I'll start off by saying what a fantastic locally owned dealership! Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and happy that you are in the shop. The general manager, Shane, is really passionate about bikes and can easily go on about old bikes just as much as new ones.A hand shake with an agreed deal might as well be written in stone when buying from them. I bought a Tracer 9 GT from them after agreeing on a price over the phone. No email confirmation or written anything. I put my deposit down, showed up about a week later with the check, and then drove off with a new bike. Simple, easy, honest. I can't say enough how much I appreciated that part of the buying process.I would gladly drive 3.5hrs to do business with Ebensburg Yamaha any day of the week. Well worth calling them to see if they have what you are looking for. They really do care about your business, and I get the impression they will take just as much care servicing your motorcycle/side by side/atv too.Thanks again guys!

Thanks to Matt Grove and Shane and the rest of the crew. I got my 2023 Yamaha R7 in the exact color I wanted. Did almost everything over the phone. All I had to do was sign papers and ride away. Excellent service and great people. Thanks guys, I'm loving the bike!

Purchased a motorcycle from Ebensburg Yamaha. I traded in my bike and the staff was very friendly and fair. Shane explained the details of the sale and even followed up after with let me know if you need anything .I would recommend purchasing from them in the future.

Absolutely amazing dealership. No BS, straight forward group of guys. Shane has taken extremely good care of me. So far I m on my third dirt bike purchase from Ebensburg, and would recommend them over anyone. Side note: I drive two hours just to buy from them they re awesome!

Very fast to respond great customer service and I was in and out so fast and held the machine I wanted for a week till I could get time to make it there always treats me like family and does not push for a customer to buy something they don't want

I worked with Shane to purchase a Grizzly 90 for my daughter. We went back and forth a couple times via email. I traveled a bit to pick it up and was at the dealership less than 30 minutes (including load up) because Shane helped to get as much done as possible (paperwork, machine prep) beforehand. Would recommend Shane and Ebensburg Yamaha.SideNote - The loading ramp they have was very helpful! Every dealership should have one of those!

Was interested in a used raptor. I had my credit approval through them on Monday and had a plan to come in Friday for pick up. Received a text the next day saying the owner sold it . Now I have a hit on my credit for no reason.

Stopped in looking for a particular brand of atv. I am disabled and was offered a place to sit right off. I talked to one of the brothers about what I was looking for and while they did not have the brand I was looking for, they showed me a vehicle that was similar. We came to a deal and I asked for a copy of the bill of sale so that I could take it to my credit union. However, the next day I found the exact atv that I was looking for and received an equally acceptable deal. Ebensburg yamaha is a great business to deal with and the brothers that run the store are great to work with. They also offer great incentives for veterans. While I did not purchase an atv from them this time, I would not hesitate to contact them the next time I m in the market for an atv.

I took my R-Max in for the 1600 mile service. Matt was very helpful and showed me everything they had done. It works better than new when I got it home. No complaints!

We were looking to purchase a 4 seat Wolverine so we could enjoy our trial rides with our kids. Brian was incredibly helpful and made the process easy and quick. He answered all of our questions without being pushy. When we came in to pick up the unit, the whole staff treated us like friends. We were very impressed!

I called and talked with Shane and he was great to talk with, very laid-back honest and helpful. I gave him a deposit over the phone and went and picked my bike up two days later everything went perfect and it was a definite pleasure to meet and do business at this place. I would go back here again definitely.

Devin and the team at Ebensburg Yamaha worked hard at getting my girlfriend and I the exact e-bikes we wanted. We set up multiple test rides on various different bikes until we were certain of the ones to purchase. They went out of their way on getting us the best deal on the purchase and spent a great amount of time going over each unit and details on ownership of both e-bikes. I had to bring back one of the bikes because of a recall issue, Devin fixed the issue as fast as possible and even delivered the bike to my house in the same day knowing we had a ride planned!! I would highly recommend Ebensburg Yamaha and will continue to do business with them!

Dealing with the staff at Ebensburg Yamaha is a no brainer! Great atmosphere! Great people! They really listen and help you with everything you could want and need! This has been my second side by side purchase from them and let me tell you their service is second to none!Extremely pleased with Shane and his team !Made a life long customer out of me again!Trust me, contact Shane and he won t do you wrong, he kicks a**! Shane was awesome! He helped me through the whole process. He made it easy from start to finish. I enjoyed working with him. I felt like I wasn t just another sale to him. He helped me even after the sale with some paperwork to get my motorcycle on the road. I appreciate his ethics and service. I traveled around 257 miles to buy my bike from them. A 2018 Eluder for 3 thousand less than any dealer in the Philly area. I found my experience with Shane to be effortless! Talk about easy in and out in an hour. My bike was traded, and not even looked at, everything was on trust. Come try and find that down around here, ain't happening! So do not hesitate to use this dealership for service or sales, they are a throwback to times when people talked and trusted each other! I hope they are around for a long time!

I traded in my motorcycle on a side-by-side and they gave me $1500-$2000 more than anybody else on my trade-in. This was a few years ago now but recently I had called to inquire about a battery for Said side-by-side and the guy in the parts department was truly helpful even offering to take payment over the phone and make an arrangement for me to get the battery after hours as I passed through town on my way to camp. Highly recommend.

it was a pleasure to work with Shane and his staff. Was able to work out a deal throughout the week and then came up on a Saturday to sign the paperwork. Great staff and enjoy able personalities. If you are in the market for a new/used motorcycle or powersport machine... this is the place to go!

Matt in the service department is top notch! He got a new tire on my front wheel in the same day, so I would have it back for the holiday weekend. The entire team at Ebensburg Yamaha is exceptional. Make the drive from Johnstown, it s worth your time.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sales team will do anything in their power to get you out on a new ride. Would highly recommend spending you hard earned money with these folks instead of another dealership that could care less about future business. These people are awesome all the way around, they want to help you not just take your money.

Bought my Boulevard M109r from here last summer, what an absolutely great dealership to work with. I traveled from Cleveland to buy from them after contacting multiple dealers because of their salesmanship. Will definitely buy from here again when I need another toy.

So I called about a mini backhoe. I talked with Brian. Super nice guy. He had no problem working with my busy schedule. I bought a TYM T224 mini backhoe. If you are looking for a piece of equipment like this check them. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down, the best buying experience ever! Shane worked with me for a month with more patience than even I would have had. I drove 400 miles round-trip based on their customer service. Thank you Shane and everyone that I met today. You all made this an easy and pleasant experience. The drive was well worth it.
