Normally at Walmarts auto centers, there is always something wrong after the service. This time was incredibly fast and well done at Ebensburg WM. The service was started and ended before I could finish my shopping. Less than an hour. I did go during the late morning when they're less busy.

I have taken my vehicle to Walmart auto care all over the country. The process has been to pull up to the open bay for service. When I pulled up the female associate was on the phone so it was understandable that she did not address me. While I was waiting a male customer parked his vehicle and went into the building. She spoke with him, then walked right past my vehicle with an open window to get his information. She then drove the other vehicle into another bay. When she was finally done she looked at me & said, "You actually come into the building." I responded that she could have told me that as she walked past me the 1st time...her response, " I was with a customer." I immediately spoke witb a manager who seemed bewildered but merely offered an apology.

Stopped by to get a simple tire rotation before heading back to WI. First they said no then said yes. Got into garage and they didn't want to do it without selling us new tires. Our tires are in good shape yet. They didn't get our business.

They are the best ! And fast ! Had my oil done there a few weeks ago they said 45 mins they texted me my car was done in 20mins !! Had tires put on last week they said a HR they had it done in 45 min !! I do make sure to go in when their not as busy !!

Anytime I have come here they hurry up to tell you how they can't help you. Their way understaffed and the workers seem to know less about their jobs than myself. They move at snail's pace are more interested in looking out the window vs getting to work. I won't take my vehicle back here ever...do yourself a favor go to a knowledgeable auto shop vs here .

Showed up at 7pm they close at 8pm with my own tires to mount. 1 car in bay 2 guys in shop....was told not enough time to mount 4....I could have done it myself in a half hour if I had access to the tools. What a joke!

Suffered a tire blowout while staying in Ebensburg for a family reunion. Ventured over to the Automotive department on Sunday morning, picked out a tire at a very solid price and was back on the road 40 minutes later.Definitely exceeded my expectations!

This is rediculous I bought 2 winter tires from you and y'all refused to mount them because I dident buy 4 which is supposedly a policy that even your corporat office DOSE NOT know about. You have permanently lost my busness and I will be telling everyone I know about this.

Had a large screw in my tire and unfortunately Walmart couldn't help us. They claimed the hole was too big to be patched. Had to move on to an establishment that could fix this "big hole".

They wouldn t change my tires because they didn t have a lug nut wrench to do the job.Service: TiresService: Tires

I call the store before driving 45minte they said yes I still had time to do tire change . I told him what time I was getting there...he said it was okay ... when I get there they tell me they couldn't help me out him knowing I was guy he just spooked to on phone will never be back again

Quick service and friendly associates. This place is my new go to for oil changes. Don't bother going to the Johnstown Walmart and take an extra few minutes to drive here

4 employees sitting around. No other cars but told it would take 2 hours to get tires installed. Went someplace else

Good place to get your tires put on or rotated, or if you want to get your oil changed.

When I ordered my tires online they sent the wrong size, do the auto dept got me the right ones and took care of this without me having to return them and wait to get them right.

Literally evertime I go there I have to wait hours for someone to help me! Definitely need to work on customer service!!!!!
