We worked with Derek predominately by phone, and then in person. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I needed to follow up a few days after driving off the lot, and Derek was awesome!! He responded quickly to my query and let me know how to proceed. I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff was to work with as a new vehicle purchase unexpected.

I had an amazing experience at Freedom Ford the Ebensburg location. Derek Gabella was my salesman and he took very good care of me and my company while at the dealership. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in assisting me to find the vehicle I was looking for. The environment and all of the staff were welcoming and I would highly recommend visiting if you re interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Brennan did an amazing job getting us into a safer and more reliable vehicle and getting us out of an unreliable one from a different dealer. My salesman was Matthew Wombacher. He was very helpful and very kind. We traveled an hr and a half so we didn't really want to leave without trading our jeep and he picked up on that and helped us get our trade. We were there over 3 hrs so my husband was getting frustrated (mostly because I didn't tell him how long the drive was so that's my fault) but Mr. Wombacher was very patient. Thank you for our 2020 Ford Escape! We're still getting used to it but it was nice starting the new year in a nice car. -Melinda FrostP.S. Any sign of my other key fob?

Great experience! Found the car on the internet, called over and within a couple of weeks it s sitting in my garage Great price, great people, Bert & Travis but mostly it was the inclusion of Minnie the Newfoundland that made us feel right at home.

Went to Luther Ford Ebensburg hoping to get a 4x4 or at least an AWD vehicle. Process was quick and my salesman Derek was so helpful, courteous and friendly. Came home with a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport! Couldn't be happier! Seriously, check them out!

I have always purchased my vehicles at this dealership. They do an outstanding job. Carissa helped me search for the exact trim level and color I wanted for an Explorer. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The whole office is so friendly and welcoming. I had my young daughter with me and everyone was so kind to her. Derrick helped me finalize everything. He was quick & efficient! It was a painless switch. He also set up everything technology wise for me which was so convenient. This dealership is reliable and they truly care about putting your family in a safe vehicle. Everytime I go to look for a vehicle this place is a no brainer.

I ve been buying my vehicles from Freedom Ford now Luther Ford for over 30 years nowI started with my first car back in the late 90 s that I bought in Nanty Glo when the dealership was there.There has never been a time throughout all those years that I ever had a bad experience.When I just purchased my dodge ram 1500 truck from the Ebensburg dealership, Bob Jones couldn t have been any more professional, or experienced in selling me the vehicle that I was looking for.This is why I continue to purchase all of my vehicles from this dealership because of the great customer care and satisfaction that they provide.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Luther Ford in ebensburg. My car was totaled and we needed something quickly. We purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer and we wanted one with a trailer hitch to use for towing on occasion. We had asked about the hitch prior, how the brakes work etc due to only towing with my husbands truck that already had everything we needed on it. The salesman had said he would find out. He did not. Upon picking up our vehicle that I had already provided them with both drivers license, our registration, insurance and plate for car. So all we had to do was give them a check and sign some paperwork. We waited an over an hour to get to this part of the process. In the meantime the young lady behind the desk flirted with the salesmen and continued to swear while customers were in the showroom. When I finally got to my car it was supposedly just detailed and all windows were streaked and water marked including moonroof glass. The car also had 18 miles to empty and was to be filled as part of our deal. Being that it was late in the evening at this point, I put gas in it and my husband called the salesman. He said just bring it back tomorrow and we ll take care of it. I had to use my break to take car to get them to put gas in it. While I waited Ms Luther who sat behind her desk and never greeted a person that entered the showroom, continued to use vulgar language while talking to man beside her. There was a young child in the showroom and she was extremely loud. My car returned with a half tank of gas. This is the worse run business I have ever seen in my life. If I hadn t needed a vehicle I would never have purchased from them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I only put 1 star because it won t let you post without one. My choice is zero stars.

This was my first time buying a car myself, so I don t have anything to compare my experience to.But as a first time buyer, I can say that getting financing from a credit union and showing up at the dealership to sign papers and go was super easy.However, I was stuck at this dealership for over 3 hours waiting around because the salesman I dealt with (Bob Jones) was not there even though he told me he would be. Then he called and said I ll be there in 20 minutes (he didn t show up until an hour later).While waiting, I got the opportunity to talk/interact with the other sales reps present that day. They were all kind, but didn t have anything nice to say about my salesman. It was a pretty laid back environment amongst the salesmen; they were watching Netflix, kicking it back with their bare feet on their desk with the occasional use of profanity.I understand having slow days at the office and having friendships with coworkers, but with customers still present in the area there should be some type of professionalism to maintain.Another issue I ran into was the car not being cleaned or detailed before purchase. These guys ran back and forth all day just looking for the keys to this vehicle and could not locate them. After my salesman finally showed up, he also could not find the keys at first. Eventually they were found still hanging in the service area. My salesman said Do you have 30 minutes? I ll get them to detail it right now. I was in no rush, so I agreed.About an hour later the car is done and I get to leave.When I got home, I realized that the car had been lazily detailed and under the hood had not been touched. It was the dirtiest part of the car. So I spent my own time cleaning that up and throughout the car.The car itself is in good shape and I m loving it so far, the price was fair I guess. However, the experience overall was okay and could ve used some improvement.

I am a 60 year old woman who went to purchase a car alone. I didnt feel at all like I was being taken advantage of or pushed to buy something I didnt want. The staff was very friendly. They made the car buying experience (which can be a nightmare) pleasant. I had several staff members reassure me that it wouldn't be much longer - so I didn't have to wonder how much longer I had to wait -which, by the way, wasn't long at all. I've been to car dealers where you sit for hours (after you've been told you were approved) leaving you wondering what is taking so long to get things moving. So, needlessly to say, I would highly recommend this business.

The reason for my rating was due to the attitude and unprofessionalism that we had with our salesman. He tried to push us the first day to jump right in. I wanted time to think about it.Also when we purchased the truck, it was stuck in what I call "limp" mode because the mykey setting was turned on and I only was provided with one key even though I was told there are two. Until I researched what mykey meant and figured out I needed a second key in order to eliminate it, I wouldn't have been provided with the second key because they told me they couldn't locate it.Other than these issues, which were resolved, the truck is great, the lifetime warranty is a big relief.

Amazing experience!!! I will recommend Luther Ford to everyone. Mike and Derek were amazing to work with. They knew what I had to do a trade and what I could afford. I didn t feel forced into anything. Everything was explained (I had a lot of questions). Very friendly atmosphere!!
