Great business to buy a Jayco camper. The salesman kept us informed the entire process from ordering to pick-up. Delivery was superb, a complete and thorough walk through addressed every system and answered every question. We returned after our first trip to ask questions that we didn't think of or came across during the trip, and they answered every one of them. I definitely recommend them and will be returning for my next camper.

Ask them about their solar install done by Groundhog Solar and Dr Rich Flarehnd. Lots of great rv's too.

Fantastic service! Friendly folks, who really know their way around the craft. Will help with service, parts, and selection of quality campers. Had a list of things that needed done, before camping season, and they handled it promptly, and in a very professional manner. Threw a problem at Chris, in the service department, at the last minute, and he didn't even bristle. Took care of the problem, and we were on our way in no time! I'll keep coming back! Thanks, guys!

Over the past 10 yrs we have bought 2 campers from Wise Trailer sales. We were not 'bothered' by a pushy sales team, simply greeted and offered assistance when needed. Once we were ready they worked with us to get us financing that fit our needs. Both were used campers and so the first one was missing a few things... they were ordered for us and we picked them up not long after, the second had damage to the awning I simply was asking if it was patched to be leak proof and just like that they ordered a new awning that I returned in a week or two and had it installed. Which brings me to the service dept... top notch guys out there. If you have questions about anything they are willing and able to answer them for you without making you feel a fool. All their work is done quick and complete and delivered with a smile. I don't think I can think of anything negative to say about any of the crew at Wise! PS came across this while looking for info on another camper! ;-) Our life keeps changing and so our campers change with our needs... but one thing that doesn't change is where we will shop for our RV needs!

Had problems with our Forest River Class C .didn t buy it there but got a name and number for a mobile repairman from Wise and worked out great! Forest River covered the cost. Thes folks are first class!

I purchased a 2016 Coleman. Was very happy with the deal I got and the friendly people there. After using the camper for the first time. The warer heater was not working properly. They replaced a part free of charge and with no hassles. Recommend it to anyone

Was there last night for a used pop up from the first dealings with Tom to the last I was pleasantly surprised. Very respectable and helpful .We are tent campers who have been looking for our first purchase into the RV world. He was non pushy gave us the out the door price when wanted to jump on it he was like hold off make sure you want it before putting deposit down so you don't lose your money we will call if someone else wants it give you chance put deposit down first .Explained each fee where it went and why and told us what would be looked over before going out the door .Havent taken out door yet but I'm sure just from that dealing he will be more than happy to answer any questions we have or even ones we don't have because they are a dealership relies on repeat customers and they want you happy.

These guys are terrific! All their folks are very knowledgeable about campers and rv's and are always willing to answer questions and offer very practical advice. They're very friendly as well. They have a great inventory and prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this business

Stopped in to see if they had any used campers for sale. Their inventory (new and used) is almost non existent due to high demand and manufacturing interruptions (covid-19 related). The salesman that I talked to was extremely helpful and gave me some info on what I should be looking for when buying a used camper.

We stopped here on a trip to the area. For the location the selection of Jayco products was pretty nice. Don't be fooled by the location, yes, you do have to drive through a trailer park to get here, but if you like Jayco products it is worth the drive.

I purchased a 2010 Jayco Greyhawk from Wise Trailer Sales in Nov. 2014. The Wise dealer was the best of the 6 dealers I visited in PA, NJ, and NY. Justin Wise worked with me for 4 hours, we examined the RV inside and out, and he answered all question since this was my first Class C. Since I was out of state, he assisted me in returning my rental car and obtaining temporary plates for the RV. I encourage other buyers to consider Wise since I received great service and bought a used RV in great shape and at a reasonable price. The five stars is well earned.

Used and new trailers. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. We told Tom what we were looking for in a used trailer and he actually came up with one. Prices are very reasonable. Fair selection of used and new trailers. They seem to stay busy.

I needed a few plumbing fittings. They were very helpful. They had a large selection. I was able to find everything I needed.I appreciate and support family run business.I always feel more welcome .

Not the nearest store. They seem to have a variety of RV necessities but just not organized. Friendly enough & helpful. Would take my RV there for service. As of my visit the rate was $100 per hour, best rate in the area. The staff seemed very knowledgeable

I give Don and Justin a big a plus. It was a real pleasure to deal with such a nice family company. They were the only ones with the trailer we wanted. I think I got a great deal and was able to do everything over the phone. There was no bs, stories or hidden charges. They really made it easy. I will be back for my next one.Thanks a lot guys from NJ

Great place to live, so beautiful there and they have RV'S to rent and own. Would love to live there. My father lived there from 1976 till he passed this month. My father's trailer is up 4 sale, have to be 55 and older.

Bought a new Jayco Jayflight from Wise last summer. The crew and especially Justin worked with us to make sure our Dodge minivan would be able to tow it. They were very upfront about everything. We had been looking around and kept coming back to Wise. Justin had the paperwork for a new pop-up just about finished when, on our third trip to decide on it, we change our minds for a Jayflight. He didn't bat an eye, just rolled with it. They even took our old beat-up pop-up and sold it for us (it was ready for the trash heap). We've been back for maintenance and warranty work and supplies/accessories and still get the best treatment. The only complaint is they are soooo busy, probably because they are great to deal with!

Even though I didn't purchase my rv trailer here, they were extremely helpful with some very important winterize questions I had, being a new rv owner. I plan on having them service my rv in the future!

I've been here multiple times. The sales department (for parts, never bought a motorhome or camper from them) usually has a "well it'll cost ya" attitude and the service guys a "no I don't want to work on that" perspective. Maybe they focus on people who've bought rigs from them, but they never seem interested in doing work for me.

Love this place they normally have whatever you need for your rv or camper. They also do repairs and installs. Had my awning destroyed by a microburst storm. Insurance covered it . they even came to the campground and installed the awning !!

Very helpful bought parts for a truck cap gave them all the info and they called me right back had the parts I needed in stock that nobody else did at a good price first time I was ever there huge inventory highly recommended staff was excellent

Very relaxed sales staff: not pushy or rushing a decision. Very accommodating on setting up my tow vehicle and explaining proper procedures.
