I was stuck on a pump at sheetz my steering wheel was locked and my key wouldn t turn over cause my shifter got stuck between gears. I was alone and having an anxiety attack. I was taking a chance going into auto zone. Thank god I did ryan and evan were so helpful. I was on the phone with my mom ryan was able to talk to her and relay what was going on better then I could! Ryan told me to take a couple deep breathes before getting back on the road! They fixed my car free of charge I will forever be grateful for them!!!! Thank you guys so much you both are awesome!!!

Phenomenal experience! I was having a very difficult trip with my vehicle and Ryan was kind enough to help me with my ignition coils. He helped ensure that that I would have a safer trip. Very kind, above and beyond service!

This store is the worst store the people that work there knows nothing about cars or parts when you call for parts they ether say they don't carry it or the price is outrageous the worst experience ever

Amazing service at this AutoZone and employee Robbie Ramirez goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taking care of. He changed my lightbulb and it was time consuming and tricky. But he did a great job. Always coming here for all my auto needs. Thanks for all ur help

Went there to replace a battery. Asked at the desk for help and "employee of the Month" (should be!) Robert Ramirez came out to help! After replacing battery he noticed that the serpentine belt was shredded and that the belt tensioner was cracked and not working. Well after some good advice and lending me some shop tools this man saved the day! He wasn't able to help change the serpentine belt and tensioner but with a 6 minute video even you can be a YouTube professional!

Stopped in cause my car's battery light came on. I checked under hood and seen my belt was jacked. The two guys at the store came out and was helping me put the belt on and went above to try and get me rolling down the road to get my son home. Ended up needing towed a pulley broke but the work they did to try and get me going was amazing.

Ryan M really helped us out. He was extremely kind and very helpful. Our check engine light was on and we didn t know why on a road trip. He promptly helped us and fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend going if anyone has a problem.

When I pulled off the road with my car signaling something dangerous was happening Rob was standing outside and came right over to figure out what was going on with my Tiguan. In a very short time he realized that Lifetime Auto Center in Pittsburgh had put 50 psi of pressure in one new tire, 40 psi in another and left a third way below the number it should have been. He was sweet, polite and kind. I'd go back there any day of the week!!! Thank you Rob!!! Blue Tiguan owner. Joanna

My husband and I were on the way home to Virginia, and while adding air to our tire the valve stem broke off and we needed to put the spare tire on. It was snowing, blowing and very cold outside, and Ryan M was kind enough to brave the weather and change the tire for us. We are so very grateful!! Thank you Ryan!!

Super helpful!! There was a lady there first who helped with my brakes and informing me about their bundle which was a big savings. She was leaving and Tom Z took over. He went above and beyond to help me get the correct coolant for my car, even checking under the hood and reading my owner's manual. He also made sure I knew the warranty info for the parts I was buying Great service!

I'm very happy with my experience. Showed up 45 minutes before closing with a dead battery. Tom Z. was extremely helpful and understanding. 25 degrees with 50 MPH winds and he had a smile on his face the whole time. Couldn't have asked for better help/service.

I had a flat tire and was stranded from home when the folks at AutoZone came out and helped me do everything from diagnose my problem to help me with the right tools and the right instruction to get me on the road again. Heck even a worker who was on break helped me out greatly, truly great service.

When I first arrived in the store, I observed 2 employees in the back. They aggressively raced to my attention, in attempts to be first to serve me. Darryl narrowly beat Casey and was full of enthusiasm as he assisted me with my automotive needs. Best day ever!

This auto zone always goes above and beyond. The worker who helped me was named Casey and he helped me do a quick fix on my brake lines. He was very knowledgeable and professional with the situation and got my back on the road in no time.

I went to this store for an Odyssey battery for my side x side. Mattison M. greeted me when I walked in and could not have been more helpful. I took the side x side with me on my trailer to get the right battery to fit. She jumped right up on the trailer and took the old battery out and helped me find the correct battery to fit. She put it in, fastened it down, and connected the wires back on. She even reached in and started it to confirm everything was correct. This girl went above and beyond anything I could expect. A+ to her! Great employee. I'll drive the 25 mins again from Duncansville to go to this store.

Tom Z from the Ebensburg, PA store was a super star. On the first heavy snow of the season my 3 month old Bosch windshield wipers broke off and Tom Z came to the rescue. He not only ventured out into the heavy blowing snow to repace my wipers he also told me they were covered under the Bosch warranty. The entire time thanking my husband and best friend for there service in the military. THIS IS customer service at its best!

The gentleman at AutoZone came to my rescue when the local air pump at the convenience store nearby did not work. I called AutoZone and they definitely help me, even in the pouring down rain! Thank you!!

Can t even get an oil change right. Said only one filter for my vehicle in their system, and it s the wrong one. Took it back with the filter I took off to get the right one. Assured me it would work and it was to small. 5 quarts of brand new oil all over my driveway. These idiots couldn t find the right part to get them out of a wet paper bag. Wal-Mart can do a lot better and they re not even a vehicle parts store. This place should be shut down.

Went into Autozone for set of wiper blades while traveling to see family. Denise waited on me and was a great experience. She was polite and helpful. She went to the aisle and grabbed the wipers. Rang me up and then replaced them for me. Thank you so much for your hospitality. From a New Yorker.

Zakk went above and beyond to help when my vehicle battery died in the Sheetz car wash! He helped jump the battery so I could drive the truck to AutoZone, then changed out my battery. He noticed the screws holding in my headlight were missing, so he put those in for me, too! He did an awesome job, and I have no doubt my new battery will last for years! Thanks, Zakk!

So. Slow.I stopped here in a road trip--needed a tire gauge. I waited ten minutes for someone to ring me up. I was the only customer in the store, and there were four employees. Had to come back for antifreeze, and had the same problem. Seems like they serve a lot of commercial accounts because those guys were all in the phone the whole time I was there. Not lazy, just too busy to help me. Even to the point of answering the phone right in front of me instead of ringing me up.

I go here for every part that I ever need and i always deal with Darrell. He is always a huge help! I have bought alot of parts from this specific AutoZone just because of how great I am treated there. I won't even look towards advanced Auto parts! They have women there that have no idea what the difference is between a spark plugs barring and a muffler barring! Don't send a woman to do a man's job!

Two back to back horrible experience ordering parts, first time was told a part would be in at 8am the following day. Next day no part, heard every excuse in the book and didn t get the part until the following day which ruined a planned trip. Okay, one bad experience I get that... Last night the wife and I ordered a battery online, by their own policy #1 for online orders, wait for an email notification that the part is there before you come for it... Today waited and waited, no email. I call and ask, yeah it s here. I ask dude why didn t we get an email notification. Dude: I don t know... I m beginning to think the risk isn t worth the reward!

I went here for warranty for my doulley calipers, the warranty covered all of them but they didn't have that good of an organized system on the front calipers because the number changed due to them not having brackets when I got them, they started including them so the number changed and it costed me an extra hour of time when i could have been driving my truck instead of it sitting on a Jack. They couldn't find the warranty to them, and almost refused to cover them. But it turns out i was correct after playing phone tag with the Bedford autozone.

I called. They had what I needed. I picked it up and was on my way. I have went there several times with no issues. Always helpful with battery checks but will not install a car battery if it's in the interior of the vehicle.
