I bought this gem at Luther ford in Ebensburg! I highly recommend Luther ford if your looking to buy, friendly staff good deals and very quick in and out service. you can even have your car or truck service there for oil change or as simple as tire rotation! Im a satisfied customer for sure!!!!!!

Nothing but great things to say about my experience at Luther Ford. Matthew Wombacher was my salesman & he exceeded all expectations when helping me find the perfect vehicle for my family & at a great price at that. All future purchases will be done through Matt! :)All staff were very personable; and my daughter absolutely adored Bert & Minnie the Newfie. Great buying experience with Matt! From start to finish he made it easy, stress free, and quick. The buying experience was great but the after care is NOT. My husband s truck came with only one key. It did not have the admin key. We realized after we took it home, someone set the truck to only go up to a certain speed and certain radio stations he can t access on satellite radio. We live in State College. We made a service appointment and when we were there Tim told us and service that they would order us a key. It s been a couple weeks so my husband called down and the service person had no idea what he was talking about told my husband they have a locksmith that is only there on certain days. My husband got transferred to 6 different people and Matty boy our salesman never calls us back. They promised him they would call him back and CRICKETS. They even went as far as saying you can take your truck to any Ford garage. Red flags should have went off when they added the gap insurance into the contract without asking and acted like it wasn t a choice. When the finance company called they asked if we knew the gap insurance was a choice and I should have told them NO. I had an awesome review but I have now updated it to this. So yeah they have good prices but BUYERS BEWARE- don t worry I will go as far as calling Ford themselves and letting them know what we are dealing with. This is deceptive selling practices which is ILLEGAL. YOU WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT TIM and MATTYYYYYY!!! There s a picture of the truck in case you forget which one we bought.

For a dealership, this was a pretty good experience. I tend to get the chills when I step foot into a car dealership for service (PTSD)... This was quite painless. Comfortable wait area, ample wifi, helpful and kind staff... They accomplished the mission without additional expense and I was on my way. The staff was knowlegable and executed the requirements of the mission. And the Ranger lives another year to rule the roads.

My family owns a local screen printing and embroidery shop. We ve worked with Hope before regarding other projects and she came to us to do business with Luther as well. We printed shirts for them, made custom cornhole boards, and ran an online store to outfit all the employees in official gear. Luther isn t just about selling cars. They love to support local businesses and that means a lot to us. They re a great group of people to work with whether it is buying a car or doing business in some other way.

I had the absolute best car buying experience here all thanks to Matt Wombacher!!! Usually buying a car ends up being boring and you feel like your whole day is spent at the dealership but not with Matt, he made the experience awesome and had me laughing the whole time, just felt like friends hanging out and boom I left in some new wheels!!! If you go in, make sure you ask for Matt, he won t disappoint!!!

I decided to go to Lutherford in Ebensburg during my truck shopping adventure, as my first stop, for one reason only Matt Wombacher! Matt is consistently updating his social media and speaking highly of his employment at Lutherford. We test drove exactly what I was looking for, however another dealership had the exact color and trim that I wanted so sadly I purchased through them. Matt was very knowledgeable on financing options and so easy to talk too! Great salesperson for the team!!

SCAMMERS! Their cars are a POS! Drove it one day couldn t keep it straight on the road. Front tires are actually cupped. Brought it back and was asked why I brought a Jeep to a Ford Dealership for service!! They have no ability to check it or the 2 recalls on it. So now they send it to Jeep and Service has it 10 days. I pick it up yesterday and was told the front was completely loose and needed tightened up. Really? Who inspected this vehicle? The software needed reprogrammed so it should ve fixed the stall when stopping. I drive it home it stalls twice on me! These people are selling cars that they don t look at and have defects and are dangerous to drive! How many calls did I receive after the sale while I m sitting here out of $1500 and no car? ZERO!

Worst and Shadiest Places to get a car. Don t recommend. Our lawyer claims this place brings her a lot of business. Please for the love of god do not go here. That is all.We went to buy a new car on March 7, 2024 at Luther Ford In Ebensburg PA. My husband has a mutual friend that works there and had reached out to us saying they had gotten a vehicle in that we would be interested in. We went there and test drove it, we liked and and accepted the offer. They ran my husbands credit which was around 700. and had us bring all the paperwork needed to proceed with the process. They said they would like a down payment of 3,800 to follow through with the credit application process with my husbands credit of 700 at the time. So we did just that. They also advised my husband that there was a lifetime powertrain warranty, and they asked if we would want any other warranties. We paid for the 36 month electrical warranty also. Which was 3,500 extra. We paid them and they went through the rest of the process, and we left in the new car. We received a phone call about a week later stating that they were sending someone out to have my husband sign a paper they forgot him to sign. They didn t go into detail as to what it was for. They just said it was for the financing company. But the person they sent out did not speak very good English so we couldn t understand what he was saying to us. He had us sign that paper, and then started to take our license plate off. We asked what he was doing, and he stated that they needed to switch the plate on the car. We wasn t aware of this so I called the car dealership immediately to ask what they was doing. They claimed that everything was fine, they accidentally put a truck plate on the car and it needed changed to a car plate. We were then concerned because our pink slip had the other plate number on it, they said it was fine that they put a sticker on the plate to put on the pink slip. We were very confused but they assured us everything was fine. We then contacted the car dealership on MULTIPLE occasions asking for the info and paperwork for the warranty information. They kept sending us to different
