Just switched mechanics after 20 years. Inspection was past due. Jay got me in quickly and did a great job replacing my rear brakes. On very short notice, Jay was able to do my car inspection to allow my daughter to take her driver test on time.During the inspection, Jay was identified various problem spots and quickly order parts so that I could have my car re-inspected quickly before my daughter's driver road test. While in the shop, I watched his expertise troubleshoot engine components that I don't think most mechanic today would know about.I highly recommend Jay to anyone who needs work done on their car or need a car inspection.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The customer service is exceptional! When I called to schedule the appt, Jay was courteous, informative, and super friendly over the phone. I never felt rushed and I felt like I was receiving and honest opinion about the work being done. I received a text message letting me know the car was done and what the total invoice was. THIS WAS SO HELPFUL! As a first time stay-at-home mom, you never know when the little one wants to take a nap and we will silence the whole world to ensure it happens!!!! Hah! I very much appreciated the text message so it wouldn t disturb my little one s sleep. After picking up the car, he and Robert chatted with me for a while and I just couldn t help but notice how wonderful the two of them were! The Owner Jay Johnson is extremely professional. Jay is Honest, he spent nearly 2 hours looking over my car, and he is super busy on a super busy roadway, he pin pointed the problem and gave me his honest opinion and it was not worth it, cause my car is old. I like this car and think that it is got one more life, but I could have walked away and he wouldn't have made any money for 2 hours, that is how honest Jay is.Service: Exhaust

Jay you had my car there a few times. I just want to say I don t like the way you conduct business. Especially during a pandemic you have no heart and no compassion for anyone or anything. I think it is very rude the way you handled my experience. Especially for how long I have known you. I think that is just plain disrespectful and unprofessional.

I am a retired auto tech who no longer practices this trade. Jay the owner of this business brings pride and respect to this otherwise questionable business arena. Above all I would highly recommend your building a business relationship with firm. There is no reason to shop your repairs elsewhere go to Jay tell him Ray sent you.
