Worst Copart experience ever!!! Only allowed to look at certain cars, so you better call before making the drive. No walking through the lot to see if you might find something else. If there is something you are interested in you have to wait for a chaperone... bring your own safely vest or pay $10. Not the friendliest of staff, busy with boyfriend calls. Overall fail in the copart experience, Never going to buy from or recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience I had ever had. Scanned the barcode to make an appointment, said wait time 9 minutes after half an hour got a text. Entered the building and staff looked at me like I was an alien. In all my years I have never seen white folk look at a black man like I was one of a kind. Instantly they became rude and told me that I didn't have an appointment. I explained that I followed the instructions on the door. They told me the rules change everyday. I explained that I drove 2 hours and had rented a trailer .I stood there in silence while they attended to another customer. A lady came back with paperwork and said your lucky the yard guy is nice of the manager was here he would absolutely not let you complete this today. The next day my account was suspended.

One of the better Copart experiences. Everything from the gravel lot the wasn't muddy during the rain, to the office staff who helped me promptly. But the procedure here was simple and easym

Copart was given my car by insurance which I was never given a chance to clean my car out and they cleaned out my car with no releases and went against all legal rules to an insurance claim I will never allow my vechilce to ever go there again sadly my child had birthday card with money in it and either they threw it away or took it bc I have cds missing and they had no care in the world about what happened to my car

The place was well kept and the staff were friendly, but we couldn't get in because we weren't members. I had to rate this place four stars because of the extensive needs and rules that Copart has to make us follow to be able to be on their property. But still, the facility was good. Forgot to also mention, the place was VERY hard to find, as there was no sign located anywhere near the highway.

This is definitely one of the best Copart locations in Pennsylvania, in my experience. The employees were very helpful whenever I called to ask questions. When I picked up the car I bought, they brought it out in under 5 minutes. This location actually gave me the correct title the first time, unlike Pittsburgh West. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I have dealt with all of the Western PA locations as well as a myriad of locations throughout the country and I believe this one to be the best. Pgh North is also a good location as well. I have never been denied to preview a vehicle and the office staff are courteous and the loaders are very helpful as well. I have purchased a few vehicles from this location and will return again. I cannot say the same in regards to the other locations.

My car was recently deemed a total loss as a result of a car accident. Copart took the vehicle and made the process very easy for us. My favorite keychain was still in the vehicle when it was picked up and Copart mailed it to my house. Seems like something so small but Copart has helped tremendously.

Went to preview a vehicle, the primary damage was rear end, secondary damage was minor dents and scratches, transmission was to be an automatic. Upon inspection I found the battery missing, transmission was manual transmission instead of an automatic and was also informed after asking about the missing battery that doesn't run or drive. They paid someone to detail the car though lol You have to pay $59 to join and pay $5 fof a safety vest just to look at any of the junk vehicles. I'd definitely steer clear of this outfit and save your time and money.

We as a regular Co part customer were denied access to view a vehicle after a 130 mi trip to do so. I read every lot had their own rules for viewing. TERRIBLE IDEA. Those just cost you at least a couple hundred dollars. We were ready to buy. You need a consistent schedule at every lot to view vehicles.Your theft policy should not affect paying, serious customers. Unless you are in the budsiness to loose money. This issue was not in the Altoona lot but we have had an issue there too.Address your theft in an effective manner not your paying customers.

Don t follow gps behind copart you will get screwed!!! You can only get into the yard from route 22 EAST. If your traveling west you have to pass them about 5 miles exit and come back. There is a small(10 spots) free truck stop next door you can sleep 24/7 good hot food and bathrooms.

These people stole the tools out of my husband's truck after his truck was totaled and sent here. They are rude and thieves. Told me I have to go through my insurance and file a claim. The people working in the office will let you walk in and stand there without even acknowledging you

Good place to buy something that needs little to no work. Fair pricing most of the time. Some stuff gets pretty expensive.. fair for most part.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Not recommended for amateurs and/or consumers. Know what you're getting into, or skip it. Don't buy in ignorance then blame them for but knowing what you're doing.

A joke, before you do anything with copart watch all YouTube videos on deceitful business practices ,never again! Response dont post vehicles for absolute high bid sale then change them to reserve when you dont get what you want out of them if you want a certain amount post it!
