least get a discount for my time wasted, their mistake, and gas wasted!... Nope. I will never buy auto parts here again.

Good place for decent prices on in store parts can get cheaper on internet but you have to wait for them to ship out and be delivered. So for convenience this is the cheapest easiest place and they will give you a discount for registering online too...

In the deluge of hail that poured on us it didn't matter... The lovely girl still came out and checked my car to see why the check engine light was on! I couldn't ask for more help what a wonderful place

I don't shop here Just Powell's Auto Supply McKean because places like Advance Auto trying to run them Jesus mom Paul Source out of business we don't need Advance Auto AutoZone and Riley taking back hitting back over to Japan what it came from

Tremendous staff at this Advance Auto. The ones in Erie or Meadville or other areas can be very hit or miss, This one I consistently have great experiences at.

Had what I needed. Helpful counter clerk even went out into store to get it for me as I was not familiar with store. He even offered to install it for me! Will shop there again.
